This place was disgusting! Today I placed a mobile order and 30 minutes later after being told to drive around to a stall still no order. I actually walked in to find out what was happening and was greeted by someone with no teeth, yelling in my face that the establishment was for employees only. My husband and I LOVE Sonic. This location, however, is consistently terrible! I can tell you without a doubt, having worked fast food in the past, this location re-fries the tots and fries. They are beyond saturated with grease and the fries are dark and shriveled (not in a burnt/overcooked sense). Some chains will do this to "freshen" them up because they've been sitting too long, which is NEVER the right answer. Throw them out and fry some fresh ones! And perhaps change the oil out more frequently, too! Our chili-cheese coneys were cold (the hotdog itself) as if they pulled it out of the cooler and didn't warm it up enough. I wish we had taken a picture of the "medium chili cheese fries" my husband received last night. It looked like they scrounged for all of the little fries that were floating around in the fryer, threw some chili and unmelted cheese on it and served it. But then the tots which was my favorite- or so I thought. Ok let's be fair... this is fast food and comfort food. I was prepared to throw 4 or 5 stars on this review but 3 was the most I could do. What they do well, I always order the quarter pound cheese burger and it's always good. Fries and tots are good. The service tonight was good, food came out quickly - we used the mobile app. The food was hot and the server was courteous. The problems: we ordered the mozzarella sticks and they shorted us one and they forgot the marinara sauce. So that was a bummer on what could have been a 5 star dinner and we didn't get what we paid for. ***Please note that this store has forgotten our marinara sauce on several occasions so buyer beware and ask. Car in front of me said someone came over speaker and said to hold on and had not been able to place order. Got out of line, parked in stall, pressed order button. Sat for 10 more minutes without placing order. Knocked on door and young lady said that they prioritize stall orders first. First come first serve. Not the best Sonic I've ever been too. If your coming here for ice cream I would go somewhere else. The ice cream cones we ordered were a disaster. Wish I would of taken a picture of it before giving it to my daughter and niece. My hot fudge sundae had minimal fudge. If your wanting a hot fudge sundae go to McDonalds or a ice cream shop. Service is something to be desired as well. Make sure you have all of your straws and cutlery before the server leaves because it'll be a pain to fix that mistake. Absolutely horrible!!!! Avoid this location of Sonic!!!!!!!!!Would give zero stars if able to. Ordered on the app with each meal, two adult meals of sauces chicken and chilli cheese coney and one kids meal of chicken tenders. My sons chicken was cold, frozen in the middle. My chicken was also cold. Each meal ordered sauces and was given none. My son refused to eat with out his sauces so I pressed the red button to request our missing sauces. Upon speaking to the lady, she told me that it would be a charge per each sauce!!! Why should I pay again for sauce that I ordered with my food! And then when mentioned we ordered it with our food and got none she only brought 3 packets of sauce and none for the mozzarella sticks. Also upon trying to order onion rings, the app will let you add to order but not let you checkout due to apparently not having it. Customer service is terrible!!! This is literally the absolute WORST sonic I've ever been to. EVER! They need new management ASAP! The food is nasty. They never get my order right. I went a few days ago and ordered a bacon toaster meal with an unsweet tea. They didn't put any ice in the cup!! I get that ice melts with tea but dang. Put some ice in the cup. I ordered my toaster a certain kinda way and it was wrong. They didn't toast the bread. I also ordered a big scoop blast. It was a little over half way full and barely had any candy in it. Total waste of money! I have been here about 3 times now waiting in between my visits. I know people have off days and crew gets changed. So I've waited to post my review. Just don't eat here. My husband and I got shakes from this location. We go the same exact size and flavor. I noticed that mine tasted a bit funny at the bottom, as if there was cream cheese and some sort of syrup that didn't get blended well. I mixed it up and finished off the shake. My husband tasted the same thing, but not until he got all the way to the end of his shake. He just threw his away because of how bad it tasted. Here it is, 3 hours later, and I am extremely sick, crampy, etc. I don't know if there was some sort of chemical, like a cleaner, in the shake machine or not, but I have NEVER had this reaction after eating or after Ice cream/milk. read more

High five for being open and located in north Crestview. Three star waiting because there are times I get food and i feel like it's not "fresh". I know for fast food that doesn't mean much, but I'd like my food to be recently made and sometimes I get that "chewy lukewarm mozzarella stick" feeling and I'm not into it. There are other times I get ice cream and everything is fine. A couple of the staff may need retraining in how to use to intercom in the drivethru. Either that, or sonic should provide them a new one because even when I speak I the most clear voice they ask "huh"? Food for thought.
