2 stars...meh, I've had better. Much better! Loads better! This McDonald's sucks! Too bad there is not another one down the street...otherwise, holy cannoli I would never venture here. I barely eat McD's anyway but I love their fries and sweet tea. It's almost always a hassle here, I like fresh fries...waiting 5-7 minutes for em past the main drive thru windows with my car running, nah. I ordered a regular combo with sweet tea, light ice....I get a large sweet tea. I think OK maybe they ran out of medium cups, nope..the girl charged me more than what I reasonably thought it should be. I asked why. She tells me the combo price is xyz. I said, nah it's abc in the drive thru. Then her silly manager (she comes up in another FAIL later) goes to check, comes back, tells stupid girl something and stupid girl proceeds to tell me the price is different because I got a large drink. OK do you even know why and you work here and rang up my order? I said no (stupid b - in my head) I did not, I asked for sweet tea light ice. It was later in the night so this was all at the 2nd window...she proceeds to ask me for the drink back, pours it out then gives me a medium. #bishwhat? dumb ass...a) this tea is cheap AF to McD's and b) you're wasting it and c) does your $7.25 depend on cup size Previous time with silly manager mentioned above, I went and ordered the steakhouse burger promo they were running (actually tasted like real meat). Now there was a sign that said not all products available on those 3 different 1/3lb burgers so I asked if the steakhouse was available, dummy cashier goes, let me check. Comes back and says yes. I get all the way to Bauer drive, open my burger and this chit doesn't have any mushrooms (highlight of the burger) nor any cheese...motherf****************s UGH so I drove all the way back, asked to speak to dummy manager this time...asked for a full refund (I didn't give a damn about that drink and fry, I want all my money back!) She took 5-8 minutes fiddling around with this damn register trying to give me my money back. She opened it...didn't remove any money, closed it back. #bishwhat? fiddle again, finally get my money! if I could give you zero stars I absolutely would. my food was cold, so cold the cheese on my big Mac wasn't even melted. the mcvalue chicken sandwiches me and my fiance got were squishy, sticking together almost completely and CHEWY my finace spit out his first bite immediately. Warning: Everyone Be careful the MC DONALDS in Fairfield town center off 290 in Houston Texas is horrible. The Owner (DAVID) has HARD PLASTIC in the food. I purchased a double fish sandwich meal and Apon eating the fish sandwich I bit down on hard plastic and swallowed it. The plastic stuck in my throat and was lodged there. finally, I got the Foren object to go down which left my throat soar for about 2 weeks. The owner will not take responsibility for his product, nor has the owner (DAVID) given a refund or replacement meal. the only thing the owner DAVID did was, he had a women call me trying to intimidate me and stated McDonalds can't do anything for me and if I got a lawyer, they won't help me either. I was trying to be a nice guy and when the lady that David (owner) had call me. she asked what do i want I told her whatever is fair that's all. then she said Well there is nothing mc Donald's can de for me and no one will help me with this. So, I'm turning to the news and the public. I would not recommend this store to anyone, and I'd advise people not to purchase from him and his store. I wish there was something less than one star. I arrived here at 11:18p, and waited at the drive thru. When I look this location up on Google and Yelp, both sites say, "Open from 5a to 12a." However, when you pull up to the second window, the manager and a worker is just chatting. The manager proceeds to tell me they are closed before trying to avoid my camera. Stopped by for some quick breakfast and it started with a monotone greeting. The whole time the guy was taking our order over the speaker he sounded like he didn't want to be there. The rest of the experience was quick and easy. The two girls at the windows were friendly, smiles and fast. When we got home I took a sip of my vanilla latte and it tasted off. Needless to say that I only took a few sips and decided to dump it. As I was pouring it down the sink I noticed that it was nothing but steamed milk. Looks like their McCafe machine was out of coffee beans and it was never replaced. So sad, I really wanted my fix of coffee and that was the most disappointing drink. read more

My family and I What to this location last night my multiple online order to put up at the drive-thru like we usually do with no problem. We went to the speaker to the young lady we had a 3 mobile Orders to pick up and she said okay can you give me the codes. So my brother proceeded to give her his two codes and when it was time give him the 3rd code she told him to pull up. So my Brother told her I had one more order to get. The young lady that was working the drive thru started to have an attitude. She told my brother very rudely that they don't take multiple orders at the drive thru, that he would have to get his first two orders and go back around to pick up the next one. So when my brother was explaining to her that we never had problems with picking up multiple orders from the drive thru like this from this location or any other location she was being very rude and dismissive. While we were still at the speaker. So my brother asked her for her name so we can make a complaint and she asked him WHY! So we pulled up to the window she still had an attitude and was lying and saying that the this location never take multiple orders at the drive thru still with an attitude. So my brother asked her again what was her name and she told him why multiple time until I had to tell her she was being very rude and I'll be calling corporate to complain. Then she gave us the Name Stephanie. Still very rudely. McDonald's you need to do better at hiring these kids to work at night. They have very bad customer service. Came at 11:00 no one was there.. I feel like if your location says 12 you should definitely be open til at least 11:45..

The last three times I've visited this location, they've disappointed. The mobile ordering system is great, but the follow through on the store's part needs a lot of work. I'll push the notification that I'm already here when I'm in their parking lot, & they're stunned when I pull up to the drive thru with the order number. They cannot believe I've already paid for the order or they can't find the order. I wind up sitting in the assigned parking stall to be passed on by 6-7 customers before I get my order. Just don't come here anymore. Go to another location. It may be convenient to you in terms of location, but whether or not you use the mobile order, the drive-thru, or walk-in, I've found that you can expect excessively long wait times, your order wrong, your order lost, or something missing from your order that you paid for but don't realize it until you get home or walked out with a to-go order. McDonald's even isn't great food, but when I get outvoted, we're there, and I should know better than to keep going to the same location that has given me a bad experience every time. Note all of the reviews on this location--mostly 1-star, a few 2-stars, and only one 5-star review out of 11 reviews to date--that one review is either an anomaly where responsible people were by some absolute miracle on shift or someone is trying to artificially boost this location's score. read more

To start off with, I love McDonald's ever since i was a kid. Still love then. And for me to give a low review to some place a love only means this place is b below par! Countless times I have been here, too many times i am not a happy camper as i was again today. I just wanted fries without salt worth my meal, and one again i get salt on the fries. This time the manager took care of the issue, only to let me sit and eat my meal without my fries. Burger long gone, still waiting. She forgot about me as she was talking to some one MD emp at the door. Finally, i would say 7 to 10 minutes later, before she figured out why i am sitting there looking at her. I was just about to get up and tell her to forget about the fries when she, i am done. Finally got the fries, and 3 minutes later, i really didn't want fries now. Walked out tossed the fries in the trash, lost my appetite. Reading the other reviewers i see many people not happy with the service here and my issues are about thre same. It's McDonalds. But, one thing I can say is that this location has never messed up an order. Not a single person order, but even for our family meals (which do not come from here often if we can help avoid the fast-food train). They have even caught a mistake on a drink order that wasn't correct! We do like breakfast occasionally on the weekends and they stack up nice. The double drive though is a pain. There is one way in and one way out. People do try and pull into the exit to get in line for the second drive thru lane. KINDA makes me angry, but people will be people. We have been coming to this McDonald's for years simply because of its location to our house. 99.9% of the time it is a horrific experience. The people that work there are extremely rude. The line moves slower than the speed of smell and they NEVER have a working ice cream machine. Crazy.
