It's absolutely nonsense that you have 6 cars in pick up slots because you don't have enough of a workforce to serve efficiently. We shouldn't have to go and wait while you're keeping your OTW time "down". You're gaming your number and your customers are the one's who suffer. I've been out here for over 10 minutes because of ordering 2 apple pies. Tell me at the ordering box that they're not ready and I'll have to wait an extended time frame if I want them. It's okay to do that and front load your customer. Offer me that customer service instead of wanting my money, you having good metrics, and me waiting an outrageous amount of time for my order. I went inside and waited another 10 minutes to and stood at their counter and heard them calling out they needed another of the same items I ordered Finally after 10 minutes someone came out to bring a delivery out and then I asked for a refund because 20 minutes from time of payment, 25 minutes since I got in your stack to get food is not acceptable. However I would like to acknowledge the customer service tonight. 5/1 went through the drive thru and the first worker was a young man with painted finger nails, he was very nice, sweet and had great manors. The receipt says "Pokemon Legendary." 2. The only sauce we asked for our nuggets (when we were asked) was honey. You didn't give us any. 3. I ordered online for some spicy chicken nuggets and fries. I specifically ordered some hot Mustard and sweet and sour sauce. I arrived to pick up my order. I tell them my order number and they print me a receipt. and while I was in the drive thru waiting, the manager comes up to me and yells at me as l'm about to drive to the next window. "ma'm can i see you receipt?" I show her and she says That the items i have paid for is not at their location. And that i cannot have my food. And I must pay for them. AGAIN. i tell her i already did and she says no, and I have to go to a different location. I ask her where can I go instead, And she says "idk , just not here" So i end up paying online and in person. And i drive home quickly because i was upset. To my dismay I found totally wrong sauces. And the fries were all soggy and limp. I did not want to spend more time being upset and arguing to i just ate what i could and threw away the rest. I just hope management can read this, and try to improve. For what ever reason they keep the doors locked during business hours. This has been such a pain in the rear. When you order thru the app they don't make it until you arrive and then then without fail they screw the order up. Also they have the dual drive thru lanes and inevitably one lane is always closed. This location does a Teacher's night where a portion of the proceeds goes to a local school. On these nights you will see teachers/families/students standing near the road with signs trying to get people to stop in to eat. Very cool and not something you normally see from McDonald's franchise owners. This alone earns 5 stars in my book. This location also has the double drive thru and it moves pretty quick. I've been to other locations where the drive thru was slower because of the split drive thru but this one is doing something right. Even during the lunch rush you can get through quite fast. The food is standard McDonald's, so if you're coming here you already know how good the food is. No reason to report on that really, so come to this location to support a location that cares about it's community and schools! Props McDonalds :) read more

I can't leave a zero star rating but this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Every time I go they get something wrong with the order. Tonight, they did not give me any sweet-and-sour sauces for chicken nugget happy meal or my chicken nugget meal combo. Gave me four ice teas instead of three iced teas and one Coke. Ordered three Mc flurry's and they charged me for four. Forgot my large fries. And this is just from tonight!! The management is horrible and don't care about customers. I don't know why I keep coming here. Many bad experiences in the way of orders being incomplete or wrong thru the yrs. it's because it's the closest one to me. This time it's quality of the food. I ordered a filet o fish meal and an extra filet of fish sandwich for me and my wife. My wife bit into her filet I fish and said it was so fresh. Mine was made the day before yesterday and reheated. I ate a couple bites cus I was HUNGRY but I could not eat anymore. I wish you were as good as the La Palma. I honestly don't think the guy who took my order realized it was 3:30pm. Because when I said I wanted a large number 3 meal (double quarter pounder with cheese) he gave me the medium breakfast number 3 combo. When I got my order I told them it was wrong, the manger (didn't catch her name) didn't even apologize for what had happened or even acknowledge me until I got the correct order. Luckily the guy that brought me my food, immediately took it and said that it was wrong and it should be fixed. While the manager pulled the guy who took my order aside as the food is being made. Still at this point no apology or even want to make my visit pleasant. She came back out 6-8 min later to give me my order, I grabbed my correct order and walked out the door. I understand that they were busy when I walked in, but my order shouldn't have been that far off. I wasn't mean to the staff; I was honestly upset bc when I got back to work, I didn't have enough time to enjoy the food I just had purchased. I usually get a filet o fish sandwich from McDonald's so I know how they should be. This place must microwave them because it was the chewiest and toughest bun I've ever had. This location has become very inconvenient. My son attends the high school and I usually get him something to eat since I pick him up by the McDonalds but lately there is always something. The dining area is always closed. No one is there to actually take your order. So no Customer Service. You have to use the Kiosk which is inconvenient for people that are paying with cash because they have to place their order then wait for someone to come take their payment at the register. Their latte machines is always down. It takes so long to get your food that by the time you do get it it's cold and your drinks are watered down. The drive thru gets way too long so it takes forever to even place your order. This is getting ridiculous. read more

I went to this McDonald's for my free egg mc'muffin that I heard about on CNN. I read the t's and c's on my phone that didn't mention I needed to use a coupon. I used another coupon on my app to .99 cent coffee. Turns out I did need to use an app coupon and was now blocked from using the Mc'Muffin coupon (cuz I used the other coupon). The cashier and manager were pretty cool about it and fixed the problem so I could get my free Mc'Muffin. Good service and much appreciated. read more
