Walking in to the place it's not very eye catching to be honest, the restrooms had no soap and very unsanitary. I understand why they use a stick with a key to use them but the sanitary function of that is already a minus for me. Food: quite expensive for what I got!!!!honestly way below Average, they recommended the patty melt and it was subpar to say the least, very greasy and un flavorful, too much cheese I couldn't finish both half's when normally I do at any other place. The fry's were ok. The fountain drinks, very messy and not clean Staff: very welcoming and helpful, fast service. Seating area: many places to sit mostly booths ,again aesthetically not very pleasing but looked clean and plenty of space to sit. I risked it and tried this place out of no recommendation other than stopping by and I don't think I will Be back. Maybe some of their other items are good but I will pass on this place. Great staff though. I have moved this up to 3 stars solely because the response to my feed back was well received and that alone speaks highly of making an attempt to help their restaurant to be better. The goal is not to just criticize or review for the sake of reviewing but to actually help businesses and which comes full circle both for customers and business owners. I saw the gravy in a Yelp photo and had to try it. It looked real and I am the B&G king. It wasn't busy for prime breakfast hours; there was only one other customer. The tables were clean, with a single ketchup bottle on each, but no salt or pepper in sight, which suggested breakfast might not be their focus. I ordered an off-menu biscuits and gravy plate. It arrived all on one plate (personally, B&G deserves its own). There was plenty of bacon, and the eggs were cooked perfectly over hard, just as requested. Unfortunately, the gravy was clearly not house-made like a mix or canned product. Good gravy is inexpensive and easy to make from scratch, especially when you already have access to rendered fat. The biscuit underneath also didn't seem house-made; it resembled an underdone, flattened Pillsbury-style biscuit. The dish could have used salt and pepper, but none was available. At over $18 including tax and credit card fees, plus needing to ask for a key attached to a stick just to use the restroom, the experience didn't justify the price. Came here for lunch! Service was quick and easy. The kids burger is actually delicious, the fries are very crispy and flavorful. The taquitos were ok. They taste dry and over cooked. The rest of the plate tasted good. The guacamole, pico de gallo and salsa were actually pretty good! In my opinion the best thing to order here is a burger. Combo comes with a great portion of crispy fries and a medium size fountain drink. They also have family meals: 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks for $35. Everything everyone was eating here looked delicious from sandwiches, salads, burgers, melts, Mexican & traditional American options. Breakfast is served all day long and they have a drive thru. Stopped in on the way home by complete chance, but I was happy that I did! :) Before I get to the burger, let me start with the fries, because they were spot on! Maybe it was just luck being perfectly fried coupled with good seasoning, but boy were they good! Properly crisp on the outside and meaty on the inside, and the seasoning hit them just right! Ok, on to the Caliebte Burger: I was pleased, it wasn't anything to write home about heat wise, but I did appreciate that they used half-sliced grilled jalapeños rather than the typical pickled ones that most places do. The guacamole was good as well. In all it was a good burger! Got my son some chicken strips - he liked them. The service was quick and friendly, and the ambiance was that of a short order restaurant, freshly cleaned though, and I think their signage/branding is good! The most bland burger I've ever ate. Every bite tastes like water. NO seasoning at all, just a watery taste every bite. Fries were fries. Sucks to say because it looked great. Very plentiful portion. Around $14 for a single combo. I didn't expect much at all but even that was let down. Only writing this after trying this place 3 different times, 3 different items. Signage!!!! Ordered a breakfast burrito listed on menu for 10.49 paid with debit card and it came to 12.27. No signs any where indicating if you pay with debit or credit there was an increase. This has been one of my drive-thru go-to places for several years. I love the food here, and the service is great! Breakfast is good. I wouldn't order the steak sandwich again (way too salty.... and I let them know it went it the trash) and the onion rings are too greasy for human consumption. The owners are always open to constructive feedback. I hit this place up at least once a week. I happened to go in the restroom just now... (4-11-2026, 3pm) and not only is the restroom freaking absolutely disgusting (like it hasn't been steam-cleaned, disinfected, or power washed for months/years) there was a poor little dead cockroach on the floor. You can tell a lot about a fast-food restaurant by the condition and cleanliness of the restrooms. If they don't take care of the "front end" it is doubtful they are cleaning the back end. Night and Day difference when owner isnt present..Usually love this place, and will come back, but after waiting in drive thru for 8 minutes with one other car ahead, I pulled out and left. I went to this place Wednesday May 20,2026 at lunchtime,ordered 3-bacon cheeseburgers,2-drinks,one of the burgers had metal wire approximately 1"with paper on it,causing me to choke! I called restaurant immediately after and complained, no sorry, no apologies, just offered to replace my burger next time.... So I come in today, Monday,25 5pm ,less than a week later speak with manager and he refuses to help me. They obviously don't care about their customers! Be careful out there. I recommend this establishment for the food quality but there are some things to watch out for. I visited for my first time. Ordered the double cheeseburger combo. The burger was not very juicy but still quite decent. French Fries were some of the better Fries I have had though I think that they overdid it a bit on the seasoning. I am glad they offered Pepsi instead of Coca Cola. A heads up: This establishment adds a surcharge if you don't pay cash. I do have some bones to pick. I noticed that at least some of the employees at this establishment wore their shirts untucked. I consider that very unprofessional appearance. Normally I would ding most places a point for allowing employees to wear their shirts untucked as that is something that I am OCD about. THE WASHROOM SITUATION SUCKS! IN FACT THE WASHROOM SITUATION DOUBLE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First while the washroom was clean enough there were no paper towels available. I usually am able to dry my hands quicker with paper towels. Then I use paper towels to shut the faucet off after I wash my hands and then I use paper towels to open the door to exit the washroom. Normally I would ding places one point for not having paper towels available in the washroom. I had to use a key to gain access to the washroom. That doesn't sit well with me at all and I consider anything other than free unrestricted access to the washroom, if it is not occupied by someone else, to be completely and totally unacceptable. If I have to use a key or enter a code or combination to enter the washroom, it is my personal policy to automatically give the lowest score possible for that reason alone even if everything else is totally perfect. Therefore this establishment gets a 1 out of a possible 5. Had it not been for the fact that I needed to use a key for the washroom this place would have rated a 3/5 score. If I was to assign a letter grade like is done in school this establishment would get an F for the reason discussed above. read more

Combo usually comes with fries and a drink but I wanted half fries half fried zucchini so it was a little extra (+$3.50 the usual combo price). My total was just a bit over $20 and you know what, that's pretty much what fast food costs at most places. But this is WAY better because the food is sizzling hot and fresh and the service is fantastic. Don't like burgers? They have like 10 other things you can order: salads, burritos, wings, sandwiches, breakfast served all day. Also, so many drink options! There was jamaica, horchata, and whipped orange Bang in addition to the usual sodas. This restaurant is also a godsend because it's the one of the few places in the area that you can get food on a Monday. Since I have been going to RJ,s, about five years ago, I have always liked their fresh, not frozen beef patties, however, I have noticed the fries have changed to some less quality fries. I get it, first in first out when operating a restaurant to help with waste shortage. Decided to come to this establishment to get a French toast combo. To my surprise either they ran out of white bread but used the stalest wheat toast from the day before. I tried and really tried to eat this French toast combo but was struggling a bit by cutting the stale edges to eat. It was so stale that the butter did not melt. RJ is one of my local burger joints that I surprisingly found out not too long ago. My burger cravings one day led me to RJ's, and I couldn't be happier. The service is friendly, and the menu has a variety of options from American to Mexican fare. From breakfast to dinner, there's something for everyone. Prices are also reasonable, along with meal deals available. My recent favorites are the burgers (of course), the original burger in particular, but I've also enjoyed the chicken and steak sandwiches. The onion rings are excellent, thick-cut, and perfectly fried! Thick-cut fries are also great. The dining area is immaculate and organized, which makes for a pleasant experience. There is also a drive-thru if you don't want to get out of your car. I hope to be back soon and try more items or stick to my go-to's when the cravings hit! Been coming to RJs for some time it's one of those burger joint where everything is good , It's a medium sized menu with breakfast lunch dinner , Mexican meals , fire wings etc. the price has most def gone up but the food is largely portioned and taste good so you wouldn't regret it . So I was at Big 5 one day with my family and saw rJ's and asked the Big 5 employee if he recommended the place. He said that he recommended the chicken strips or the chicken wings. He said they make the chicken strips fresh. So I ordered the chicken strips and my daughter ordered the wings. My daughter LOVED the wings. So no problem there. The chicken strips on the other hand looked AMAZING!! They were golden brown and looked so good! What a disappointment!!!! I bit into the chicken strips and the outside was so crunchy it was perfect! But then I got all that dry chicken in my mouth and I started to chew that dry ass chicken and chew and chew and chewed. So yeah, every piece of chicken strip I got was DRY DRY DRY.. so I definitely won't be ordering the chicken strips.. read more
