An incident happened where I placed an order through the app, I checked in at the mobile spot, waited over 20 minutes and no order so I ended up going inside. Was told someone just went to deliver my order. No apology from the manager or the employee. Having a 30 minute lunch i had to rush out of there and barely made it back to work. I ended up having to save my food for the next break. There's a sign on the door that directs you to call or email wecare@dejonmcd. I'm very disappointed in this particular franchise, employees were nice but their food was sub par. We ordered the #4 combo with light Mayo both sandwhiches were very dry. The fries were not warm at all. We ordered the caramel frappes, all we tasted was crushed ice. This is the only McDonalds that keeps there doors locked. Just about every time I go to this McDonald's they screw up my order, I ordered and was charged for a Bacon Quarter pounder with cheese meal. The grill slip on the box said quarter cheese with bacon. Bad customer service. They offer to spin the wheel to win free food if you take their survey. I took their survey and came back during breakfast time and was told it's only valid during lunch. I ordered a pico guacamole burger. 15 min later they gave me a burger with just lettuce tomato and cheese. I sent it back since it was missing the pico guac. 10 min later they come back with a burger that has just the patty and only pico de gallo. Not even guac. OMG! Don't go hear. They recently remodeled and now have 2 drive thru's; they can't your order right. I don't know how many times I've given them chances. Today was the last time I will ever use this location. All I ordered was a large sugar free vanilla iced coffee with light cream. So this is my experience with this McDonald's. Well I rode my bike there today thinking I could order my food inside but because of COVID I couldn't. then the employee working there asked if I wanted to order in person anyways (without going into the restaurant) and was very polite and kind about my situation. Wow, in my 30+ years experience with McD's, this is by far the worst of them all. By a long shot, without hesitation. I've never seen a TEAM of workers so unhappy, disgruntled and unprofessional. I highlight TEAM because I was looking for 1 positive gem out of the bunch and there wasn't any. The 1 Star rating is for the food, only because it is consistent. Not sure how they can even mess that up, but by their attitude and morale, I wouldn't be surprised if they did. 1. Older Asian lady at the register was so rude in the way she communicates. Did she even receive any training? The way she was rudely pointing and yelling at people, I thought I was in Chinatown for a sec there. (I'm Asian, so that's not a racist comment). 2. Younger African American girl (Expeditor) was probably the best of the team, IF I was forced to pick 1 positive experience. She smiled every single time she approaches the counter to deliver the food, but as she quickly turns around, she rolls her eyes. Even though the customers in line can catch her rolling her eyes and muttering words, the receiving customer was not able to tell she was not genuine. But I do respect the fact that she at least faked it for a good 5 seconds before turning off the professionalism. (Did I just lower my standards saying that? LOL) 3. Younger Caucasian kid with black hair and glasses (another Expeditor) is by far the most disgruntled of the crew. He just flat out didn't care what customers think of him. His facial expressions, choice of words (i.e. "don't care if the order is wrong", "if they don't pick up their food, who cares, throw it away") and tone towards the customers was the worst display of customer service in years. You can tell he was hoping to be fired. I don't wish bad on anyone, and would love for all to have an opportunity to earn a living for themselves and their families. But this kid deserves to be jobless and homeless. He has a lot to learn in life, maybe starting with humility and the appreciation of opportunities that many do not have. To whom it may concern (i.e. District Manager, Regional Manager, etc.) you really need to clean up the staff. I don't work there nor have any vested interest, but even I was ashamed and embarrassed for the BRAND. My kids have been begging to have McDonalds for quite some time and I finally caved tonight. While our service was outstanding in the drive thru, all of our fries were disgusting. I'm surprised at the horrible reviews for this McDonald's. I like this McDonald's a LOT better than the two by my house. I guess they must be pretty bad if I like this one better. I used to come here all the time (I know, I know), at least a couple times a week with friends. I didn't always get something to eat but when I did I'll be damned if that food wasn't fresh. I get McDoubles and the bread is always fresh, the patties aren't dry as bricks, and they give lots of onions and pickles. Even at times where there were long lines we still got our food in a timely fashion. I'm a pretty impatient person especially when I'm hungry and this service never ruffled my fur. Food at other locations is a hit or a miss with freshness and the fries here ALWAYS come out hot. They also don't charge for sauces which I think is pretty cool. I've been to places where they refuse to give me my single (what is supposed to be COMPLIMENTARY) sauce because I didn't have the fucking 27¢. The employees here seem attentive compared to the other locations where people are always talking on their cell phones or ignoring customers and shit. No shenanigans here, either. Maybe I'm just lucky when I come here but I think this place deserves some credit. read more

If I could, I would give negative stars.... I have been here multiple times asking for freshly made food. McDonald's as a whole is known for the best fries. Well they could be if they are fresh.... I have repeatedly asked for FRESH food. I don't mind waiting, I would just like what I asked for. I have never really had a problem with this place until today. I went thru the drive thru and Ordered a 10piece chicken nugget meal and a mighty kids meal. Ordered and paid $11.75 without any issues (other than they didn't have dr.pepper). When I got to the second window they said they were working on my order. I said okay and the guy handed me my two drinks and didn't offer me a cup holder and only gave me ONE straw. Also what the hell happened to the small kids drinks? They have shrunk. A Starbucks mini size cup is probably bigger. Once my food is ready the guy hands me my two bags and I left the drive thru area and pull into a parking spot to check that my order was right. Luckily I had checked. My order was completely wrong. My 10piece nugget had large fries with it. My mighty kids meal only had nuggets and a toy. And I had asked for bbq sauce and was given creamy ranch. So I got out of car and walk in. Waited in line again and told the guy at the register they had forgetten the fries and the go-yogurt. He asked to see my receipt. I showed it to him. He said okay and walked over to get the fries and yogurt. There was no apology not once was there a sorry. Then what made it even worst was the guy at the second window had this guilty grin/laugh going on like he had did it on purpose. Lastly what the hell happened to the kids fries and drinks? I am paying 4.49 for and xxxsmall thing of fries and a Xs soda. It's a rip off. If I am paying almost $5 for a child's meal I would expect that I get more than 10 fries and 5 sips of sodas.
