Horrible service. Horrible quality. Slow service that is usually incorrect. Most love cations start lunch at 10:30 am. I called corporate, they said it depends on the franchise owner. Ok. With that being said, the manager on duty told me it is 11 on the weekend days and she had been working there for over 10 years and I did not know what I was talking about. I used to manage McDonald"'s restaurants. If you have worked there for over 10 years, you should be well informed of facts! Nature of your job as well as tact when it comes to customer service. She obviously only cares about collecting a pay check!!!!! Finally tired of this location! read more

There is literally "milk" on the tables everywhere and the food came out cold. Weird smell, dirty, subpar even for a McDonald's.

Came about 330 in the morning had the drive thru lanes blocked off not noticing the paper sign just went to the mobile lane ordered the food and was waiting. Finally took too long and seen the sign on the drive thru windows they were closed because of "lack of employees". Wth! So ofcourse calling corporate ain't do much bc I haven't seen my refund of the money. read more

I went through the drive thru yesterday (2/7/22 ) night all I ordered was an ice cream cone. When I pull up to the window the server tries to hand me a melting ice cream cone. I ask him," why it was melting? " He literally tells me it isn't I ask, "if I could get a fresh one?" He looked at me perplexed and walked back to the ice cream machine told another employee. They both looked perplexed. One of them takes the cone and dumps the ice cream back into the ice cream machine and proceeds to serve me a new ice cream cone. That ice cream cone looked fresh however I refused it since it is unsanitary to dump any kind of food that a customer touched back to sell especially an ice cream machine. I ask to speak with the manager who gave me an attitude but refunded me my money. When I told her about the incident she didn't seem to care. Since they were % unbothered with what they just did I'm sharing it with everyone else. Don't go to this McDonald's. Stay away! You don't know how they are handling your food. read more

It's honestly sad. I've had probably over 10 confrontations at this locations at this location and luckily for them I'm yet to write a review. It's 2019, almost 2020 and it's sad to say the race card is still being used but to say McDonalds is a business as a whole that is racist is the least I could say. I have been discriminated against by the color of my skin which makes me so sad by two employees of the opposite race. They bring segregation and separation to the company name and it's disheartening to see a company as Chick-Fil-A strive in such a topic and Mcdonald's fall. Due to very, very mean, and rude comments, involving "ignorant people" because of the color of our skin... we have left with a sick feeling in our stomach. I hope they can fix this in some way. I have left feeling not only emotionally abused because the color of my skin, but disheartened for not being able to ever get Mcdonald's again and having to take this to social media. HORRIBLE SERVICE: Sadly You Can't Rate 0 stars.... I stopped by this McDonald's late last night (2/20/17) and I was the only customer in the drive thru/(restaurant since it was closed). I figured since I was only getting a drink, and there was no other customers, I could just drive up to the window. As soon as I got to the window, the "manager" (Kadeisha) rolled her eyes and yelled out "Someone take this guys order, I'm not taking it since he didn't go to the drive thru."... I laughed it off thinking she was just playing around until she walked off with an attitude and rolled her eyes. That was mistake one, then when I told the gentleman who came to the window to let me speak to her manager he said he didn't know who it was or how to contact them. So I told him "let me speak to her again." She came up to the window with an attitude and I demanded her managers information/number. Multiple times she told me " Just Google It" with a nasty smirk. To me, that's not how you treat your customers. Specially not if you're a "manager." I would like to be contacted by the store manager or someone above this lady (Kadeisha). I think she might have skipped a couple of the training videos. **I know people who need a job with great customer skills if you are lacking the right people for the job. ** To me, it just looks like there was no one better for the job so you guys said "Hey why not just pick her and cross our fingers it goes alright." I'm work in Customer Service so I know what's the right way to handle a situation and how not to treat your customers. It makes this establishment look like a joke if that's the best management you can hire. I will not be coming back to this location because it isn't the first time I deal with bad service from this McDonald's. read more

We stopped here on our way through to TN and was pleasantly surprised! The indoor playground was huge and had lots of tables around it for parents to sit. It was a great spot for our toddler to stretch his legs after a long time in the car! The staff was friendly and efficient, the food was hot and fresh. Can't ask for more than that! read more

All I wanted was an iced coffee. No one in front of me at the drive thru and 20 minutes later I finally got it. Neither of the entitled teenagers working the windows even acknowledged me other than to take my money. When you go in with low expectations and are still pissed off when you leave, its gotta be pretty bad. McDonald's thinks that changing their menu is going to turn things around for them, and with service like this, nothing they do is going to help. read more

This McDonalds is dirty. The service is sub par, I write this over a series of visits so this is not a Bad day report. This is a management issue. It is located at one very nice location. Hamilton mill. Your food is thrown together. And your facility is physically dirty. Just the opposite of the Burger King . Which is clean, the food is assembled like the pictures and fresh. Came here today and ordered two biscuits, A few hashbrowns, and an orange juice. The lady taking my order/money was rude, the woman giving me my food was even ruder. I was then asked to go and wait in the reserved for drive-through area to wait for my food. I sat there for a good 25 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. When they finally brought me my food, the idiot couldn't even remember my order and I had to explain it to her three times, Even though it is exactly what was in the bag. Then, being the polite person I am, I said thank you, have a good day. Her response? She gave me a dirty look and walked off. This is the absolute worst customer service I've had at McDonald's or any fast food restaurant for that matter. Do not go here, and I will never be coming back to this location. Stopped by yesterday about 9:15am...the wait wasn't horrible until the car in front of me. The man rec'd & checked his order, handing an opened "something" back. A few minutes later, he was handed another bag, checked and finally pulled forward. I could see an McMuffin sitting on a table, partially wrapped. Attendant tightened the wrap, bagged it & handed it to me. I asked if that was the sandwich she handed the car in front of me...was told "NO." The manager overheard and asked if I wanted a different sandwich. "I don't want that one if it was opened by the customer before me." She handed the bag to a young man and instructed to get me another. Since I couldn't see his actions, I don't know what was done. But I rec'd a sausage McMuffin w/egg in a Sausage Biscuit overwrap and when I opened, a piece of the bread was broken as though someone opened to see what was in. I believe I was handed a rewrapped sandwich that was handled by the customer in front of me. Shame on you McDonalds! When I got to my destination, I made a lot of birds happy but I was not about to eat that McMuffin! read more

I went to the McDonalds located at 2443 Hamilton Mill Pkwy on June 12, 2019 around 5.47am. When I arrived, the Golden Arches sign was on and the interior lights were on. The outside sign stated that they were open 24hrs. As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed that the drive-thru lanes were both blocked off with orange cones. As I drove around the building, I noticed a female standing in the 1st drive thru window, so I decided to go inside. When I arrived inside, there was no one at the front counter. As I waited for someone, another customer came inside and stated is anyone here and that they had the drive-thru blocked off. After a few more minutes of waiting, I stated "Hello very loudly trying to get someone's attention. A female manager then stuck her head around the side near the fry station and stated "we are not open yet and that she had closed the drive-thru down for the night because she was short of help. She also said the only reason the doors were open was so that her employees could come in. I then asked her if they were open 24hrs and she stated "yes and walked back to what she was doing. Myself and the other customer then walked out around 5:57am totally disappointed in the service at this location. This store is by far the worst that I've ever seen based my past experiences with service. I want be back to this location again. read more
