This is Taco Bell where I have standards of in and out to give 5 stars. This location is on the way to my moms where I often stop unexpectedly deciding to grab her some tacos to take to her assisted living. This is a location on the corner of Sardis Church and Hamilton Mill next to Chick-fil-A so traffic is generally pretty high. Being that I order the same thing every time I come and it's very simple I'm very fortunate that I've never had an order messed up and I get in and out not sitting at the speaker changing my mind 20 times or adding additional items after they already ask you if everything was correct. I've always had good service friendly people and no problem getting extra hot sauce as I do load it on. Their health score is generally always 100 or just below although I don't come by that often any more But as long as they are high score, and fast this is generally fast and efficient. I'm often behind people in line that take a full 3 to 4 minutes to order because they change their mind and then complain about their order so I'm not going to do that because I only get soft tacos and crunchy tacos and it's an expensive taste great and I'm in and out. Taco Bell is a typical place I would stop by on a road trip. I really like buying the 12 pack with my family. I usually like dipping it in the hot sauce. I find the comments about this location an absolute joke. I have been a patron of this particular location since they opened (I live in Hamilton Mill) and this location, NEVER gets it right. It's sad, because when the night MOD (no name tag; Asian guy) isn't interested in Customer Service, keeps his back towards the drive-thru window, nor does he speak to customer, looks like he is mad at the world, but the younger kid (African American; doing prep) has an excellent attitude, CS and is pleasant with a smile, it makes you wonder who runs/ owns this place? That was one thing, but after checking my bag, since something is normally missing. I drive home just to find out they can't take an order correctly. Should have known when it wasn't called back. Heck, I had to drive up to get my total??? I called in to let them know they messed up the order and when the kid relays the message to the manager, suddenly the phone call ends. I drove an extra 10 miles to this taco bell after being told at the one on 53 that they no longer offer the double chalupa box or any box deal at all. I've actually had to do this before when the one at 53 closed at 1am and this one was still open and this is when I found that they do still sell the double chalupa box. It's sad I have to drive a further 10 miles to get proper taco bell. But I have noticed that the one on 53 has always skimped on the meat and fillings. This location I have always been satisfied with the quality, value and speed as well as friendly customer service. I will have to continue to drive further if I want taco bell with anything more than a shell and beans in it. I hope the location on 53 can be more like this one. read more

Mainly go here for bean burrito for my vegetarian son when I have too much going on to cook. Depending on who makes it and usually it's the skimping one, the burrito is mostly tortilla with very little beans inside. Same thing goes for rice and bean burrito barely anything inside mostly rolled up shell. not worth the chance . So decided to try their #8 meal fiery taco since I love spicy food. Although its made by Dorito it feels more like a Pringle chip its so thin. The meal consists of 3 tacos. First taco all I felt was the little grainy seasoning. By the third taco I was reaching for the Dr. Pepper. If you like tacos AND spicy foods then I recommend giving it a try. Its pretty good. It comes in a little sleeve which is great because all 3 tacos began to fall apart after the first bite. If I had not been in the car I would have just turned it into a taco salad.
