Stopped here after a trip to Danbury Hospital. It's located at the far end of Padanarum businesses. Easy to get in with lots of parking. We did a pick up order. They skipped and somehow missed the order. Had to wait longer because it was a busy part of the day. Be careful where you park. When we tried to leave, we were blocked in because the drive through is a poor design. It has two lanes that combine to one after you order which backs up the line. Food quality / price rating 9. I don't know why people have given this McDonald's lower ratings than this. For a McDonald's it's we'll run, food is served quickly and almost always hot. Lines move fast. The place is clean, with long term employees (which says a lot). It's as good as any McDonald's I've been to. read more

I went here got nuggets and a MC double and caked for the sweet chilli sauce and the people at the drive through said "you mean sweet and sour" "we don't have sweet chilli sauce here" and we're giving me and attitude like I'm the one who's wrong. This MacDonalds is very modern. Great decor, electronic kiosks, class meals. My friends and I walk in on a spooky night: October 31st Having only cash, my friend and I went to the counter instead of the kiosk. My friend, with painted nails, orders first. Then, I order my meal. While I'm ordering, the cashier asks me if my friend is a girl because he has his nails painted. Luckily, we have a sense of humor so we found this very funny. Go there At least twice a week since I work near bus. Nice people, good food, fast service And clean as a whistle.

Today I had to run a few errands, namely stopping by the bank. Well, after withdrawing $40 from the bank, I said to myself "I'm awfully parched." So, I decided to make my way over to the McDonalds. This McDonalds restaurant flies under the radar because of its location. Needless to say, they run a tight ship over there. From what my colleagues have told me the dining experience is excellent inside the restaurant. Anywho, I visited the drive thru. I was greeted by a young man through the microphone, asking if he could take my order...so I gave it to him. I ordered one small Coca-Cola. The young man asked if my order appeared correctly on the screen and it did. After receiving my drink, I pulled away and proceeded to put my straw in to my soft drink. It was delicious. I just ordered food and the manager was taking my order and he was so rude I said thank you and he just ignored me. I left and realized he gave me the wrong order so I went back and told him nicely and he treats me like I was stupid. Then he finally gave me the right order and he was still being rude. Never said sorry or anything. Just handed me the food and I left. Again this was the manager. I understand mistakes and I'm not mad he gave me the wrong order I just don't understand the attitude. Very rude management here. Went to get my pregnant girlfriend a smoothie, was told it's be a few minutes. Cool - I'll wait. Then as I drive around to the window the guy there asks if I want anything else, I order a small fry for my wait. He comes back with the fries & wishes me a nice day - but I don't have my smoothie. I tell him that, & he stammers & looks back at his manager who is waving me off. I'm like dude, you said it would be a wait so I'm waiting. She then goes, " so why did you order the fries?" I would give it zero stars if it were an option. The workers at the drive through are thieves! I ordered 2 meals that came to 15 dollars, but when I got to the window the lady told me it was 20, even though she told me it was 15 at the speaker thing and it showed everything i ordered and it all added up to 15. I gave her a 20 and asked for a receipt...AND SHE NEVER CAME BACK!!!! It was really late at night so I couldn't go inside because only the drive through was open. I started beeping the horn to get her to come back, I knocked on the window, and she just would come back. I mean, i know its only 5 buck that the dumb bitch stole from me, but its the principal. Slow service, extremely slow, I had coffee spilled on me, waited 10 minutes for one ice coffee, did I mention the slowest associates you're always going to have to wait no matter if you're the only person in the store. Do not go here. The other reviews about them being thieves and messing up orders is 100% true. I ordered 2 6-piece nuggets along with a few other things for my girlfriend and I. I realized as I drove away that they did not include the nuggets so I went back. There was a very long line of cars as only the drive thru was open at this point. I had to wait 20 minutes to go back around to the window. When I got there I told the employee and they were very rude about it just showing me off. Eventually they got the night manager who came over and told me that I was a liar and he put the nuggets in there. I waited 20 minutes just to be told that I was a liar instead of being taken care of like a valued customer after the inconvenience. I haven't been back since and will never be. read more
