We ordered and were given our drinks and waited at our table for the food, which did not take too long and it was hot and fresh and delicious. Oh I can not forget the cute little flowers on the table at first I thought they were artificial, but they are real and smelled so good and I just thought that was cute to have at our table. I knew it would happen one day. A Chick-fil-A store with unfriendly service. The associate who took our order had a trainee tag on, but no one nearby to help her. We asked if they had any drinks without caffeine and she gave us a that's there like she didn't know what caffeine was. I ended up taking a soda drink and gave it to my wife. Inside was quiet, but the drive-through was busy. We sat and waited for our meal in the dining area. A woman came by calling a name that was similar, but not the same as my wife's. We figured it was ours. We asked her to see the name and it was our order. She was just reading a totally different name. I looked up at the menu and there was a new drink. I asked someone else if it had caffeine and she said no. There was a lady in a black shirt standing behind the counter. I asked her if she was a manager, and she said yes I told her about the drink and asked her if that drink was included in the combo and she said yes, and walked away. She pointed to a cashier to help me. I gave you the cashier my soda and she tossed it and then asked me for $3.75 for the drink I told her the man just said it was part of the package and the cashier said it was extra. I asked to speak to the manager the girl walked over to the Manager and came back and said that it was extra no apologies no explanations never a smile from anyone. I cannot even begin to share how disappointed I am in this restaurant. It is one of the busiest stores in the county and therefore such a money-maker. Yet, they have the worst system in place for pickups. Since they reopened the dining room, there is one line only. Therefore, whether you order in the app or you order once you arrive, you still have to wait in the same line. Those of us who work, can spend most of our lunch hour standing and waiting to inch up in a line that reaches the far end of the plaza. That is no good! As far as the food, as you can imagine, by the time it gets to those of us who ordered in the app, it's cold! Usually, I would give Chick-Fil-A a three star just because of the price of everything; however, it was just my son and I and he loved going. The place gets pricy when you try to feed the whole family. My son loves the mac and cheese with a side of chicken nuggets. He always wants to go inside. I also like how their kids meals have something other than a toy. This time it was a book. I will say, that inside it is like any other fast food place; however, it is a lot cleaner. Also the people a friendly. The service therefore is great. They used to have an indoor playground which is why this isn't a 5 star. They use the playground area as storage which is a disappointment. In this regard, this location has to get it together. If you brought back your indoor playground, you would have a lot more traffic. read more

Before leaving my office which is minutes away I ordered my meal for pickup on the app. Than I googled from the app the fastest route. Next when I arrive Siri came on my phone asking me if I wanted to inform them. Sure why not enjoying this technological advanced visit. So it's Chik Fil A. We all know what means great chicken, possibly mixed with crack or some other highly addictive ingredient that makes people willing to wait 30 minutes or more in a drive thru line longer than most would wait in to vote. This one had a few noteworthy things worth reporting. First, their dining area is still closed. I don't want to eat in restaurant, but usually jump out of the car and go in to grab my food to avoid the drive thru. This is especially effective while using the app as your order will be ready on the run. Some Chik Fil A's even have curbside delivery now as well. This is the best as you park in a. Unnerved spot and they run out your order. Definitely the VIP way to skip the line and wait. However, this location is also not offering this service. If you put in an app order for pickup, what they have done is put a baker's rack blocking the main door entrance. As order are ready, they put them on the baker's rack. Without opening the door or calling a name, whoever is outside is forced to all huddle together to look at the names on the bags so you can grab yours when ready. This is terrible practice and is absolutely not safe. Seems Chik Fil A has outgrown their capacity and doesnt are. They are now a turn em and burn em restaurant and the high quality customer service that built their reputation, along with the delicious chicken, is gone. I can't say I blame them as people are willing to line up around the block like going to a voluntary DMV visit. So either I huddle at the door or wait in a line that will take longer than a steak at Morton's? I can't. PS - My order was wrong, again. Never used to happen but does so now much more frequently. The service this morning was terrible. I ordered breakfast At the drive thru and pulled up to the window. They asked me my order and name and said "You didn't order." Ina very rude way. I said nicely I did order and they asked "what do you want." The employee appeared to be a manager. They gave me the food quickly however did not give me the cream and sugar for my coffee. Chik-Fil- A! Where do I even start. This is my favorite fast food by far. I have been coming to this location for the past 5 years. It is usually a great experience. I love the manager. He is always super nice, and trying to move as fast as possible. They have a great system after covid. You can order ahead on the app and choose if you want to pick up in the drive through or if you want to come in and pick up the food. For lunch time, I usually order ahead and pick up in store. It is super easy and convenient from the app. Once you get to the location you select I am here and they pack it up for you so that your meal is hot and fresh. I have always thought that the location is clean, the only problem is that it does get crowded but what Chik-fil-a doesn't? I have also done large orders for my team at work. We have ordered breakfast and lunch. For breakfast we have ordered the chicken mini's they come individually packaged or they come on a tray. The fruit cups also come individually packed. I figured that at 9:30am the breakfast crowd would be gone and the lunch lines would not have started and I could get a quick togo order. GUESS AGAIN! There were 4 employees plus the owner inside moving around like they had no order of business. I stood in line behind 1 guy for a few minutes before reaching the counter. I placed my order for one 4 pack of chicken minis togo. Should be quick but I should have known better. Now I know the reason for the really long lines here. It is not that they are so busy, they are really that slow! Now losing my patience and wondering how bad my review was going to be, I was still waiting and it had now been at least 10 minutes. STILL WAITING! The employees were still moving around like "chickens with no heads" no pun intended! Finally after almost 15 minutes they had my baggie and called my name. When I opened the little box inside I saw 4 very small nibbles of chicken bites and thought...this was 4 dollars? Really, in 2 more hours, I could get the whole sandwich for a few more nickels. The chicken minis were pretty underwhelming too. The little buns were more like under cooked Bao buns. They were mushy. Overall, I think I may have given them one more star than they deserved. I blame the owner because he was there as he usually is and has no urgency to get the production line moving to keep the customers happy to return. This location is always extremely busy. Saturday night was no exception. The drive-through is wrapped around the building and inside was packed except for the one table that I managed to get to while my girlfriend went to the counter to order. We ordered two original chicken sandwich combos and waited for the food to be brought to the table. Looking around the restaurant was really clean considering how busy it was. It's always hard to keep a place clean when there's that many children running around but this location did a fantastic job. The food arrived to the table hot and fresh tasting.
