I decided to get a late night meal and ordered for two. 2 personal pan pizza which you have a choice of getting a 2 topping mini pizza and 4 boneless wing/fries. When I got my food jumped in the car. The 4th boneless wing pretty much never existed. As it was the size of a penny literally. No exaggeration, the service in this place was terrible on so many levels. I came in, waited at the counter, the door chimes. I see them in the back, no acknowledgements, another guy comes in and waits a few mins. Then he decides to shout, is anyone here? That's when someone came over. I saw the lady walking with two boxes of personal pan pizzas and I said to myself it should be mine based on time of order and when it came out (they clearly weren't busy) I said my name, spelt it and she said no it's not yours so she puts it away. I go back in my app and it shows it's ready, so I mentioned that to her as she is now to the back of the store and she sends someone else, a younger guy. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would! They need to hire an entire new staff. From the moment that I called to place an order to the time the pizza got to my house was a nightmare. The girl on the phone had zero idea how to conduct over the phone orders and she sounded completely incompetent. Plus she had absolutely no manners or hospitality throughout the call and hung up before taking my payment info. Then I called back and nobody answered. Then I had to go to the store to go pay because I don't carry cash and she never took my card info instead she just hung up. When I got there everybody was on their cellphones and had their AirPods in! How tf do you run a business when nobody is paying attention. Then when I explained to the shift leader what I just experienced while placing the order she got an attitude with me and acted like there was nothing she could do to resolve the issue. Meanwhile they sent my order out to be delivered. And wouldn't bring it back so I could pick it up at the store. So I had to drive home to pick up my delivery and the delivery driver was saying I still owed a balance. The balance I had jJUST PAID AT THE FREAKING STORE! So I told him to call his manager cus I just paid her. Then she lied and said I didn't. My pizza had been absolutely destroyed by the driver. And when I called customer service they gave me a fake number to a medical facility. WORST PIZZA EVER. Papa Johns would never do this. read more

(Pizza picture below) Recently purchased their online deal, 2 topping large pizza for $7.99, and was very disappointed. This was a sad and pathetic excuse for a pizza. They were EXTREMELY stingy with the toppings. The toppings I got were pepperoni and meatballs. I literally counted 8 meatballs. I guess their rule is 1 meatball per slice?? There wasn't much more pepperoni, maybe like 10 pepperoni slices for the entire large pizza. And then the pizza itself was paper thin. I remember when Pizza Hut pizzas used to be decently thick. I guess you get what you pay for??? I'm not sure if it's just a problem with this location or Pizza Hut in general. But I'll be going with Papa Johns from now on. This was my first time eating at this a Pizza Hut and it was cool. With me being vegetarian, I was excited to try the new, 'Beyond' meatless meatballs that they're promoting right now, so decided to try it. I ordered it online and by the time I got there, it was ready. They had contactless curbside, so it was brought out to my car. They followed the directions, when I asked them not to cut the pizza. I did ask for light cheese, but it was the average regular amount on there. Overall, the pizza was good and my boys loved it. The only that should probably be done differently is the curbside service. When they asked to part in the front, it's literally right on the curb and in that area, it seems to be heavy traffic flowing within that plaza. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Ordered Traditional wings as I wasn't in the mood for pizza. Hawaiian Teriyaki - absolutely awful. Terrible flavor threw them out after one wing. Spicy Garlic- decent flavor, but the wings were just awful. Like they weren't even kind of okay. Burnin' Buffalo- Great Flavor, but the wings are AWFUL. Honestly, the wings seemed like they were thawed and froze over and over and over again. They were mush and tasted freezer burned. Management was piss poor. Had a 5:30 pick up I didn't get my wings until 6:30. The order was placed online with at least 45 minute notice with a "15 minute ready to go" statement. One guy was running the register, seemed to be the manager. Several of the employees were sitting in the chairs up front. Just talking. One guy was in the back wearing crocs and socks... which is a huge NO in a kitchen workplace. Hopefully the little wings I did eat doesn't make me sick. read more

We ordered the big box dinner, with the two pizzas, breadsticks, and pasta. We ordered the Tuscani pasta, and received the chicken alfredo. And then to top it off it came cold, we called and were told it was delivered right it came out of the oven. The manager refused to assist and fix the issue with the cold food other then the messed up pasta. Absolutely awful experience, horrible customer service. Rude, interrupted and made excuses refused to listen and instead made excuses for a 20 minute drive when the place is 6 minutes from our house. Will never order from Pizza Hut again! read more

The pizza hut by my house is fantastic so when u came to my dads and reccomend pizza hut for dinner and he gave me a sideways look I didnt understand why. Well now I do. Ordered 1 cheese pizza they told me 45 min. Well 1 1/2 hours later i just got my cold pizza. Ridiculous. Poor delivery guy the brunt of our frustration. This took place tonight at the Davie, FL store (11316 State Rd #84).  At 8:08 pm, I called in an order to have 3 medium pizzas delivered, and I was told that it would take 40 minutes. After hanging up, I decided that it would be faster to pick them up, so I called back at 8:12pm and stated that I'd pick them up instead. I was told that they'd be ready in 15 minutes, so I left and arrived to the store around 8:30. Upon arrival, I was told that the pizzas weren't ready yet, so I paid $23.29 and waited. After 10 minutes, my husband (who was outside) came in to see what was taking so long. As we waited, we could see through to the kitchen, and it didn't appear as if my pizzas were even being cooked yet.  The girl who'd taken my payment (who I believe was named Hannah) and the rest of the staff had gone to the back, and my husband and I were left waiting alone in the front of the store for 15 minutes. Finally, at 8:55, I became concerned and wanted to inquire about the status of my food. I yelled "hello!" several times, and still no one came out. My husband and I pushed the front door open, thinking that the door chime would make someone come out to the front. We could hear people talking in the back, but no one came.  Finally, I began walking toward the back of the store to try to find someone. I went toward the back, and saw Hannah and the rest of the staff. I apologized for walking back, but explained that I'd been calling for help and no one was responding. I then asked about the status of my food. Instead of acknowledging that the food was extremely late or apologizing for leaving us alone with no updates, Hannah began to lecture me, telling me that it was illegal for me to come back toward the kitchen. I explained that I wasn't attempting to do anything wrong, but that I had no choice as I'd been yelling "hello" and trying everything I could to get someone to please help or acknowledge us. At this point, it was past 9:00pm and the pizzas still weren't ready. I then told Hannah that I'd rather just have my money back, as she was addressing me in an angry, condescending tone just because I tried to get some customer service. She then informed me that she didn't know how to operate the cash register and process a refund and that she'd need to call her manager, Anna, for help. She proceeded to get onto the phone with Anna, but instead of asking for instructions on how to process a refund, she began complaining about my husband and I to Anna!  I asked her to please let me talk to Anna, as I was appalled at how this was all escalating. Some of the other staff then walked over and tried to calm Hannah down and told her to go ahead and give me a refund. Instead, she continued to complain to Anna about me. I asked Hannah to please hand me the phone so I could speak to Anna, and she refused. At this point, I was in shock and disbelief at the way I was being treated, and I pulled out my phone and began to record the situation. When Hannah saw me record, she then became even more indignant and stated that she was going to call the police! Ironically, the pizzas came out while this was unfolding, and I then told Hannah that I didn't even want the food anymore, I simply wanted a refund and to peacefully leave. At this point, Hanna had money in her hand from the register (which I presume was our refund), but instead of handing it to me so I could leave, she actually proceeded to call the police!  I continued to record on my phone, as I was stunned at the way in which she was escalating the situation.  I repeatedly told her that all I wanted was to get my $23 and leave peacefully.  Hannah at one point had 2 different telephones in her hand, presumably speaking to the police on one, and Anna on the other.  Strangely enough, her other coworkers were going about their business in the background, seeming to ignore her antics. At one point, she even told her coworkers that Anna had instructed her to give me the money and let me leave. Some of them tried to convince her to do so, but instead she stayed on the phone and continued her call to the police. I began pleading with some of the other staff to please help me, as all I wanted to do was get my refund and go home! Finally, one of the delivery men came over and asked me how much I was owed.  He then proceeded to give me $24 in cash. I left the pizzas there and walked out. It was nearly 9:30pm by the time this all unfolded. Needless to say, I'm shocked and dismayed by the ridiculous turn of events, and the fact that this employee actually called the police and escalated things to this level - when in fact, no crime was committed and nothing wrong was done on my part.  I have video evidence of tonight's events, which I am happy to share. I have been a fan of Pizza Hut all my life and frequently ordered pizza on a very regular basis, but I don't feel that I can ever patronize this store or Pizza Hut again. read more

Horrible! Was going to be charged 15+ for a 10 dollar pizza special on line. Called to find out how to resolve issue and was told that the special did not exist for their store. Asked for corporate number and refused to provide. Called corporate and was told since a franchise they could do little, pay the higher price and they would send to management and expect a response in three to four days. Second time ordering from this location while visiting Florida on business. The first time my pizza was cold and I could count on one hand the two toppings in which I chose. At that time there was hardly any sauce on the pizza as well. This second order did not surprise me one bit as they still do not meet up to my expectations. The pizza arrived 25 minutes after the promised time when I ordered it online the pizza was cold and the dough was not cooked all the way through. I placed an order with this restaurant and the guy delivered my order was very rude to my 11 year old daughter. My total was 41.00 she gave him 45.00. He told my daughter to never order again. His name is Jorge. I called and complained to the manager Anna. She told me that she will be doing something about the issue. She never did anything about it. I called the other day and she told me that she is no longer delivering in my area. This place is horrible and customer service is ridiculous. A few days after writing this review I received a phone call from Ana, she said that she was a manager at Pizza Hut, she apologized profusely, said she would speak with Hannah and told me that she would refund my money and offered a $20 credit which would show up when I gave my phone number. The following Wednesday I received another call from a guy (I can't remember his name) he said he was a trainer for the region, he too apologized and offered me a $15 credit on my account. Up to today, 3 weeks later, I have not been refunded. Last night, Friday March 29th I called Pizza Hut to place an order and explained that I should have a $35 credit on my phone number, the manager who happened to be Hannah (surprise!) had to approve this, she said that there was no credit on my number and could only give me a credit of $10, after I explained that I spoke with Ana, she offered to call and ask her, when she got back to the phone she told me that Ana said she did not know anything about that and she could give me a $10 credit. I was delivered an uncooked pizza, the dough was soft and discolored like it was still partially frozen. I called and asked to speak to the manager & was put on hold for 20 minutes. I drive there while remaining on hold to see if anyone would ever answer. I get to the store and the manager is standing there doing absolutely nothing along with another employee . I asked her why have I been on hold for 20 minutes and she could not tell me. I showed her the pizza and she tried to blame it on the sauce but I order from this Pizza Hut often and they usually get it right. Then she started talking in Spanish (I understand and speak Spanish as well) but she did not know that until I told her. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked her if I'm going to be refunded and she rolled her eyes crushed the receipt and threw it at me. I "lost it" as I have never seen the level of disrespect that I have seen in this lady. The manager's name is Hella. She blocked me and my sister from calling but I will be filing a complaint with corporate and posting reviews any and everywhere I can. Ordered several times and had horrible experiences from this location, but there must have been a significant change recently. I called and spoke to the store even though I ordered online. I really wanted my pizza, wings and brownie to be right this time. Just really tired of having to call back with the bad prep and burnt pizza. The rep assured me she would triple check the order to be sure I would be satisfied. Fingers crossed! My pizza arrived fairly quick, was watching the basketball game so lost track of time but it was pretty fast. I was pretty nervous opening the boxes and preparing to taste my pizza. Surprisingly, everything was PERFECT! The wings were not dried out, the pizza did not lack toppings and my brownie was not burnt to a crisp. Placed an order online at 5:17pm. Two hours later I contacted the store and a gentleman by the name of Larry picked up the phone. He stated that they never received an order from me and insisted that I place another order if I wanted my food to be delivered. I tried to communicate to him that my credit card had been charged, I received an email confirmation with my correct address and number stating the order went through... but he insisted that the order went through and kept pushing for me to place another order. I asked him to put the manager on the phone, he kept me on hold for 15 minutes. He then picked up the phone to tell me that he found out that the driver went out to my house, knocked on my door and left because nobody opened up. I had been in front of my house, with the garage door open, while my daughter rode her bike in front of my house. I never saw a driver stop at my house, and I never received a phone call from anybody. I asked him to please allow me to speak to his manager... he left me on hold until I hung up 30 minutes later. Certainly, that would be the last time I order from Pizza Hut and will place a formal complaint. I feel sorry for whoever owns this location. Online ordering was offline therefore I attempted to place a phone order. The person taking the order stated he could not understand me when I provided my address at least 6 times. Being a retired Law Enforcement Officer I began to say the letter and then provide the phonetic. I was then hung up on. I called back to attempt to place the order and was hung up on again. I attempted to call a third time and was sent directly to hold status without anyone every answering the phone. I then called using my son's phone and the call was answered. I requested to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for 3 minutes. The next sound I heard was the receiver being placed on the hook. This treatment was unwarranted. It is my hope that customers not be subject to this type of service in the future. I order from this establishment frequently utilizing the online feature.
