The cashier quickly too my order without cracking a smile. The four Mozzarella Fries were crunchy with gooey cheese dripping out with eat bite, which is a rare at fast food joints. They were accompanied by a marinara sauce which I did not use. The small flame grilled plain hamburgers taste better than McDonalds and are slightly lower priced at $1.59 although are NOT listed on the restaurant's menu above the order desk. Enjoyed the Free unlimited Senior Fountain Soda and chose root beer from the touch screen self-serve fountain. Sometimes offered at .50 cents, most BK locations honor the policy at ages 55+. 3-6-23 12:42PM Very impromptu visit here today as I was going to Home Depot and they share the same parking lot. The truth is as I was leaving my errand I saw the drive thru but didn't know what place it was for. I was hungry don't have any reason not to go so I did. The drive thru menu very large in fact I see they brought back an old favorite the Italian chicken sandwich. But before I decide I see this Special at the top right hand side of the board. Figured it had to be a mistake. For $5.00 you get a Whopper Jr. Plus four piece chicken nuggets plus onion rings and a small drink I got the Diet Dr. Pepper what else. So eating while driving sorry no photos but I was hungry. The Whopper Jr. was fresh and delicious all this and tomatoes, lettuce onions and mayonnaise with ketchup with that charbroiled flavor. The onion rings came with a Zesty sauce and lastly the chicken tenders. At first I thought it was a mistake and they landed in my onion rings but no the receipt tells all. When you walk in the door, know that you have entered the worlds slowest Burger King. The food is everything you expect from a Burger King, but what sets this one apart from others is the glacial pace that your order is delivered regardless of how empty the place is. If you don't mind waiting 5 to 10 minutes for your order to arrive, then you may enjoy this place. The interior design is fresh, but cleaning up tables is not a priority. The sticky glaze on the high tables is especially disturbing because you don't know if it's filth or just the polyurethane finish. Don't get me wrong. I like Burger King. The Whopper easily beats the competition and this location is right next to the Home Depot, so it's with hesitation that I come here if I have to make a Home Depot run during lunch. read more

I havent been to this location in awhile. I was in drive thru and would have left if I could. One they do not have a plastic partition up between the server-cashier and the customer. Really I thought this was standard nowadays. Next my mistake I ordered a frozen coke. The top is open so your drink is exposed. To top it off the young man preparing my food and soda was not wearing his mask properly. Management please teach your employees how to wear a masks. Yes cover your nose. Also shame on management for not protecting their employees and customers- put up plastic partition's. So bottom line I tossed everything and will not be back. I walked in to this restaurant at 7:30am and placed my order. As the cashier Diana Bagged my order I noticed she grabbed my order from a line of 8 pre made sandwiches and noticed other rows of different sandwiches made in bulk. I asked if my sandwich was pre made was told yes but they have only been there for 10 minutes. I asked if she would please make me a fresh sandwich and she threw away a bag with the order I assumed she was going to give me and said no problem sir it would just be a second. They made me a fresh sandwich within seconds. The lobby was empty and no cars in line so didn't understand why all this food was pre made. As I sat in the lobby I noticed that all these sandwiches that were pre made just sat there waiting for a clueless drive thru customer to order it. I sat in the lobby for over 40 min as I am still at location typing this. It concerns me as 40 min later the same sandwiches Diana told me were just sitting there 10 min, actually sat there an additional 40 min waiting to be sold. Meanwhile my order took me 6 seconds to receive after I placed my order. If it does not take so long for a customer to receive a fresh order why must we be subjected to paying the same amount of money for an order that has been pre made an hour before I decided to order it. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment, because I continue returning at least once every other month, hoping for any sort of improvement. Every time I've ever ordered from here, there's always something missing. Never once have I gotten everything I paid for. Today I asked for a medium fry, and value onion ring, and they swapped them. Honestly, not that big a deal. Got home, tried the mozzarella sticks, and again, they're over cooked, tough, and the cheese is yellow. I go to give my kids their meals, and one of em didn't even have the chicken nuggets. I didn't bother checking their meals, because I figured since I had my nuggets and burger, how could they forget? My dummy mistake. I thought since it took them 15 minutes to take my order,then another 15 to produce the food, they had ample time to double, even triple check the order. We were told they only could do cash and no receipt we ordered chicken fries and were charged $3.51When we got to the window the lady said $4 when we asked for our change she said she never said $3.51 and we had to pay $4. While at this Burger King location I went inside to place an order with my mother and would you know that the MANAGER OF THIS STORE DOES NOT WEAR GLOVES. When I asked the lady if she was a manager she said "yes, one of them." I continued with "do you always serve your customers food without gloves?" And she stated "I'm at the front I don't need them." I'm not a huge fan of fast food but once in a while I want to get myself a good burger. Out of most fast food chains I believe Burger King has the best burger. Something about the mayo, fresh lettuce, onion and tomatoes that separates the whopper from the big mac. This location is kept clean but it's dated. The staff are ok, never had an issue here. We went there after a concert around 11:30pm. The sign clearly stated they close at midnight. The guy in the drive thru told us to drive around to the window. When at the window he just looked at us as if we were idiots. I asked if we could place our order and he told me they were closed. Not really a fan of Burger King except maybe their Oreo Sundae, but one thing is for sure they have many options for everyone and if you are a fan of the Cinnabon cinnamon roll, you can always hit the drive thru intsead of heading into the mall. My experience with this location is that on the most part everything is fresh and whenever I have requested a change, they complete my request with no issue. I used to like this BK but it has changed, the service is sometimes good but on this specific day WOW just horrible. The cashier whom i think is also the manager named theresa (name on receipt) was very rude and at one point got very agitated when i said i wanted a Hi-C Cherry With no ice and she loudly exclaimed that its already iced because its an icee so i made it clearer that i said Hi-C soft drink and she just hurriedly said second window without me even finishing my order. I will post reviews everywhere about this BK. Rude and unprofessional staff and management, all need to be trained on costumer service. Found employee Erica talking about me with coworkers when I went inside as asked to go for my food. Manager (Pierre)didn't want to solve issue, Erica insisted in giving me food that was sitting there as I asked for freshly done and finally manager prepped fresh. Would like to have a district manager call me as there are many anomalies at that BK, this is my third and last time I'll visit this location as I've given it 3 chances. Today I even witnessed Erica after taking an order the customer said he didn't want to wait to keep his change in order to be out faster and she kept money by register and prepped his food. I was there from 2:19-2:54 that my food was out while having to put up with the smart remarks from the employees that because of my order food was being wasted and others were going to ask for refunds. Don't understand how my order that was not huge had every single employee tied up, as all they did was complained while I was standing there not caring that I was listening to them talk about me.
