I absolutely HATE this Mc Donald's. 0 STARS!!! Sucks I even have to give this dumb place a star at all! Every time we try to get Uber eats and try to use the one in Pomona, it ALWAYS switches the store location to this terrible location! THE NUMEROUS TIMES that we have gotten the food from here, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING. ESPECIALLY from the Uber eats, yall clearly don't pay attention, always forgetting sauces and have even forgotten a whole meal several times! This is a terrible location, TERRIBLE! Do BETTER! Yall need a better baggers or something! Hire people who know what they're doing or train them better! You do not pay attention!!!!! Every time we have figured out Uber eats changes the location, and it's this location, We always know there will be something wrong with our order. I've come here on and off for years. They are in a very convenient and easy to find location on diamond bar Boulevard, right off of the 60 freeway. They are also in a large shopping center so there is plenty of parking. I came back recently and ordered through the drive-through a few times. I think they serve breakfast now until like 1:30 or 2:30 PM, which is a total plus in my opinion! In addition, you can order side orders of certain things and I am glad to know their sausage is gluten-free! They have the drive-through split up into two lanes make it faster for ordering. It's usually about a 15 or 20 minute wait time when I have gone, in the late morning. The food is always hot and fresh when I get it. The cashiers and servers have all been awesome. They have gotten my order correct every single time. They have also been very nice and friendly. I appreciate when I purchase food from nice employees. It motivates me to want to come back again and again. The last time I got food from them the person I got the sausage Egg McMuffin sandwiches for said the bread wasn't toasted like how it usually is. everything else was great. Even the coffee! Sorry to post an app bug here, but I'll remove these posts after the bug is fixed and QC'd, and each store provides a full meal to a homeless person. I placed an order for the Arrow Hwy store when I was over by the Diamond Bar store. I checked in at the Arrow Hwy store as prompted by the app and waited 10 mins and left. I later went back to the Arrow Hwy to ask what happened and they said they couldn't give me my food because the Diamond Bar store had billed me. The next day, I went to the Diamond Bar store to explain the predicament. I spoke with Jose who told me he couldn't help me. Two-thirds of this review is for the app (sh*t flows both ways with franchising) and one-third is for management's response to the situation. read more

They recently remodeled this McDonald's and now it's super bomb - you can order via touch screen and not have to interact with anyone. The last time I came here, my sister and I ordered off the international menu, which was great. To be honest with you, what made everything so much better was the fact that they were trying to emulate an overseas menu - McDonalds overseas is way better because they use fresh ingredients so you don't feel like shit after eating there. We went to McDonald's to try the new chicken sandwiches being advertised. All I can say is this was by far the worst McDonald's I have EVER been to. This includes even downtown L.A. The place was dirty everywhere, all three hand sanitizers were out, and no one gave a darn about the inside seating area, only drive-through. It showed, and it was disgusting! Now the food (if you can call it that) was far worse! So the advertising on the chicken sandwich has lettuce and tomato and looks good. Look at the slop we got, and there was no lettuce or tomato. I brought this up to the manager, and she just stared at me. About two minutes later, another worker came to us and said they would provide us with two new ones. I said no, thank you, as I tried my best to put the mess back together. Now the taste, OMG!!!! It was awful! It almost tasted as it was fried with the fish filet, but I don't think they nuke the Fish Filet. Regardless, that is what it tasted like, and it was pure garbage. I could not finish it as it was so terrible. The fries also tasted stale. Since when? At least the chicken nuggets gave some sustenance. Other than that, it was a complete waste, false advertising, and shows that this franchise owner does not give a darn about the establishment. It used to be one of the best around, but it has turned into one of the worst I have ever visited, and I could NEVER recommend this establishment, even to a stranger.
