How many times can they screw an order?? Today they hand us the drinks and tell us to go to the next window. We get to the next where they hand us a bag with a partial order and walk away. Forgot our fries, our straws and the ranch we asked for and now the ignore us at the second window causing us to have to park and go inside. We get home and the freaking drinks are wrong. read more

This is the McDonald's I grew up with (and mostly likely the first one I went to in my life) and for the longest time, it had a reputation for having terrible customer service and unusually long waiting times - actually the longest out of any McDonald's I've been to and I'm actually the type to seek out a McDonald's even when I'm overseas! When a long overdue and recent renovation had, on the surface, brought this McDonald's in line with the others, I thought things might change. Alas, nothing has. It's not unusual to be stuck in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes (guess where I'm writing this) and on a couple of occasions, I've waited more than 10 minutes in the store for an order during a non busy time. To add injury to insult, I've had orders mixed up a couple of times as well. The good folks in north Diamond Bar may not as many options to satisfy their McDonald's cravings, but if you have a choice, avoid this one! read more

I've never visited this location prior to their renovation, but it was modern and clean during my last visit. Normally I use their mobile app to place my order, but I had no trouble using the kiosk to order a McDouble and a McChicken for $3 as their current promotional deal. You can also scan QR codes on the app at the kiosk. I was also able to order a shamrock shake even though St Patrick's Day had passed. This McDonald's ownership needs to HIRE AND TRAIN the right type of workers. I might be upset that one they didn't bring me all the order to curbside. The fact I did curb side is that I have 3 young ones including a 6 month old. If I wanted to get out of the car I would have went inside and order. When I went in the work looked confused. I've never had a problem at this McDonald's. Order is always right, and my favorite part is the fries, no matter when I order them, are HOT every time. I noticed the fries were never cold after they got remodeled a couple years back so maybe they got a new fryer or warmer? Been coming here for years. Came on June 11th around 12 am in the morning. They only accept cash at this time. That's fine I guess because I had a bit of cash on me. When I pulled up to pick up my food, I tried to use a coupon. Horrible the app doesn't say when something is discontinued and the person at the speaker at drive though is a girl and she was on her phone while there was a huge line. They take long and the people working can't understand a word I'm saying like do you not know English? This store made my daughter cry. She had a class and loves to be early, but she didn't get anything and they made her late she was crying so hard. The line is 5 minutes.
