Who owns this restaurant? I will be recommending to stay away. Employees don't listen or understand your order (not customers responsibility). Their solution is to have you park and wait while they figure it out. The owner is "unaware" that they get all confused and give away some of the food "money" as a settlement with customer. I was in the area so we stopped by here to get a quick drink and something to eat so I ordered sweet tea and a spicy sandwich to add pickles on it was an extra $.35 which was a wow went through the drive-through so there's no ambience because I didn't sit in but they have area for you to sit so we paid and got the drink, but it wasn't top off, it had a whole area that could be filled even though it already had ice so I asked for it to be done and they were kind enough to do it however, as she was giving me my sandwich at the drive-through it fell so we had to pull over and have them remake it. The person brought the bag out and the question was asked, does it have pickles because it was a remake and we paid for it so before she assured us up and down yes it does so before we drove off checked it there's no pickles just mayonnaise and a lot of lettuce so we had to go back inside to make sure it's done the correct way so they gave me a container of mayonnaise and a small container of pickles but next time I asked for less lettuce it had too much lettuce on the sandwich. Sandwich was OK but customer service wise could've been much better. read more

If you are ever in the area, do yourself a favor and never stop here. We were going to order 3 double cheese burgers and 1 medium fry. We asked if they still had the 2 for 6 and was met with a very angry "no!" And then the woman started talking to someone else in the back in spanish, and when we asked her if she was okay, she said "I wasn't talking to you" in a really rude tone. Even the guy at the window was apologizing for her shitty attitude when her fat ass wouldn't even apologize. That's not customer service but guess what, they're not gonna fire her stupid ass because they cant afford to hire anyone else for a higher price. I understand its 1 in the morning and you may be tired, but do not take your frustrations out on customers who have done nothing to you. I used the app with curbside service on March 22, 2023 around 3 PM, the drive-thru was packed. The service was fast and food was fresh. My curbside delivery person was helpful, had all my items such as straws and napkins on a clean service tray, and even offered sauce which I declined. Definitely recommend location! read more

I went in to pick up an order and went in the bathroom and it was nasty. The worker came out and never washed his hands. Not sure who it was but he had a McDonald's shirt on. Friendly service, not sure if this is under construction but some windows are boarded up. There's an indoor playground. If you want napkins, you'll have to ask for it, no napkin dispenser. Looks a little run down and don't expect a clean table. It's about 10am, not that busy and no one has come out to wipe down tables. Just found out free WiFi here. read more

This McDonald's is under new ownership. It has ALWAYS BEEN OVER PRICED. however the new owner has raised prices again. My meal has gone from 819 to 968. You just lost a regular customer. And when I told the manager it did not seem to bother her.The McDonald's in Branford is MUCH cheaper, and it's a trefzs McDonald's it's much better managed. So i just had to make time to write my first mcdonalds review. Today about noon i went to main street mcdonalds drive through and was serviced by an young man who i believe name was bryan who was at first window. Off the gate he was very professional and polite over intercom and even introduced his self. He actually let me complete order and instead of rushing me off asked if i need anything else and told me to have a great day not knowing my day was not going good. But he turned it around being so positive. I was amazed by how young he looked because customer service these days are terrible. I even told him that I appreciated his customer service. He need to train for all the stores please please get more mcdonald employees like him instead of the ones who curse at you or have personal conversations while you wait to order. read more

This is the second poor review I have written on this particular McDonalds. Apparently Yelp thought the first poor review should not be shown. This review is a byproduct of my own stupidity... I went there again. It was a slow rainy day and I was lazy. There were no virtually no cars in the lot and two cars in the drive through. I ordered a kids 6pc McNugget meal with one extra dipping sauce that I said I would pay for and one big mac with no pickles and extra onion. What I got was a kids meal with NO SAUCE and a big mac with no pickles and no onions. The people are, as already stated friendly, however if you can not do your job I don't care how friendly you are. No wonder McDonald stock tanked if they are all run like this one. Virtually ever order I have placed here was wrong. I started to go the extra 3 miles to Burger King.
