The manager was a jerk to his people tonight and that is a turnoff for me. The dining area is closed, but you can get inside. However, the manager acts likes it's a hassle that a person would do so instead of using the drive through. The food was way below average and I won't be back here again. read more

It was an early drive and I needed coffee but at fivish in the am not much is open and since this was just off the Hwy I took a chance and I like Mds coffee and a large is only $1.09 what a deal. This is part of a gas station as I drove in and parked right in front of a neat outdoor patio, Mds has an outdoor patio with umbrellas, nice because I don't usually see outdoor patios like this at Mds. The inside was like Wow it's a 50s style Mds with sparkling plastic colorful booths and black/white checkered floors which was cool. There is a cool 50s looking mural on the wall of an early Mds with hot rods. This was a fun and neat Mds I thought for a gas station, very cool. I can't complain about anything but I only had a lg coffee to go but I was pleasantly surprised with the cool 50s theme and if I lived by them I probably would make it my coffee place. read more

This place is absurd. Huge lines always, lack of workers, and the lobby is closed. What gives? Why the hell have a huge dining area if it's not open? Sat in line 5 min without moving and eventually left. What a joke. read more

The service here is horrible. The older woman on drive thru is completely rude. My coffees are always incorrect. I DoorDashed a frappe, and some hash browns at 10:15am. I get a call around 11:30 saying they can't do my hasbrowns since breakfast is over. If the order will not be completed by the time breakfast is over, don't offer those items. They didn't even compensate for the hasbrowns. Not to mention, the lid on the coffee wasn't on all the way and it spilled before I could even drink it. When I go through the DT, staff is rude, messes up orders completely and miss items. You can order the simplest thing and they still manage to screw it up. Do not come here. read more

Horrible service! I went in at 8:30 P.M. on Tuesday (9/17). I waited 2-3 minutes for a guy to tell me he will be with me shortly. 6 minutes later he walks up to the register and doesn't even speak. They closed this restaurant on a Saturday night before the posted closing time. 15 minutes before closing time. The attendant in the gas station said that they do this all the time.We then went to go through the drive-through and the guy on the intercom said that they were closed for the night to come back tomorrow. They seem to have their own menu dependent on the mood of the guy taking the orders. Want a cinnamon roll? "We don't sell those at this location." Huh? Your menu says you do. Called at an odd hour because I had a question. I was accused of being a prank caller and the manager yelled at me calling me mam (I'm an 18 year old man) and telling me I was wasting my time. I never got to even ask my question. Waited an hour and called back again and he SCREAMED at me for calling again. I'm not exaggerating. He told me he was going to report me to the police for harassment for calling multiple times and not to come here ever again. I work minimum wage retail. I know full well how hard it can be, but there is NO REASON for you to yell at me because I have a question about your pricing at 4am at a 24/7 restaurant. Period. There crew members with no gloves on their hands, long hair all the way down to their butts with no hair nets or tie ups, one of the managers is rude, condescending, bias, has a marginal grasp of the English language. Waited 40 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers, reg fries, and a drink. And the hamburgers tasted like crap. Their lobby is closed because ""can't find help"" even on weekends. They should just close this pit and let the gas station have the extra room. read more

Night crew are the pits led by a dimwitted manager that doesn't have a clue. Never has a nametag on so you wouldn't know he is the shift manager. He has poor people skills, poor customer service skills. Takes phone calls instead of taking customers orders. I caught the night crew preparing food without gloves. I brought this to the night shift manager's attention. He was annoyed but had the crew put gloves on. 15 minutes later the crew was without gloves again. My expectations aren't high for McD's but this one seems to be a constant disappointment. Always seems to be over run with employees but rarely anyone at the counter to take my order. Have had blood red raw meat on my burger. This last visit, my breakfast steak bagel was burnt. Only positive is that the restaurant is clean. read more

3rd time with very bad service if you get served. Stood in line today 15 mins with only 1 person at the register and after each order she would disappear into the back(time of day 11:to a.m.). After 3 bad experiences (we all have bad days right) I will never go to this place again I recommend going across the street and giving your business to Cousin's subs better food better prices and I have never had a bad experience there, and you can order online ahead of time and pick it up so if your on a break from work You walk in get your sub and your out the door less than 5 minutes. read more

This McDonald's is in my home town, so I end up going there....really, how can you avoid McDonald's? I think the drive thru team that is there in the mornings most Mondays-Fridays do an excellent job, which is why I keep coming. But, any other time of the day that I go there I almost ALWAYS have a mixed up order. Nearly every time. It is truly hysterical that nearly every time they screw up my order. So, that tells me they screw up A LOT of people's orders. My most recent experience was yesterday, a Sunday morning. I go through the drive thru and place my order, the order on the screen is wrong so I correct the order taker. I get to the window and they hand me the bag. Now, given that I have problems nearly every time I should look in the bag before I drive away....that is my fault....but nonetheless, it shouldn't be necessary. Anyway, this McDonald's is at a gas station so I went to get gas. I left the parking lot and looked in the bag and see that the wrong sandwich is in the bag. I closed up the bag and I make a u-turn and head back to let them know. I give the bag to the order taker who tells me to pull around. I get to the 2nd window and what I took to be shift supervisor come to the window and says in what I took as a condescending voice, "Mam, your order was correct, there was just an additional sandwich in the bag that you didn't order". Well, why would I look all through the bag if I noticed that the top sandwich was not right? So, she hands the bag back out to me. I peeled out of there angry. I worked at a fast food chain and whenever a person drove off the lot and had to come back due to an incorrect order we ALWAYS gave a coupon for their troubles. Not that I expect to get a coupon, but really...the order was wrong...there was a wrong sandwich and I had to come back and this happens practically EVERY TIME. So I get home thinking, "well, I guess that I at least have the other sandwich." Only to look in the bag to see the supervisor had removed it. Nice. I don't expect this review will prevent people from going here, nor would I stop going there. But, I really hope that a regional manager sees this and looks into their inaccuracy of orders.
