I went to the McDonald's on Joe Battle on Saturday and I waited for 20 minutes for them to bring my order out. I had to walk inside the restaurant to ask about my order and it had been sitting there the whole time. There was at least 10 people working inside and the wait was still long. Another lady walked in right after I did because she had also been waiting a long time for her order. The girl who handed me my food didn't even apologize. I'm glad there are other McDonald's in the area because I will not be going back to the one on Joe Battle ever again. read more

My first yelp review... first things first don't go at 1am because apparently speaking to a customer that just wants to make simple order for his road trip is to difficult... everything I ordered in drive thru I got "ok" for a response... didn't ask what size drink selection nothing... had to ask if the female got my order and she responded with "ok"... thankfully I'm patient... get to the window to pay and find out she had the wrong burger and breakfast sandwich punched in... no water nothing was right... then I get asked by a younger guy what I ordered I gave him item by item... Quarter pounder with cheese meal medium bottle of water... breakfast sandwich meal set the same way... pay then go to recieve my food only to find out after 20 minutes they don't have bottled water and he only got half my order... they offered me to pay for everything else I wanted after their 3rd screw up... I ordered a Quarter pounder with no pickles and extra onions and lettuce. I was informed that there will be an upcharge of .25 for each. I spoke with the manager Juan Sanchez and was he told me that was the charge and theres nothing he can or will do about it. I told him to replace my pickles with the extra onions and he just smiled and said no..I have been a customer for over 30 yrs..Great job McDonalds you lost a lifelong customer!!! read more

This review is mostly for the play place- This is an amazing playground that my kids absolutely love. It is safe, clean, and fun. The food varies depending on what you order and when you order it--but we come here for the play place. Never too unruly or crowded and most parents watch their kids and ensure shoes off and little kids (like mine) are safe. read more

When I saw the commercial on tv for the home style burger I was ecstatic. I rushed to McDonald's and ordered it. I was so disappointed to find out that it was not the home style burger I remembered from my youth ( Texas home style) but a quarter pound home style burger. Ugh. The worst fast food ever... the only reason I went is because I have been drinking .. I asked for extra ketchups and I got two packets !! Taco Bell gives u like ten packets for two tacos!
