Every time we go to this McDonalds we do not get the order right, always something missing. Even when we talk to the manager and he still did not give us the order right. We either missing the sauce or a burger, but always something missing and we don't find out until we get home. Sadly our young adults and teens do not hold themselves to high esteem. The place is disgusting and dirty. Nobody cleans and when they aren't busy they stand around and joke and laugh. I came thru the drive thru, they messed up on my order. I gave them a second attempt because my son loves McDonalds. Came inside to order it took them 40 minutes to get my order out, they prioritize drive-thru, third attempt be prepared because they don't put a cashier in the front, they want you to use the kiosk. The Kiosk wasn't showing the special of 2 for $5 breakfast. Otherwise I would prefer the kiosk then to be begging their service. This McDonalds is a regular stop on our travels to California. On Oct 10, 2023 at approximately 7:00 in the morning we stopped in. Very few people there. My wife used the restroom and said it was in a horrible mess. It had toilet paper all over the floor and was just plain filthy! The floors in the eating area was also a mess! The staff was very unfriendly and uncaring. After receiving our order , I asked for a few condiments since i was not asked if I needed any. This place has gone down hill. This McDonald's was totally awful. We waited about 30 minutes for our order, when everyone else got their orders super fast. When we checked it, they were empty chicken nuggets boxes. EMPTY BOXES. Like...what. That's the first time I've ever experienced something like that. It wasn't even busy, I don't understand how you can pack empty boxes. That wasn't the only mishap. They messed up our orders, forgot our sauces, and didn't give us our coffee drinks. This had to have been the worse service EVER. When we got into our car excited to eat, my sister was enjoying her chicken nuggets. Then she ate one and when she bit into it, there was DARK stuff inside of the chicken nugget. After a long trip from CA on our way to Tucson we stopped here. The bathrooms smelled like apple bubble gum. Then Monique gave me the service like i was in a restaurant. We could tell she loved people and she gave us complete attention at the bar. She suggested sauces and told my daughter if she didn't like a certain drink she would exchange it. Fast and friendly service right off the highway! We got 1 large drink, 1 medium drink, and 50 piece chicken nuggets (+ 8 sauces) for just $13.63!! I have never ordered this deal but I've heard about it numerous times from friends.. Your options are 4, 6, or 10 piece on the menu but now they offer 20 pieces for $4.99 or 50 pieces for $9.99.. For double the price you get more than double the food! I calculated the price per unit (nerdy I know..) and it came out to be $0.20 per nugget for the 50 piece and $0.25 per nugget for the 20 piece.. The worst McDonald's by far. I Have lived around the corner for years. Every single time I let my guard down and give this place one more try, figuring new staff maybe, It's as horrible if not worse. Today I was given 2 lg iced teas in the drive thru that were so cloudy and rancid I could smell them from the cup holder. First got the ol' "we clean and make new tea regularly" which then quickly turned to "we rarely sell tea, so my crew probably didn't clean or change the tea".
