There was also road construction which made it very hard to get into the drive thru lanes. We actually left and went elsewhere due to the long lines and lack of any Dutch Bros personnel even out in the lines taking orders or trying to mitigate the traffic problem! Today was the first bad experience we have had at Dutch Bros. We were in the drive through lane. One lane was coned off and we were waiting. A car pulled in and tried to cut in front of us. Another pulled in behind it. There were two girls taking orders but weren't telling the cars to move forward. There was plenty of room for the cars to pull forward. One of the girls came up to take our order when the other girl yelled at her to tell us to go around and get in back of the line. We explained we were there first and have been waiting. When she tried to explain to the other girl she yelled, "I don't care! Go around!" So we left instead of getting back into the end of the line again. One of the reasons we like Dutch Bros is because of their awesome customer service. We will not be coming back any time soon. read more

Their ordered were fine, but I ordered an iced Carmel Macchiato, and I ended up getting mostly milk, than coffee. My husband took the order back and told them of my order, and the issue. They told him they thought it was a Chai. When he brought it back to me, it was the same drink, with a swirl of Carmel. I know what a Carmel Macchiato is, and that was definitely not one. After giving a different location 2 chances (and those drinks being huge epic fails), I decided to give Dutch Bros one more chance with this new location in Casa Grande and I'm glad I did! I told the barista that I'd never been to Dutch Bros (so she could explain the difference between the drinks, because the other location never did, that I recall) and she thankfully did explain it to me. She helped me pick out a drink I would like and, within a short amount of time, it was in my hands. It was pretty good! I think it was missing something, so I want to experiment a bit more before I say that's MY DRINK at Dutch Bros, but it was still really close. Honestly, it was a cold day. We are so excited that Dutch Bros came to Yuma, AZ. We are planning to move there & so glad they are there! We found them in Grants Pass, OR years ago when our folks lived there. We came here on our way back to Tucson one late afternoon. I'm not a big fan of these places because I find their product to be terrible unless you like sugary drinks. However, my friends all wanted to come here, and they treated me. I like free food, so of course, I didn't fight them. I got something called a Fire Lizard. It was a sugary drink with orange, strawberry, and banana flavoring in it. The drink was way too sweet, but wasn't too bad as far as their drinks are concerned. Unfortunately the wait to get our orders was extremely long. The iPads that the workers use was offline and it took several minutes to get our order. They said that the pads tend to get overheated outside in the heat. Then it took even longer to get through the queue, since the person who made them seemed to be confused about what we ordered. However she did get it right. Kudos to the staff here for being professionals. Boo to the people who made the decision to use bad technology with nary a backup plan in place to stem the onslaught of customers. read more

I stop by Dutch Bros sometimes if I make it to town a little early for work and I always get through the line in less than 5 minutes!! We have stopped at Dutch Bros for the last 9 days of our trip to Casa Grande, AZ, twice a day each time and had an amazing cup of coffee each time. This morning, we went through the line (25 minutes) and ordered 4 different cold brew coffees, then we drove back to the house and finally tasted them. They tasted like water with cream and a slight coffee flavor. We drove back to the location and sat in line for 43 more minutes before being able to reorder the drinks. We received the cold brews and started to drive toward the airport, and again they tasted the same! No one checked the cold brew, I don't understand how that was even possible. This wasted over an hour of my time and a huge sum of my money and there was absolutely no response from any management at anytime. I cannot say that the coffee isn't great, because I LOVE Dutch Bros and frequent it often in Tennessee, but come on....this ruined the last day we had in Casa Grande. read more
