Absolutely awful, they have no cheesey bacon fries. Do not go here, their cheesey bacon fries are the only decent thing on the menu and they have none. I always order Iced or hot coffee from here simply because its cheap and right by the highway for when i go on my weekly trip back home. The iced coffee tastes COMPLETELY different everytime i go. I always ask for extra cream. Just Plain extra creamer and its always either: -hardly ANY cream ( a real dark color) and really bitter -SO sweet i cant drink it. I dont know if they have a standard they have to go by but its NEVER right.. this is at every Mcdonalds Ive ever been to, Not just this one. The food takes FOREVER and the staff always acts like Im being ridiculous asking for extra sauces that I ASKED for at the ordering window. I always have to say my order MULTIPLE times because I can tell they arent listening, and then somehow after they get it right on the screen, the food is wrong. The sauces are never there and the food is hit or miss. You either wait 15 minutes or get stale food or you get something you didnt ask for. Ive gotten for breakfast multiple times someone elses order. i feel sorry for management because McDonalds hires anyone and I know its Equal Opportunity but they really need to have higher standards for crew. Drive thru is incredibly slow. I've visited this location a few different times out of convenience. I'm starting to think it's worth it to drive a few more miles to go to a different one. My orders are never correct and I could probably feed my family a whole meal if I was ever reimbursed for the items that I paid for that I wasn't given. read more

Horrible service. Got there and the drive they was packed so we went inside after standing in line for what seemed like forever. We were told they were locking the doors because they were so short staffed they couldn't take anyone else. After another 5 minutes we were told they won't be taking any more orders. So now I'm frustrated so I called and the guy who told us they weren't taking orders answered and didn't want to give me the number. When he finally did it's a non working number. I'd give them no stars if possible. Use to like this location until today. I asked for a 10pc nugget meal and got a drink, got my other order, and I had received the nuggets, however the fries were missing. Fries, you think not a big deal and it really wasn't, but when I asked for them the employee/s tried to say I didn't order fries, that I just got the drink and nuggets but didn't buy the fries. This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to anywhere. I arrived at 1:20 PM on a Sunday and saw there were two lines in the drive thru, and I was 3rd in the second line. It took 10 minutes to to the intercom to place my order. After 3 minutes of hearing nothing, I yelled to get my order taken. 15 minutes later I got to the 1st window and gave exact change for my order, and it still took a couple minutes for that part of the transaction. When I got to the food window, the drink was the wrong size, so waited for them to replace that. If I had been getting food for myself, I would have left way before ordering. This chain is known for putting the fast in fast food so are way off the charts for slowness. I travel to many different areas for my job and have NEVER had this process take so long. this place sucked really really bad. i have been to bad mcdonalds but this is by far the worst. i asked for ketchup after waiting 6 mins of having braindead people stare at me and one comes up and gives me ketchup but handed me 1 when i had asked for some, i didn't get a extra meal for one of my friends, and the people are playful, too much yelling, running around, being on phones and my burger wasn't well done i had pink in some parts which threw me off and set me off to write this because dude i get it it's fast food but i at least want fast food done. read more

We ordered right when we got in and it was downhill from there. Who knew it takes 15 minutes to make 2 happy meals. The employee talking about snapchat behind the counter didn't do much to impress me either. Then it took another 5 minutes to get a few packages of ketchup, the fried weren't even salted, my daughters toy was broken and BOTH napkin dispensers were empty. I let them know then went back a few minites later for more coke and the trash bins in the fountain drains were overflowing! Absolutely terrible. The employees are beyond rude. My fries were so cold they weren't even edible. I waited for 10 mins to pay and finally had to pull up to the pick up window where the lady then treated me like I was trying to avoid paying for my food before I had even gotten the chance to explain what was going on.
