I've been to several McDonald's, usually as a need, with times being the issue to other options. It seems everywhere I go, McDonald's just can't figure out a "specific order". I overheard the guy in front of me and he pulled back up, disgusted his order was wrong! I asked for a simple "double cheeseburger" with ONLY Ketchup. Nope! Tossed it out, onions all over it. I let my brother know about this and he thought I deserved more ice cream and we both exclaimed that there should have been more ice crea On top of that. The pressure to use the new kiosk is ridiculous. Told if we want to order with a person we're "going to have to wait". Not a fan of that, or touching things loads of others have been touching before eating. Manager is very pushy getting people to use the kiosk. If you want to, that's fine, but if that's your only option you've become a vending machine. My entire party was dissatisfied, two of us decided not to order at all. Michelle needs a lesson in customer service. I understand that they are understaffed, however, she should smile and be nicer to people. Both my husband and I have both gone there at different times. Each time she is there, we get grumbled at and nasty looks. The other night, we did curbside pickup, when she came out she told us both that one of us could have gone into the building, "I don't have time to keep doing this", is what she said to us. 1. It is YOUR JOB to do so, you get paid to do it. 2. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU WOULD BE OUT OF SAID JOB. Really Michelle, if you don't like your job, get a new one. Now I'm not saying the McDonald's is as good as many of my 4 Star restaurants that I sit down, order drinks and a nice steak. I am reviewing this particular McD's and the service employees that were working the late shift. I rolled through there one late evening needing to get a quick meal. The young man who looked like he might of been the night manager was so polite and conscientious that I just had to Yelp about it. He is an asset to the company and wish him all the best. I went through here yesterday and had my order denied. They refused to make my food. That was a wasted 15 dollars. There's also the food they did give me that was very stale. Today I go through I finally get the food I ordered yesterday but the women at second window took about 15 minutes making me late for school. We ordered 6 piece spicy chicken nugget and they gave us only 4 so we went back around and then they gave us a 5 piece regular chicken nuggets and the chicken sandwich was horrific and did not even taste like chicken. PLEASE USE THE RESERVED SPACES THAT YOU PUT IN!!!! I'm not here often but when I end up going through the drivethru I ALWAYS get stuck behind someone who has a problem with their order or fries aren't ready, etc. Rather than having them pull into the reserved spot while they wait, they will let everyone else sit in the line for 20 minutes waiting on one person. New kisosk ordering systems seems to be giving the employees there more of an attitude that they don't have to do anything. I just wanted a quick order as drive thru was really backed up. As I was trying to order with the woman behind the register with glasses, she came out and went over to kiosk and told me to do it there! Seriously you can't just ring up my order and allow me to pay at the register you were just standing behind???!!! The service at this establishment was impeccable! I enjoyed every moment of my visit. Since I stepped in the door the employees were nothing but nice to me. (Especially Jessica) The kiosk ordering is amazing as well. The employees helped with it as well! And then as I was finishing up my meal, Jessica came over and offered me mints!! MINTS!! McDonalds has really stepped up their game! But big props to Jessica and her peppiness because McDonalds is a hard place to work at. 10/10 would recommend that you ask for Jessica. read more

OK. So McDonald's food is essentially same everywhere. And it is a guilty pleasure of mine to get a sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle every once in a while. Plus--their coffeee is better than dunks and cheaper too. But this McDonalds is so messed up with it's service, if you go there budget at least 15 minutes of time between ordering and receiving food. They are as slow as molasses and clearly do not have enough employees. I feel bad for the elder employees they have running around doing the work of 4 people. This franchisee needs to hire. I have lived in epping for almost a decade , when I finally got tired of this locations inability to provide accurate and acceptable food orders I contacted the company and expressed my ongoing issues with them , the response I got was immediate and sincere. It took a little while ,less than a year but I wanted to say to them and their people assigned to solving the problem , Job Well Done . I eat there often again and have not had an issue serious enough to address to management since . I wish I could remember the name of that wonderful lady and the young female manager she sent to over see the correcting of those issues because it was them that brought this location back to the standards of excellence I expect from them for my patronage.
