I have come to this location many times from my mother was in the hospital to her care at the rehab rehabilitation center and just always find myself on this area of town. Anyways the people here have always been super. The service is fantastic. The staff is always friendly quality of food is spot on. I've never had a bad meal here. and the drive-through always is fast. I have no complaints about this location other McDonald's need to follow suit. Did drive through on the way back from voting last night. I did not expect it to take as long as it did, it was late, I get up really early for work so I decided to pick up a quick salad and drink on the way home. Staff was very nice, efficient, my order was correct. My husbands order was hot and he is super picky. OK another McD. This is near I 75 easy in easy out. The parking lot is big and easy all around its open 24 hours with a TV on the wall. They are pretty clean and had a recent face lift of the interior. Yes I had ordered two McRibs they tend to have ground bone chips mixed in so at least you know it's not fake meat. I found 2-3 chips in one the other one had only one. They are not big enough to choke on but it is annoying. I'm not really sure why but the fountain cokes at McDonalds are always very good. Along with the french fries, I usually go and get them one to two times a month. Atlanta has Mc wings I'm hoping to try them soon locally but I may have to take a road trip. Location is great next to the highway, but the line was awful. It was about 9pm and the inside is closed so only the drive thru is open. There are 2 lanes but it takes forever to get through. I'm not saying the workers aren't doing there job, but i noticed that there is barely anyone staffed in there. It took 40 minutes from the time i pulled in line to getting my food and there was probably 10 cars in front of me max. It happened more than once as i have been around the area on business. Pretty nice McDonald's. A bit on the small side. They have ordering kiosks or you can order at the counter. They don't wipe the tables down as much as they should but it is McDonald's. Quick and efficient, I hit the drivethrough at 5:45 AM for my breakfast. Ordering was easy, paying was quick and getting my order was ideal. The order was accurate (#3 with coffee, black, add a few ice cubes) and they put two napkins in the bag as is proper. The parking lot looked tidy. I can not believe I could have almost ate this minuscule patty had I not looked at the underside of my burger. My family and I usually have a great experience at McDonalds due to their corporate standards, but this one definitely sets itself apart from the others. Around 10pm I walked in with my husband and kids to find it to be the most filthy McDonalds I have ever been in. I was in such shock that I brought it to the attention of the workers behind the counter. The service counter was covered in ketchup, soda, and trash. Every table in the place was disgusting and the floor was covered in trash and dirty. The workers behind the counter ignored my concern and continued their conversations and goofing around. There was no one in the place, so there was no excuse for this disarray. We immediately left as we were sure that where the food is prepared is probably just as filthy as the front. Whoever is running this place needs to watch the video from last night to see how filthy this place was and the employees doing absolutely nothing. We went across the street to a clean and more professional environment. We will not be back here. read more

Great service. Even during rush hour, the girls and guys that work here are friendly and are Professional. They have flatscreen TVs in different areas. Great place to bring your kids or coworkers. Their Wi-Fi works very well actually, much better than in many of the places that have a lot of hoopla. Don't get me wrong, I also like the hoopla places. But once in a while I want that plain happy meal small fry with no salt and my teeny-weeny beverage. If you talk to the staff they are very receptive to the new, to change and they will let me substitute my teeny-weeny drink :-) for a cup of regular coffee of course with a shot of Turbo. Ask them if the coffee is brewed fresh not Muddy. They will not be offended, they're used to it. If you're not in a hurry they're more than glad to know you a fresh pot. One thing I like when I'm in a hurry, use the drive-thru, I favor the grilled chicken wrap snack size matters tomato only. No sauce no cheese. Crazy?? But, I eat the chicken lettuce and my tomatoes and in Enjoy a medium or large Regular coffee with a with one or two troubleshot. Depending on the size, for their Ice Tea half-and-half (Sweet/Unsweetened ).is really good can't beat the price. I have to do new and lactose free not by choice. Incorrect change was handed back, I was charged for 2 Egg McMuffins and a Diet Coke. The first window told me to go to the second window for a refund. At the second window the manager handed me the refund for one Egg McMuffin without a word! No hello, no sorry. I received 1 Sausage McMuffin and no straw for the Diet Coke. I ordered a bagel and a French vanilla latte. The bottom half of the bagel was burnt beyond being edible. The latte was almost entirely milk, I'm pretty sure they forgot the coffee. The only thing worse than the food quality was the quality of service. When I pulled up to order all I was asked was "what do you want to order?" when I pulled up to the first window to pay I was met with dirty looks from both of the women working that window. I asked for a refund as what I received had to be thrown away. The manager called about a week later and said that after my complaint was received they had the latte machine serviced, turns out it wasn't functioning properly and they were using it anyway. I was also told actions would be taken towards the hostile staff and that I would receive a refund in the mail. Well my "refund" came this morning. This is a very poorly managed restaurant. It was high noon on a Sunday and they had one register open. The line took 15 minutes in itself. Once I got to the register it seemed like the cashier needed manager help for everything. Then they didn't accept my clearly valid coupon and made me pay extra AFTER my card had been charged.
