Many times I'm just passing by and need some grub. I usually go through the drive thru on my way home. The food is always convenient as well as consistent. I ordered my favorite. Hamburger, small fries and but instead o coke I got a small chocolate shake. Everything tasted so very good. The shake was very creamy and yummy. I always love their fries. I enjoy the hamburger as the other burger selections are too big for my appetite. The staff is always on the ball. They keep lines both running smoothly and are always courteous. read more

This place is a JOKE now. I have been going to this location for several years now, 4-5 times a week. It use to be such a friendly and exceptionally clean place! There was always someone cleaning the dining area. The place is filthy now, I can only imagine how they keep the kitchen clean based on the way the dining room looks. When I stopped seeing the old staff (many I knew by name) I inquired about where they were and was told the new owners fired them. Bring the old staff back! If I could give this location a negative rating I would. It has went from a solid 4.5 to a zero rating. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is there fries needed to be cooked a little longer. Whoever works the drive through mic just mumbles and occasionally doesn't take your order. Manager is young and inexperienced, which is unfortunately paired with an extremely negative attitude and poor customer service skills. Staff rarely checks front counter. Always a lobby full of doordashers and customers waiting on orders for 10 and sometimes 30+ minutes. My final visit there was when there were homeless guys inside begging for food and money and scaring off a group of younger teenagers trying to place an order on the self-ordering screen. Come on, replace management, train your staff, don't tolerate beggars inside your lobby, and start getting orders out. If I could give negative stars I would. Came with my family for breakfast this morning. Had a very simple order. Took the lady 15 mins to get the 4 item order rang in...our food was out sitting on the counter before my husband could even pay...getting cold. No one said that it was our food...we got it, it was wrong, they gave us only 2 hashbrowns that were SO OVERCOOKED...all the potatoes inside were cooked out. So my husband decided to order 4 new hashbrown thru the kiosk...the MANAGER...brought our hashbrowns out which were EVEN MORE OVER COOKED...we said these are very over done, that's why we ordered more. She started talking shit while walking away not addressing our issue. We wasted $10-$12 on JUST HASHBROWNS (that we couldn't even eat) for her to tell us..."IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE."Really? That's how you treat your customers that have already had issues with the restaurant you manage....Pathetic. That manager needs to be fired. She should not be in that position at all...part of being a manager is making sure everything comes out right and that the customers are happy. This is by far, can't even be compared if I resorted back to my childhood, the BEST McDonald's I've ever been to. It's a bold statement thats sure to upset some but hear me out. I stop here often on my way to work. Mostly because I'm dreading work but also breakfast is the most important meal of the day and sausage burritos are delicious. So here I am, stranded in the drive-thru cursing the innocent car in front of me unknowing of the situation. Finally, get to the window and am told whats going on and that, due to the circumstance, breakfast is free. My favorite price! Just so y'all know, free McDonald's tastes infinitely better than any other form of McDonald's. Fast forward to this afternoon. My fiance normally makes me a sandwich for lunch but we stayed up late and I woke up lunchless. Not a big deal. So I skipped breakfast, headed to McDonald's for lunch (this is sounding bad, I know.) The poor girl at the first window accidentally hit cash instead of credit when I attempted to pay. My first instinct was frustration, but after the employee told the manager of the situation she just handed my card back and said, "This one's on us." WHAT?! One week and two free meals. Cloud 9. But that's not the point. It was awesome, don't get me wrong, but that's superb customer service. No need to hold up the dozen people behind me for $4-$5. This place isn't even worth one star! This was the closet fast food to our hotel room and ended up wasting over an hour try to find somewhere to eat. We waited 20+ minutes in line and several people had gotten out of line in front of us. Once we got to the place to order we sat there for an additional 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. We eventually had to leave because the wait was so ridiculous. My suggestion is to drive the additional 10 minutes and go to Sonic, which was the only other place open until the time they were supposed to be in the city. read more

Am I really writing a review for McDonalds right now? I had to. I have not been to a Mc'ey D's in years .. I can't even remember the last time I've been to one . Years! This McDonalds is so wonderful! One of the managers, Joshua Graham, took my order and he was very fast and friendly. Then my meal was ready for me before I even finished paying! The food was hot and fresh. As I was enjoying my food I noticed how the workers really acted like a team. They worked together and communicated with each other in order to be successful.
