Where do I start, This McDonald's has to be one of the worst in fort worth I've been to multiple McDonalds and only seem to have problems with this location. The managers aren't at all put together and have no sense of proper communication towards customers and seem to have trouble knowing how to run the store to get orders out in time. I do know one of the managers(KENYA) who I've had a good number of encounters with in which she gives me attitude and makes me seem as a bother for them not getting my order right. Overall i hope that theres a shift in management or a more positive attitude towards customers. read more

1 Star - Disrespectful Treatment by Management Visited the McDonald's (Store #14076) at 2451 Meacham Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76106 on April 9th, and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If I zero stars were an option, I would have selected that. My wife ordered a steak breakfast (she does not eat pork for religious reasons), but was given sausage instead. By the time we noticed, we were already 5 miles away. When we called the store, we were hung up on the first time. The second time, we were told we needed a receipt--even though it was a mobile order. When we returned, the manager was extremely rude and accused us of lying and trying to get free food, claiming we had already received the steak--which made no sense since my order was sausage. She threw the food away, dismissed us, and then said "I'll give it to you this time" when replacing the order, as if we were trying to scam the store. Mistakes happen--but disrespect, accusations, and poor customer service are unacceptable. Corporate response was generic and offered no real resolution. We will not be returning to this location. read more

HORRIBLE/RUDE DRIVE THRU STAFF!!! i had a pickup for doordash around 2am that was confirmed to be there with the employee on the microphone and when i pulled up to the window i was told by some hispanic lady in her 50s/60s "no we no have it" after i told her they do and showed the order on my phone. I was given attitude and mocked she was acting like a little kid at some point argued that she had already gave it away someone else after saying it was never in the system to begin with?? after all that i REQUESTED to TALK too a MANAGER and she REFUSED!! Almost every time I stop at this McDonald's, they get something wrong. I order a mcchicken, they give me a burger. I order sprite, they give me coke. It's like they take your order but do not listen at all. This place needs to be over hauled with new management or something. read more

Visited this place twice over the span of 3 days and it is truly hit or miss. The food was made properly both times. The first time was not a good experience. They got my order wrong and had to give me another sandwich. Majority of the seating and tables were dirty. The second time was much better. My order was right the first time. If I would've known breakfast, burritos were premade 24 hours before and sat in a heating cabinet. I couldn't even take a bite into it because both of the sides were hard as a rock. The girl had to pass me to another person and then the person to another person the lady that attended me was also sick. What the Yelp? Okay so this is super strange but very Yelp worthy. Been coming to this location for 23 years. Down the street from my job so it is super convenient, and for the very most part, the staff is the friendliest since I have known what McDonald's is. Only once have I had an issue here and it was a new manager, and not indicative of the norm here. Today, drive through, order, go to window to pay, two smiles telling me it is taken care of. Was today a promo day at McDonalds? I was scared to drive forward. I asked to at least pay for the car behind me. The said, we have them too. Okay, so was this a promo, or did I just snitch on two super nice employees? Gosh I hope this was a Mickey D's promo. Those two ladies have been there for a few years, they are always the nicest in the world and I swear I would hate it if they were just being good humans and got fired or even reprimanded for this Yelp snitch. We will hope this was just more of the great reasons I have been a customer here for so long. BTW, the cheeseburger I had, no onions, extra pickles, pickle perfect burger it was. Don't go to this McDonald's unless you trust a gacked out stoner to get your order right. I say this because it was FAR from busy, and when I ordered a cheeseburger add Mayo & 10 piece spicy nugget, my burger came without Mayo & I got regular nuggets instead. Wow... this McDonald's has really cleaned itself up. Before it was nothing of interest really (pretty plain with an outside playground area). But now, it looks like the new Pipeline and Western Center locations. (BTW, they did away with the playground, and put in a small outdoor seating area instead) So I get here and order two Southern Chicken sandwiches (basically bun, chicken and two pickle slices). Then I order my drink (an iced tea like always) only to find out that I couldn't get it. Apparently they could only serve three types of soft drinks (probably due to the renovations they were doing) which were in two liter bottles behind the counter. Bottled water it is then... Bleh... In the future, I'll think twice about getting the chicken sandwiches at McDonald's. I ended up getting chewy uneatable cartilage in both chicken sandwiches (I had a BOGO free coupon). Anyhow, something of interest that I noticed on this visit was the amount of people crowding into the womens restroom. That room was like a clown car, because there were about 3-4 associates and a few guests piling in there from time to time. I'm guessing there was something going on due the construction and the associates were trying to handle it, but I couldn't keep from watching this activity (certainly better then the CNN they had on TV). Oh, speaking of TV... The television in this McDonald's was displaying the features of the LG television while CNN was on. Yeah, it was almost like I was at an electronic store. I don't know if this was a new TV and they set it to the showroom setting, or if this is some kind of deal between LG and McDonald's but it was a little weird. Of all the McDonald's around my work, this is my favorite location. It has recently been remodeled and the staff seems like they've had additional training. They're on "the ball." Each time I've had lunch at the restaurant, management is very attentive, greeting and talking to the customers. They want to provide a good customer experience. The décor is pleasing and I love being able to sit and relax while eating lunch. It's nice to get away from the workplace instead of eating in the break room or at my desk. As far as the food, I've never had an issue with it. I rotate between salads and burgers. When dining at a McDonald's you come in with certain preset expectations about the food. The location meets those expectations on all points. The food is what you expect it to be and it is served at the proper temperature and quickly. I love using the McDonald's app on my phone to see what kind of "deal" I can get. "Free Fries Fridays" is the bomb! You can beat McDonald's fries, they're the best in the world. I am glad this location is close to my work so I can enjoy my "McDonalds Fix" which I have the craving. read more

Without a doubt one of the worst McDonalds around. I have stopped here three or four days a week for the last couple of months as I work in the area. I really enjoy a cold frappe on a hot day. Twice I've been charged for frappes and didn't get them. Once the machine was being cleaned but the order taker didn't have that info. Another time, after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through they discovered there was another problem. Today I placed a mobile order. It went through, but when I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by the employee who was rudely interrupted by who I assume was her boss who informed, again rudely, that they were "not doing business right now." I'm not sure how a restaurant that is supposedly open is "not doing business". I was also informed by a colleague last week that when she went into the dining room and ordered a drink, so she could escape the heat, she was told that she would have to leave because she "didn't order enough". It appears the management need to get their ducks in a row and welcome the customers that they do have and do business. read more

The Meacham location can't follow directions. Im allergic to Cayenne Pepper. I emphasize non - spicey chicken patty. They have Jokes or don't care what they serve. Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 things when I got to the window I asked for 3 ranches the lady didn't say anything about an extra cost or a policy saying they could only give so many for each item and she gave me one ranch. I pulled in front and just decided I would send my boyfriend in for the other 2 do I didn't hold up the line and when he cane out he said she only gave him one ranch. So I went in and I'm not one to cause a scene or yell because I've work in fast food before. So I went in asked for another ranch and she gave me this horrible look and handed me another and when I was calmly trying to explain to her what happened so it didn't happen again she turned around and walked away while I was mid sentence. I am beyond pissed this was unbelievably horrible service I will not ever be returning to this mcdonalds. Highly disappointed with this location! Just spoke with Nate "the mgr" informed him of the bad quality of food, he appeared unconcerned, ofcourse. If I ever return I'll record the nonsense and bad attitudes. They're continually messing up an order and preparing sloppy food. Only ordered a filet o fish it was rubbery & non consumable, as if reheated like the other reviews stated. I believe it.
