This McD's now offering a half filled French fry box with every order. Seriously though this place is a joke, wrong orders 90% of the time. And my biggest pet peeve for fast food is that they don't give you NEARLY the amount of fries that you pay for! They said every thing is precooked they can't change things on a order, I don't like eatting food that is not fresh.

It used to be good, now I only order hamburger patties for my dog once in awhile. I used to love the french fries. Now they are so salty they are barely edible. I get some very rarely and try to rub most of the salt off. They do have the best fountain drinks in this area. On occasion after I have picked up my food somewhere else I will stop and get a coke here. read more

Breakfast crew during the week are on point. Quick fast accurate service. Evenings and weekends. It so much////// B lane needs to be ran a lot better. Every time I use it is like getting stuck in the Walmart line with a price check! Today I was in the speaker and I counted 6 cars that ordered in A lane. Needless to say NEVER go they b lane there. Anytime I go here it usually for breakfast. The food comes out fast and hot. The dining room is usually pretty clean. The coffee is excellent (still trying to figure out what they are putting in it to make it taste so good) What more could you ask of a McDonald's? read more

Well I went through drive thru this morning. I had a Spanish speaking female that I tried to tell my order too. No problem if you speak Spanish but you should also be able to speak English well enough to communicate the needs of the customer. With that being said she didn't get the order correct. read more

Pretty much agree with everybody else reviewing this place. This place closes real early(sometimes earlier then hours posted). 80% of the time the drive through will miss something. I understand mistakes happen (former food worker) but it happens too much to be a nuisance. Whenever I attempt to order several meals from the drive through menu they continue to give me my total and to pull up to the next window. (Hello I'm not done yet) . Majority of the staff is usually younger high school kids (I'm guessing) but I really wish the managers would keep an eye on their employees making sure professionalism is consistent. I have made a choice to drive an extra 15 minutes to the lake worth McDonald's due to this reoccurring issue. I hope it gets fixed really soon. read more

You have to figure out a way to make your service faster. The drive-through is ridiculous every since you added the 2nd order lane. McDonald's is originally known for their ability to have super fast service and this location is not meeting that expectation. read more

I came in at lunch around 1300. First I would like to apologize for my poor use of language in the restaurant. The cashier was short and rude and cold. Got my order wrong I asked for a chicken ranch wrap he ask me what number harshly the thing was behind his head with pictured. Gave me a small cup asked for large foam cup there is only one foam cup their. I said for here. After all this I got my cup and let it go. I listen to him talk down to two women one was helping me I have a service animal and she was getting my food for me to keep me from moving the dog she liked the dog. The cashier an grown man told her it was none of her business who the food was for Evan after she explained why she was getting it for me. I can take some hits and blow it off ,the cashier verbal assaulted her . So I got up and protested with loud colorful language my bad I guess . I figure if he would like to stand up to a 6ft 2 solider as well as he did with a small women. Love the very overweight manager told me to leave I guess my language hurt his ears. I'm soon sorry for that (not).... am glad no children was present I would have felt bad about my language. McDonald's as a whole is going down hill for a good reason . ....... It's a hole to eat in not cheap. The wraps was the only thing good but now I guess subway will be less stressful. Thx for reading. they always get orders wrong!!! i asked for a mcdouble with ketchup and pickles not extra ketchup!!!!do not go to this location it's always packed and you have to wait almost 15 to 20 minutes to wait for your food in the long lines they have due to their slow employees!!! this place is trashy,not well sanitized and most of all bad customer service!!! read more
