Nobody is working here, aside from the window to get your food. Took around 10+ min in drive thru with no one there.

Slow. Food was cold. I asked for sauce, and the employee stared at me.."Huh?" Definitely needs better management.

The…read moreparking lot was absolutely packed and the outdoor seating looked like a tailgate party for people obsessed with chicken fingers. As I stood there studying the menu, I realized they really only serve about five things: chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and dipping sauce. That's it. No 14-page Cheesecake Factory novel to sort through. No stress. No panic. No "what are you getting?" discussions. I thought about my order for exactly 6.4 seconds and went with the 3 Finger Combo, which included four of the five menu items. Honestly, this place is perfect for kids, exhausted parents, and anyone who gets anxiety trying to order at restaurants with more than six options. After ordering, we grabbed our iced tea and headed for the condiment station, where I discovered the true MVP of the experience... ketchup ON TAP. I don't know why this impressed me so much, but it did. It felt oddly luxurious. Like a soda fountain, but for fries. The food took a few minutes, but when it arrived, it was straight-out-of-the-fryer hot. I have to admit the chicken was really good. Crispy, juicy, and worth the hype. The fries were average, the one-and-only chicken sauce was decent, and the Texas toast was surprisingly solid. Overall, I'm glad we tried it. If you have kids, love simplicity, or just want a restaurant where making a decision doesn't require a committee meeting, this place is definitely for you.

If you're looking for a game, there are plenty of screens here to watch it on. Want a late night? It's the perfect vibe. There's something fun happening every day of the week with a variety of specials (and happy hour). The food is good and the beer is always flowing! But ultimately what keeps me coming back is the people. The service here is top tier. No other bar has made me feel as safe or as welcome as the servers here. This place is a rare gem specifically because of them. Tony's wants to you "meet your friends here," and that's exactly what I've done. If you're looking for an amazing, local bar, Tony's is the place to be.

The waitress did not write my order down. She kept it in her head, I guess. My burger came with mayo which overwhelmed the burger. All seating is high top tables. Literally, just a sports bar with the attraction of young waitresses showing their midriff. The other thing I noticed is several of the waitresses sat down at a couple of tables with friends eating there. There were definitely two tables that seemed to know all the waitresses, and those on duty waitresses constantly visited with their friends all through our dinner. Find a better burger place. Don't waste your time here.

She and I both walk inside and are immediately welcomed by the staff. The manager then asked if we were here to pick up an online order and I confirmed. As they went to go and fetch the order, the manager asked my daughter how she was doing. She replied that she was doing great and that it was her birthday. "Your birthday?!?" he asked. "Yup, we asked her where she wanted to go for her birthday, any restaurant, and she said Taco Bell." "Great choice!" the manager said before giving her a fist bump. Someone behind him asked "It's her birthday?" He confirmed, and the staff then sang an impromptu rendition of Happy Birthday to her. She was absolutely beaming. The manager then talked to her a bit more about how her birthday was going, then handed us the food, as my daughter said goodbye to everyone. We got home and our food was hot, accurate, and delicious. Truly a wonderful location staffed with truly special people.

We had to drive back through three times because our order was incorrect. The last time EVERY hard shell taco was BROKEN and one taco was without cheese. I know the manager on shift has his hands full with such disrespectful staff and I feel sorry for him. He seems like a nice person.

Ambiance: Dirty, always dirty - if chipotle wasn't super easy to manage for my macros i would not eat here. The tables and floors are always dirty and watching the staff here move food and containers while dumping contents everywhere is not comforting in any way. Food: The food is manageable if your getting a fresh container of meat and sides, and it first my macros so it's supposed to be an easy and quick place to do so. Service: Not very friendly at all and do not look happy to be there working. I'm not always thrilled with my day job either but for a customer facing position at least smile and be polite and not grumpy. Lady serving me appeared to not speak english as she never responded to me (only speaking Spanish to her colleague) and was visibly bothered as I asked for the lettuce and salad on my bowl. Folks if you can - head to another location (although after perusing the other reviews it seems maybe this is a trend). Clearly this is a management or ownership problem that should be addressed. Won't be going back after so many bad experiences here. Sorry wish they were all good and cheery for you but life is life! Keep Munching!

Surprisingly, the food all seemed fresh still! We tried the new Chipotle Honey Chicken and the Adobe Ranch and it was so flavorful with everything! Staff was a bit distracted and unfriendly, but it was a few hours til closing so likely growing tired.

I noticed it when in town for a monthly visit, and only because Brentwood traffic made it impossible for me to get where I needed, so I had to drive out of my way to get there. And there it was. That WHATABURGER sign in the front yard, only to find that it wasn't open yet. So I waited. FINALLY the day came and I was able to visit. Yes, I could have visited the previous month, but the parking lot basically said "We're full. Try again later". I tend to wait until after the "A New Restaurant Has Opened" phase dies down so I don't need to battle a crowd. The very first thing I noticed: This Is A Small Whataburger. I think the kitchen-to-dining-room ratio is about 2 to 1. Seriously. 2/3 of the building is kitchen/storage, and the front 1/3 is dining room and restrooms. As I recall there are less than 10 tables in the dining area. There are two kiosks for ordering and a counter with two registers. I visited on Monday and Wednesday of this week. Monday was a bit busier, but I had no problems. On Monday I had the Jalapeño Cheese Burger meal and on Wednesday I had the Pico de Gallo burger. In both cases I was able to order at the counter (I despise fast food ordering kiosks) relatively quickly. Less than five minutes after entering I had my drink cup and waited for my food. The person who took my order was friendly and courteous and was able to answer any questions. For as short a time as this location has been open it's nice to see that the staff has the product information down. The kitchen is pretty well hidden away from customer view in this location. I'm pretty sure that's because of the way the existing building was when Whataburger took over. Less than 10 minutes after ordering my food arrived. It was hot and accurate. Whataburger's Spicy Ketchup is exactly what their fries need. The fries aren't remarkable, but the Spicy Ketchup gives it just what it needs. The (very small) dining room was relatively clean, but on both visits the trash bins were could have used some attention. On both visits I didn't see any urgency to clean up tables when they became unoccupied. I'm glad I'll be able to get Whataburger on my monthly visit to Brentwood. I'm sure that, once it gets on its feet, this Whataburger will be awesome.
