Pulled up to this McDonald's with my dog Nugget and the guy in the drive-thru goes, "oh sh*t that's a cute dog, what's his name?" I say, "Nugget." He asks if Nugget wants a treat. I say yeah, assuming it'll be a dog bone or something like Starbucks does with pup cups. This guy disappears for a second, comes back, and hands me a full bag of chicken nuggets. Not one. A bag. My dog was happier than I've ever seen him in his life. I thanked the kid and he goes, "no sweat, it's my last day. I'm giving out free sh*t like crazy. You want a hat or something?" Absolute legend. The food was fine, and it came on time, but the most important part of ordering at a drive-through window is being able to order at the drive-through window. That means you have to be able to communicate with the person on the other side of the microphone. It would also mean that you should both probably speak a common language fluently.It was not the case at this restaurant so it took much longer to order than it should've and the order got lost in translation multiple times. Worst location ever. No matter what time of day they take forever and always immediately have you pull into a space. We ordered two fries and two burgers and as soon as we get to the window, they had us pull forward. They trick the system to try and make their times look good but really that are incredibly slow with terrible service. Why we had to wait 10 minutes for a simple two meals makes no sense. Horrible service the employee rolled his eyes at us when we asked for barbecue sauce. When we were taking our order it sounded like be was half asleep. When we looked in our bag the fries were thrown everywhere and the chicken nuggets box were open and thrown around as well. We were missing half of our chicken nuggets. Drove through and got this "bacon", egg & cheese bagel. The bacon barely adds up to one slice - if that, and is burned. The sandwich is lukewarm, as evidenced by the unmelted cheese. The bagel is not toasted. It's like they didn't know how to make it? I didn't get a receipt, so I can't do the survey. So here it is. This was not acceptable. I visited this McDonalds this evening around 745pm. I found it quite interesting that the drive thru was empty and the inside as well. I was only needing a drink. Before I went inside I noticed all the Wet Floor Cones placed all over the place but the place clearly hadn't been mopped or cleaned recently. As I walked in it had the worst odor I've ever smelled from a McDonald's. You usually smell nothing but hot fries at a McDonald's good or bad location. This was almost concerning I've never smelt a foul McDonalds ever in my entire 40 year life. Employees looked young, sitting at the tables, and not too interested in working or greeting customers. I rarely complain but I feel the smell and lack of business has a lot to say about this location. I'm sure it has peak times for business but beware anytime after 730pm. Hopefully management or an owner reads this and can look into the situation. I shouldn't expect much from a McDonald's but fast food obviously has little concern about cleanliness anymore. read more

This is my first post of this kind, but I am going to start to keep track of how often this happens. I suggest readers of this do the same. We ordered our 7 year old daughter a happy meal tonight after practice with chicken nuggets. When we got home and opened it, there were no chicken nuggets in the box. Instead, it had a sausage in its place??? We tried to call in, and the only listed number is a fax. Shameful that the ownership provides no way to be contacted. It is across town, so we wont be going back, and now must eat their mistake (literally). I find this to be very common at fast food restaurants and they are rarely held accountable to make it right. They should have an electronic free item coupon they could should send over to make good on their mistakes. Generally, they say something like "just come back and tell us next time and we will take care of it". Like that will ever happen. Not going back to this location. read more

Don't order an iced mocha if you expect it to be cold. When the employee handed it to me, all the whipped cream was melted and the temperature was warm. When I asked them to remake it, they acted very disgruntled and said, "They melt!!". Interestingly enough, the fresh one was iced, as it should be. They also refused to throw away the bad one for me; they simply pointed to a trash can and told me to throw it away myself. On other recent occasions, they have confused the sweet and unsweetened teas, so I end up having to drive back through or go back inside to have it corrected. Again, they get annoyed even though it is their mistake. To top it off, nearly all the employees I encounter here have horrible attitudes. I usually only order drinks at McDonald's, but I may be going elsewhere for that. If you don't enjoy your job, you might consider doing something different. read more

Very disappointed in this location, I would give zero stars if I could! After work I had decided to visit this McDonald's location (although further than my normal McDonalds) because it was open until 1am and looked promising enough. Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken when I got home and realized that my entire order was wrong. I was looking forward to chowing down on their classic nuggets dipped in delicious tangy bbq sauce, but instead I got a nasty fish filet sandwich covered in nastiness. I tried to call them to request a refund but every time the phone was answered with a loud mechanic screeching sound. I hung up and called back multiple times only to be met again with the loud beeping sound. Cancel McDonalds period. read more

I had a giant piece of fabric/cotton between the bun and chicken on my sandwich. I'm not even kidding. It was like someone took the stuffing out of a stuffed animal and put it on my sandwich. On Yelp and Google it says this location is open 24/7. On the McDonalds website it says from 4:00 to 4:00. The girl that answered the phone last week said 2:00AM. I am pretty sure the person I tried calling on Sept. 17 at 11:15PM hung up on me twice. So what time is it actually open? Requested a small hot coffee via drive -thru. I was given an old cold cup of coffee. Returned the cup to a young male cashier who thought it was funny as he took the cup. I requested a refund but was told by a manager I had to fill out a paper with my name, address and phone number for $1.08.. I stated all my personal information was not necessary. Ok, now I'm angry especially when what appears to be another manager approaches the drive-thru window, display an over the top attitude as if I'm in the wrong and suggest I just leave, really???! Three employees at the drive thru window, 2 which appear to be managers and still no apology for serving old -cold coffee. Accidentally gave the wrong person my order and the person who got my order brought it back. McDonald's gave them their food and then immediately gave me the bag that the other person had. This location has issues with its employees. The service consistently is slow and unable to correctly serve the correct order. Can't an adult tell the difference between a Deluxe Quarter Pounder vs a Bacon Quarter Pounder? The older ladies who work the drive thru are rude and could care less about customer service.
