Okay, just to start...they'd been putting a half-effort into my orders for quite some time, culminating in a really bad experience one night. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I called, so I left a review somewhere else & got a sincere call from the new manager, Tim. We still waited about two months to try them again, and for two visits, our orders were splendid. Then, tonight, they got my bowl completely wrong. I get if you are running low on stuff. That said, please don't put stuff on that I didn't order. I didn't order banana peppers or cherry pepper relish, though I'm they were ordered on the 2nd bowl & under everything. There was also no bacon or Mayo on my #9 club. The bowls were sloppy & when they didn't answer the phone, I retuned with my bowl. Ordered 4 giants with specific instructions. When I arrived at the Super Bowl party, they weren't cut as requested; the bread selection was wrong on one; one was missing ham. I went back the next day to see if I could use my coupon I forgot to use when I picked them up. The manager asked how the subs were, and I explained all the errors in my order. The employee standing next to the manager confirmed my requests to his boss! He replied I should have brought my coupon in when I picked them up, as he could do nothing at this point. I was thoroughly discusted with the attitude I received; turned around and walked out. I like the sandwiches but so much is wrong here... the workers are hit and miss - it can take forever to get a sandwich sometimes. The online orders take priority over in person. That's irritating as well. The soda options are bad. They have cheap off brand drinks and all of them are weak with half the syrup and twice price as McDonald's next door. Jersey Mikes has really good sandwiches. However, I think this is the only restaurant in all of Texas that does not serve Dr Pepper. Jimmy John's has COKE and Dr Pepper. Taco Bell next door has Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Catering to the needs of Pepsi instead of your customers isn't a very good business model.... I promise you are loosing more in sales that you are being paid by Pepsi. read more

It's always nice to have an alternative when I don't feel like eating at Subway. I was a avid customer of Subway 4 times per week until they hired Megan Rapinoe to represent them. If Megan won't stand for the US National Anthem then I won't stand in line at Subway to eat. I now have discovered Jersey Mikes and their product is much better then Subway. The meat is cut while you wait in line giving it a great level of freshness and taste. The sandwich buns are baked daily and taste much better then Subway. Jersey Mikes produces and excellent sandwich and I plan to eat there weekly. This store has hired very good help, they are friendly, helpful and customer oriented. I definitely give them 5 stars for their excellent product and their great attitude. read more

This store not only continuously gets orders wrong, but once you go back to correct them, they are still wrong. I had gone back this evening to swap my sandwich because they had mixed the breads on the two sandwiches we ordered. I asked for white bread and as he is wrapping the sandwich, I notice it looked like the rosemary bread and questioned him one last time to which he replied it was white, only to find out once I got home it was the rosemary bread. Was told my the employee (did not get a name but he had a dirty blonde/brown pony tail) that they did not have any bacon and it would be a "waste" to cook bacon for my subs. I'm updating my review to add a couple more stars to 4. On my latest visit my phoned in order was ready shortly after I arrived, the staff were all wearing masks and customers were spaced following the signs on the floor. It felt safe to be there. As I mentioned below on my previous visit, it was so hectic that I left without waiting for them to start an order phoned in and already paid for. They are doing much better now. I love their subs but this particular location should be avoided. I just ordered online, arrived at the pick up time and had to wait inside with a dozen people who were placing their orders. They did not even start my order until I got their attention and asked where my pick was. Because of the Covid restrictions, I ordered online expecting to pick up the order without spending much time inside (just like other restaurants) but the waiting line inside was to the door and none of the staff behind the counter were wearing face masks. They really do need some serious management attention. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs is one of my favorite sub-sandwich chains. I don't think there is a sandwich on the menu I dislike. I wish that I would have posted a positive review previously because the quality and freshness is always good. Recently, this particular location, that is convenient to our home, was clean, quick service, friendly, and offered great customer service. However, we have not experienced the same service in recent visits. The team always appear to be "rushed", rude and simply wants to move the customer along. The store is not as clean and most recently, it was apparent the store was dealing with a difficult customer who placed a large order for pick up. I observed an associate, who appeared to be a manager, be rude to that patron and several others who were complaining as well. In the store's defense, it was busy with about nine people patiently waiting and two walking out. The entire team was focused on that one customer with the large order and the wait was significant with no apology. Then our order was not prepared properly, and the team member who made my spouse's sandwich didn't listen to a word he said when asked, "What would you like on your sandwich?" He told her he didn't want vinegar so she simply pulled off the lettuce, tomato, and onion and said, "Oh well, we don't have anymore tuna. Now what did you say you wanted?" We simply walked out. The sandwiches are so good, but I'm not going to spend that kind of money in an unprofessional environment. We left and went to Subway, not necessarily one of my favorites, but good ole Subway was fast, friendly, actually pretty good, and $6.00 less.
