Locked all entrance doors and closed Lobby at 8pm. Only 4 people working tonight. Meaning if you mobile ordered to walk in and pick up your order you are SOL. Which sucks. However you can sit in a long drive through line to get that walk in mobile order. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this taco bell. I see on some other reviews they may have done this before. I wouldn't mobile order here. They may only have 4 people working so you may have to wait 30 min to an hour in a long line. After 2 and a half hours and a cancelled uber eats order , I decided to drive up to this location. I got there and nobody was in line , nor had they pulled up behind me . The lady on the intercom was rushing and rude the whole time I was trying to order , then i pulled up to the window and was met with the same attitude! I wouldnt be writing this review if my food was at least made correctly but after all that, it was STILL wrong! please, if ordering from this location, double check before you leave the restaurant! Everytime I order from this location something is either missing or wrong , uber eats or in person , it makes no difference. read more

Probably won't be back at this Taco Bell. Took my sister here after her dance class and I loved how they were prompt in the drive thru for the food. HOWEVER THEY SKIMPED SO MUCH. My sister ordered shredded chicken nachos and fiesta potatoes. The fiesta potatoes are fried potatoes with cheese and sour cream on top. But where was the cheese and sour cream? I think about three of the potatoes had it... (wish I took pics but I was driving). Then my sister opened up her nachos and SAME THING! I could count on one hand the amount of chopped tomatoes added, again barely one teaspoon of sour cream and the cheese. It was straight up her wating a bean and chicken nachos. Even then that was all just dumped straight to the middle. My sister loves taco bell but even she commented on how she's doesn't want to come back to this one so what can I say. Every time I've come here there are missing items. I'm pregnant and all I crave is Taco Bell. It really sucks that I feel like I can't come here and have to drive to a further location. My husband and I pulled up and all of the employees were standing out front smoking and motioning not to come up to the drive thru, but it was only 9:30. When we paid the manager was laughing and said, "you fucking dumbass" to one of the employees on the line. We ordered a bean burrito with xtr onion, which I've ordered at this location and plenty of others and it had so much onion it was inedible. We also had missing items. They mixed up our order with someone else's so instead of crunchy tacos we got whatever they put it there. Very disappointing experience.

Rolled up at 12am, info states restaurant does not close until 1am. Lights on at the restaurant, menu and screens outside completely off. Drove off assuming they were closing or closed however my passenger noticed them waiving at the window. Came back around and were told they could take our order, stating he was planning to take it but we "drove off". I advised we drove off because the screens were off, when asked why he stated "he's not a tech". Then stated he could take the order at the window, which we have no menu so unsure if we were supposed to magically know. When we went to pull up the menu on the phone he stated they couldn't take a card and showed me a keypad that was "down". I'm not sure who has cash on hand like that but we didn't like most people. I believe the staff decided to wrap things up early and weren't expecting people to catch on. With it being such a big weekend due to the FC Dallas game etc, it's quite surprising to see one of the only late night places to eat handle things this way. read more

Been here multiple times and whether its night or day, the people are extremely courteous and professional. They are very clear and accurate at the drive thru when ordering and super friendly at the window too. Never had an issue with a wrong order and everything always seems to be made so well. It's really weird having such a good experience at a fast food place lol. read more

This location has some of the slowest workers I've seen in a minute. Only 3 customers in the entire place yet it might as well had been 10 by how long it took (and my fries were STILL old taco "off-tasting"). This was the 4th and final time I've gone to this location and have experienced the same issue. It's bad enough I let convenience bring me to fast food, but it's worse when you add poor service and the food wasn't even worth it. They will never have to worry about me again, ever. read more

I have a taco bell down the street from me but I make that extra 20 minute drive to come to this location they always make the food perfect never have any issues and the staff are very kind but today around 9 pm was even more amazing and nothing was forgotten usually when I ask for sauce they forget but not today 10 out of 10 y'all are amazing! read more

Lobby closed before 8pm so had to wait in super long line for a pickup order. If you're unable to keep your lobby open during normal hours-maybe you should stop accepting Uber eats orders cause we don't get paid enough to sit in the drive thru for half an hour. read more

This is the best taco bell I have been to. Sadly no more chicken burritos and double deckers but I mean it when I said everything was perfect. Just left there and purchased a nacho fry which was extremely cold to the touch. The line was too long so we just left. Then I bit was into my dorito taco and omg the meat was spoiled. You could smell and taste it. I'm never going back. That was horrible. read more

And today I discovered the messages might not be getting to the manager. Thank you Alex for taking care of my issue. I appreciate that and hopefully you will start getting your messages good or bad, because I know now you never got mine. And that is setting the entire staff up for failure by sweeping complaints under the rug. Bad customer service! Placed an order said specifically no kind of meat because we cannot eat the meat there because we are muslims and when I left looked at the order entire order was wrong and had chicken. Went back their door was locked so called the store and asked if they can remake and I can take it from the fromt door but they said no as there is 15 cars in drive thru it will take another 30 to 45 minutes again then. read more

This one is a hit or miss depending on who's working. They will sometimes read the wrong item and just totally jack it up but at least it'll be fresh but other times you will get a soggy slapped together mess because there's 13 kids standing around the drive thru late at night with nothing better to do than to provide that subpar customer service! read more

After waiting for 30 minutes and moved super slowly to the order station, the lady told us: "sorry we are closed due to insufficient staffs. " this is RIDICULOUS!!! Such awesome service. We went through the drive through and needed a moment to take a look at the menu and the gentleman at the drive through was helpful and kind and even offered suggestions if we needed them. We had a bigger order with some modifications and they had only forgot one item (which is no big deal at all especially because it was a bigger order and they got all the modifications right). I went in and the manager instantly helped me and the gentleman who worked at the dine in register was so kind and apologized and extremely friendly (I even saw him rush around the corner to hold the door for another gentleman leaving and had full hands) and chatted with me while I waited. Such a friendly and kind staff! We actually will be driving further and passing up our local Taco Bell to go to this one instead. read more
