Quick stop for a bite to eat. I find in general that most McDonalds locations are pretty good. This location is clean, and the person taking my order was friendly and helpful. The French fries were served hot and this one is always a pet peeve of mine so bonus points given here. We asked after placing the order to exchange a soda for a coffee instead, prior to receiving our order. Seriously, $20/hour for unskilled idiots who don't know what "no pickles" means? Because I'm an environmentally friendly guy I'll bring the pickles back for recycling, I've even mailed the pickles to corporate. Crickets. Then today I ordered two Sausage Egg and Cheese Bagels, got home only to find NO SAUSAGE INSIDE! Drove back and walked in. No employees up front. When they finally acknowledged me instead of an apology they confiscated my receipt (to destroy the evidence I'm thinking) and started to argue with me! Um, no I know what I ordered it was your idiots who got it wrong. Then while waiting for my replacement items they had the audacity to ask that I step aside! I pointed out that I was there first, they didn't care. Kinda like when they ask you to pull forward at the drive up so they can forget about you. I picked up my McDonald's today And part of my order was missing that I paid for. I realized it after I've got home and drove back to get it corrected the manager on duty Saturday, August 10 was rude unprofessional and provided no customer service whatsoever. She kept asking where the food was obviously I was back in the restaurant for the food that I paid for apparently I was supposed to bring in the rest of the food that was correct to show that I was missing one thing that is ridiculous before you leave the drive-through or walk in with a bag check and make sure everything's in there before you leave the restaurant their service is terrible! read more

Waited for a really long time in the drive thru today only to be told by the people at the window that they gave us our food when we said were still waiting for our order like get it together and don't insinuate we're liars when you don't even know what you're doing oh and keep your mask on for god sake there's a pandemic and you're sippin on that smoothie after telling us they gave us the order. I generally stop at this location for something to drink. It usually takes at least 15 mins, after I've placed my order. It doesn't matter if there are several cars in line or 3 or 3. It's always slow. Ordering inside is just as bad. In fact, there are times that I edit on line to be helped, no one else ahead of me. It would appear the employees are disorganized, maybe there is a significant amount of new staff, the restaurant is understaffed or there is poor management. Two thirds of the employees are friendly, provide good customer service while others don't say anything except the price of the order. read more

Look I don't like to be negative but this location has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Me &my son have been here several times in the morning. My son like to have what he refers to "A boys breakfast" prior to me dropping him off at daycare. But even when we order on the kiosk they take for ever. Today I made the mistake of ordering on the kiosk without the card reader. I literally stood at the registers & watched several ladies walk past me. Not only did they not acknowledge me they went out of there way to avoid eye contact. The one who put her phone down long enough to acknowledge quickly walked away saying she was on break.. because she couldn't understand that I had ordered & just needed to pay. If I could, I would give this McDonald .5 a star. I am very upset. I had a "free" McCafé coupon on my McDonald's app and held it up for the cashier to scan in the drivethru. I showed it to her and she didn't scan it. She said, "I went ahead and put it in for you." I asked again, "You don't have to scan it?" And she said, "No, I put it in for you." So I paid and continued to drive to the next window. At the next window, I checked my receipt while they were were preparing my order. They had charged me for the coffee!
