Hey, it's gotten worse, if that's even possible! A McRib, 4 McDoubles and one large fries took 15 minutes. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant when we arrived and only two people walked in and ordered at the kiosk after we had already placed our order. My daughter and I were using the restroom before we ordered - it was freshly cleaned and mopped. However, the issues is that while in the restroom another restaurant employee came in and was on the phone while using the restroom - not a.probkem. I ordered via the drive thru on Sep 19, 2024 on or about 8:45pm - 10 pc McNugget meal, 2 cheeseburger meal, Quarter pounder Meal, and a two double cheeseburgers -paid the full amount = $40.82 . Was lucky enough to receive the proper drinks and a partial order after about a 10 min wait at the drive thru. Service could definitely be improved. I don't mind the wait but when the cashier verifies the order and then the wrong thing is provided there is a problem with service & food! I hate to start a positive review on a negative note, but... at least it's not the McDonald's further south on Rt. 3 in Crofton! Miles ahead of that location! I've actually had good experiences here, though. They don't (usually) get my order wrong, even special orders and the like. They are normally pretty fast with the service, even when they have a line. Service itself has been spotty at times, but lately I haven't had cause to complain. I hope that means they are listening to customer feedback. I've definitely seen an improvement, though, which is always a plus. Usually very clean both inside and out, it's a fast food place I would be comfortable bringing my family to. Slow, Nasty, Carefree...DISGUSTING! October 19: Someone thought it was a good idea to leave a bucket of extra dirty mop water at the counter where customers have to order. We waited for about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us (we were the only people waiting to order). After that, an employee in a sloppy uniform with pants hanging came over and told us someone would be right with us. He then went to a table to sit...NO COMMON SENSE!!! Move the dirty bucket!!! Before I even get started on describing the debacle this place is, let me warn you upfront - don't ever go here. You'll regret it 2 seconds after you pull into the drive-thru line. We ordered 2 quarter pounders due to a coupon we received in the mail. We don't normally visit McDonald's, but it was convenient, and why not, right? Wrong. Conveniency was not even worth the 30-40 minute wait we had to endure for these 2 disgusting slabs of "meat". People were rolling in and out of the drive-thru as we were rotting at the side of the building after they told us they would bring our burgers out to us. We ended up having to go inside to get them ourselves because we were on a time limit. (Hello, isn't the drive-thru for FAST service??). 2 seconds down the road, we realized the burgers were poorly put together (okay, I'm pretty sure that's a thing fast food places do purposely now) and COLD. This is hands down the best McDonalds in the area. The main reason is this particular locations CUSTOMER SERVICE. I vote that manager Gregory be the new spokesperson for McDonald's. He's always polite, calls you by your first name (if your a rewards member), and treats every customer as if they were his only customer, giving you his full attention and not just rushing to the next person in line. I drive past two other locations just for this reason. He really goes the extra mile to make your day. Kudos to you Mr. Gregory! read more

Went to McDonalds off RT. 3 in Gambrills and should've trusted my gut and went to Chick-fil-A. The time is 7:10p on 10/10 and the lady working the second window was horrible. I asked for salt and ketchup and she handed me a handful of sogginess. I asked why were they wet. She repeated me and let the window close. Why wouldn't she just get me some new packets?! I pulled over to check my food, looked at the packets of ketchup and they were sticky with residue too. I realized she also forgot my apple juice, went back around. Let's see. On my way to PA I stopped by this McDonalds , drive thru, requested 3 biscuit sandwiches and 2 hash browns, needless to say I have a specific time to be in PA. They gave me 2 sandwiches, went inside asked the assistant manager, shift leader whatever her title is, I don't think she was a manager. I have to admit, I don't seek out the meat options here but their salads are pretty good. In an ongoing effort to win back their popularity McDonald's has done a face lift, strategized on its menu offerings and even added wifi to lure customers back to them. I popped in to grab some fries and an ice tea while getting a pedicure next door. A positive experience as all of the workers made eye contact, spoke and their uniforms fit them properly. You may wonder how the uniform fits into all of this but it's about making impressions that say "I care about how I look and I want you to allow me to prepare your food". Located on Route 3 in Gambrills it's fairly quick to use the drive thru or come inside and be back on the road. No doubt that I miss the fried apple pies filled with what seemed like molten lava. The dollar sweet tea is a steal for $1 and I always ask for fries w/no salt to ensure they're fresh. read more

I don't eat here often, but my last visit here I witnessed one member of the staff calling the cops on another staff member because they got into an argument. Today I ordered a burger, got home, and a fillet of fish is in my box (labeled with the special order instructions about my burger). I drove back to McDonald's to exchange my wrong order. Slow service, ordered two hamburgers, fries and drink, was told to move up, after waiting 15 minutes in line to get my order. After waiting another 5 minutes, two staff members come out with no food, ask me about my order. Only one burger rung up. Mistake. They go back, bring out a bag with one burger and fries. Fine, just give me what I paid for, I need to go. But instead of getting the large fries, the amount of fries in the container were very small. Thanks for helping me with my diet. Won't be back.
