Was super disappointed upon pulling up to the drive-thru order machine when the young man said that they were closed. I was a bit taken aback, so I checked the clock and it was 10:45. I pulled around the building and checked the sign on the door. What do you know! The sign says 11:00 on Sundays. 1) what kind of Mcdons closes at 11 and 2) how you gonna close early when you already close early? 0/10 would not recommend late night sweet tea. The absolute WORST MCDONALDS on the entire planet! Super super super slow. Waited 20 minutes in drive through until I finally could get out of the line, go inside and ask for refund of my money. While inside, 15 more people where waiting on their food as well, and not a single table had anyone eating at it. This was at 130pm in afternoon. What the heck were all the employees doing, sleeping? I would give no stars if possible...I've only ever ordered coffee from this location and the always make it iced when I ask for hot or the other way around. I was going on a long drive so I stopped for a coffee and a snack for me and the family. My wife got the wrong drink. We were going to split a 6 piece bbq tender meal and when we reached in the bag the fries were upside down and the tenders were sideways and sticking out of the sides of the box and bbq sauce got everywhere. To top it off they didn't put any napkins or forks in the bag. Luckily I had spare napkins in the glove box...The is no way someone can be this dumb they are intentionally screwing up orders and just don't care. Came on a Sunday evening , empty parking lot and drive thru service was super slow for a Big Mac meal and a kids meal took about 20 mins to get our food . Took 5 mins of waiting before somebody took our order . Horrible service read more

The bun was stale and it was ice cold I have to wonder if they even cooked it. The fries were soggy and the container was not even half full. What a huge disappointment and a waste of money. It was after breakfast time and they told us they didn't serve lunch, smoothies,shakes,coffee or chocolate milk only apple and orange juice. They gave other people those things but not us. While the food is decent, you get it hot, it takes them forever to make it. I arrived and there was only a few customers inside and none in drive thru at time of my visit. It took nearly 20 mins before i got my food. The only person there that moved quick was the guy who tended the cash register. He managed to set up new fries to cook, changed out coffee filter and quickly bag up a customer's food. This location is constantly slow. read more

This location is consistently terrible. They take items off the menu that all other locations have. They mess up orders all the time and sometimes deliberately ruin an order for example instead of a 4 piece nugget they gave us a nugget box full of sauce and no nuggets. They close at like 10pm too. The building should be demolished by a wrecking ball accordingly. read more
