Since when do you have to specifically ask for ketchup when you order fries at McDonald's? You order a meal with fries, get all the way home, open the bag and--no ketchup. Apparently now you have to physically ask them to put ketchup in the bag. It's McDonald's. You sell fries. Ketchup should pretty much be automatic, or at the very least they should ask if you want some. I know it sounds like a small thing, but it's annoying when it keeps happening. Really bad customer service and honestly just a stupid policy if that's what they're being told to do. read more

This location has got a lot better recently . It's still McDonald's meaning they will get ur stuff wrong here and there . My kids like the food once in awhile and we haven't had any issue. I'm really they improved especially since a lot of tourist frequent this location when at great wolf lodge or nearby hotels . The employees are usually very friendly which is always nice. read more

If you park on the drive thru side, you may get stuck there for a while as it's not wide enough to pull out of a space. Double check your order carefully. They gave me the wrong sandwich and I had to go inside and wait for it to be corrected. They don't offer drink refills. Seriously?? This is the first time I've seen this at a McDonald's. You have to ask for condiments including ketchup. Even if you add it to your mobile order, they won't give it to you unless you ask. read more

I wish I could give them a zero!!!!!! Last night, I had a very concerning experience with a supervisor named Eddie. A worker promised to compensate our wait (approx. 15 minutes or more) with cookies for my child's birthday. At first the supervisor handed over the cookies and forgot to give us the rest of the order. I'm assuming another car had ordered cookies and he stormed back to our car extremely rude and aggressive during the interaction. Eddie was having a full standoff about a couple of cookies. He not only messed up with that order he gave another person my food which puts him at another cross contaminating food between three cars. At one point, food was even dropped on the ground, which was very alarming from a food safety standpoint. On top of that, he unnecessarily prolonged issuing my refund instead of handling the situation professionally. When I asked for the manager's name, he stated that Patty owned the establishment and she's never there. I completely understand why this establishment has a 1.9 review. This McDonald's serves the absolute best sausage McMuffin with egg! I drive all around Orange County for work. I eat sausage McMuffins with egg almost every weekday. I've gone multiple times to a dozen different locations across OC and consistently over months this location has never once failed me. We placed a mobile order while leaving Disneyland to save time, but when we arrived we still had to wait about an hour. On top of that, several items from the order were missing. When food is this expensive these days, it is frustrating to experience long waits and incomplete orders, especially when using mobile ordering, which is supposed to make the process quicker. Well this place has changed so much. The manager Kevin was the bright spot in our visit. The cashiers were a bit clueless on dealing with a bogo survey that was filled out. As I was begging to order she began to proclaim that I may not order an egg McMuffin. The time was 12:50 pm and clearly out of range. I began to explain that it was a survey that I filled out and it rewarded me with a bogo any sandwich. She cut me off and called for Kevin. He was a delight to deal with. I also ordered a small beverage and learned afterwards that they don't participate in the drink refills at this location. Well thanks for today, I will never be back to this location. Ordered thru mobil order at 10 and it took them over 30mins for us to received the order from the drive thru because the pick up area is closed. Service was super duper slow. When we finally got home with our food, both Big Macs wasn't even correct. Did a very expensive Uber Eats delivery order from this Harbor location. I ordered food for my nephews, my brother, and my kids a total of 64 nuggets and did not receive not one sauce.
