If you park on the drive thru side, you may get stuck there for a while as it's not wide enough to pull out of a space. Double check your order carefully. They gave me the wrong sandwich and I had to go inside and wait for it to be corrected. They don't offer drink refills. Seriously?? This is the first time I've seen this at a McDonald's. I wish I could give them a zero!!!!!! Last night, I had a very concerning experience with a supervisor named Eddie. A worker promised to compensate our wait (approx. 15 minutes or more) with cookies for my child's birthday. At first the supervisor handed over the cookies and forgot to give us the rest of the order. I'm assuming another car had ordered cookies and he stormed back to our car extremely rude and aggressive during the interaction. Eddie was having a full standoff about a couple of cookies. He not only messed up with that order he gave another person my food which puts him at another cross contaminating food between three cars. At one point, food was even dropped on the ground, which was very alarming from a food safety standpoint. On top of that, he unnecessarily prolonged issuing my refund instead of handling the situation professionally. When I asked for the manager's name, he stated that Patty owned the establishment and she's never there. I completely understand why this establishment has a 1.9 review. We placed a mobile order while leaving Disneyland to save time, but when we arrived we still had to wait about an hour. On top of that, several items from the order were missing. When food is this expensive these days, it is frustrating to experience long waits and incomplete orders, especially when using mobile ordering, which is supposed to make the process quicker. Well this place has changed so much. The manager Kevin was the bright spot in our visit. The cashiers were a bit clueless on dealing with a bogo survey that was filled out. As I was begging to order she began to proclaim that I may not order an egg McMuffin. The time was 12:50 pm and clearly out of range. I began to explain that it was a survey that I filled out and it rewarded me with a bogo any sandwich. She cut me off and called for Kevin. He was a delight to deal with. Did a very expensive Uber Eats delivery order from this Harbor location. I ordered food for my nephews, my brother, and my kids a total of 64 nuggets and did not receive not one sauce. Here are most definitely some things to consider Ms Amy "Manager" at our local McDonalds restaurant. This morning at 8:13:13am I placed my mobile order as I daily have for I love and am thankful for my rewards. My order was light today for you see I ordered a medium latte with a hash brown and instead got to watch Amy behave like a complete idiot. Amy your continued rude passive aggressive "customer service" needs to be noted. Amy this morning my family and I were happy to see that the restaurant drive thru was not a long line it was short and sweet. When I first noticed Amy was when she walked over to the pick up window and she made eye contact with me but didn't greet me nor offer to help any of her peers. Instead Amy passed back and forth looked completely confused and stressed. Amy then makes her way to now stand in front of the pick up window to the point that I believed in my heart she was about to help me with some kind customer service. Amy chose to stand and instead let out her famous "long sigh" I say famous because Amy has behaved like so in the past. Amy then walks away from the window completely ignoring the customer staring back at her (customer being myself). Amy then proceeds to walk away from the window looks back at me again makes heavy eye contact and this woman take her bare Right hand and begins to scratch her bare Right side of her body close to the waist line. It was absolutely disgusting and above all unacceptable unprofessional behavior. Amy this is not the first time we complained about you and considering that you are still choosing to behave like someone that doesn't care about "customer service " you have become a "I'm here to get paid human" you don't care about the integrity of the company you work for McDonalds. I visited my local McDonald's a few days ago and had a terrible experience (This is the exact location). After drinking their Coke, my stomach immediately started hurting, and I spent the entire night in discomfort. I had nonstop diarrhea and vomiting the next day, I was sick for almost three days and had to call off work because it was that bad. I also couldn't eat anything excepts for drinking water to stay hydrated. My husband later mentioned that he saw the staff used a bucket to fill the ice machine when we were at the drive through window. Isn't the ice machine supposed to make its own ice? What's to guarantee that the bucket is clean or the ice is safe to consume? This event has left me traumatized, and I don't think I'll ever eat at McDonald's again. read more
