A few days ago I had an intense gym session and remembered I had free will and decided to get boba after! I thought why not get summerfield? I used to study here for years in high school and had tried almost everything on the menu. I decided to get a Thai tea as it was just that type of day. I like the setup with separation with clear dividers at the booths and at the long table. You can easily order on your own at the kiosk by the door or via app. If you order in person, sometimes it can take some time before someone comes out or notices since they are busy inside and can't see the line. There's no bell to call for service. If you order on the app, your food comes in a nice paper bag. Drinks are solid and I like the many food options here. If you download the app, you get a free order of fries with your order and it's a good sized portion of fries which can be shared with a friend. The fries are also nicely seasoned. Customer service is so mid. Either they're gonna make you order on the kiosk and wait. Or someone at the register will help. They have seating indoors and outdoor and it's always gonna be full because a lot of students attend this location to get work done. And no cables to charge anywhere only like one or two spots. Parking, you'll find one if you get lucky. Cleanliness is not so good. They never wipe down the outdoor seating area so it's dusty and dirty. They also have popcorn chicken, fries and fried tofu as a snack -- I do wish the fried tofu was more crispy but the flavor was delicious, no dipping sauce needed. I love this place!! It's a popular hangout and study spot, for good reason. There's free Wi-fi, it stays open all the way until 1:00am, and there are plenty of outlets to charge your devices with. They have a restroom, but I wouldn't recommend using it as it's poorly maintained (loads of graffiti on the sink and on the walls, neither a paper towel dispenser nor an airdryer to dry your hands with after washing, and extremely grimey.) I got the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and it was alright. The tea itself was OK but the boba was definitely in-between an old and fresh batch (some were soft, others were more hardened in the center).
