During this visit the sausage egg and cheese mc muffin was served on a biscuit instead. Order of pancakes was missed and we had to go back up to the counter to get the full order and the one sausage and biscuit ordered the biscuit was hot and the sausage was room temp at best. read more

I had 3000 reward points expiring 4/1. For 1500 points, I could get a free cone. So why not TWO cones?? One for Husband and one for me. Nope. Only one reward a day. So instead of 2 cones, I got one iced coffee for myself for 3000 points. I tried to use the kiosk, but it wasn't accepting my code. A staff member tried to help me, even though the sign on the register said "only kiosk or drive through" orders. He did help me, and I got my iced coffee. But it wasn't the most friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was empty. I don't think in restaurant dining was allowed. The fountain drink dispensers had "out of order ... no refills" signs on them. Employees were nice but this rating is for cleanliness. Lobby and drink station was horribly dirty at 2pm on a Thursday. Disgusting.

Not sanitary. All hand sanitizers were empty. No way to open the bathroom door without touching the handle. (Blow dryers). The female manager in blue walked past me making eye contact while waiting for sugar for my tea up front. Just an overall miserable experience. The two front staff ladies were nice though. It is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever been to... in all 50 states and several other countries. When you have to make a special request to have your gravy for your biscuits be served hot, you know there's a problem. Also, their crispy chicken is dry and hard, like a hockey puck. If I could give a negative I would. My boyfriend went there around 7pm after work July 20th to get #7 Meal after waiting 7 minutes at the intercom the lady interrupted him explaining his meal ignored that he said plain to which he went silent out of frustration then she decided to start yelling at him asking the meal size. He said f you and drove off. Who ever was working the drive through window this day around that time needs to be fired. The customer service there has always been horrible but this was beyond pathetic service. No one wants to go through that after a long day of work, get your workers in line cause this McDonald's is probably one of the worst in Tennessee. read more

The drive-thru is - as they say in these parts - as slow as molasses. One could probably brew some moonshine in a still faster than you'd get a morning McGriddle meal (which wasn't wrung up correctly and charged as separate items). Don't arrive planning to be in a hurry. Shout out to Tracy, whose sunny disposition kept me from driving off a cliff. She's a keeper! Staff is friendly, just slow. I had to sit in the drive thru line for 20+ mins before arriving at the order kiosk. I arrived at the location at 10:40, got to the kiosk at about 11:01, and then refused to serve me breakfast. I don't entirely blame the location for refusing to serve breakfast (despite the fact that McDonald's advertises all-day breakfast), it's the fact that the drive thru was operating so slowly that this happened in the first place. Why even bother with the kiosk if you're not going to implement it correctly? We ordered at the kiosk, at which time, it asks you what drink you want, and to take a locator number then sit down. They're supposed to bring your order out to you, drink and all...but instead they yell out your order and make you come get it at the counter. They don't even give you a cup, you pull it yourself from a stack. I was rather annoyed by the process- so I left my locator up on the counter in place of my tray just to make it more obvious that they were supposed to bring it to me. Otherwise, what's the purpose of having the kiosk ask what drink you're having and to take a number? And these people still think that they deserve $15 an hour? read more

Worst McDonald's ever. We are local and have given them so many chances. Today was the worst of all. First we waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and not one car moved...it wasn't busy at all, so we pulled around to go order inside. I got to the counter and told him that there is a lot of very pissed of people in their cars out there including us. His response was "well that's not my job , I stick to the register"....cool. Shake machine was down..as always... and when we got our food, I didn't even have cheese on my double cheese burgers. One guy didn't have a hat on in the kitchen and looked like he hadn't showered in weeks. My fries were old stale and cold. I'm done with this McDonald's!!!! Never again. Avoid this place. Went through the drive thru and realized we had a missing Big Mac after we had arrived home. The drive thru attendant was unpleasant after I returned to retrieve the missing food and seemed annoyed. When asked about compensation for my time and energy, I was handed an apple pie (never indicated I wanted an apple pie on my order) and was told 'God bless you'. Very rude, cold fries, and another example of how not not to treat paying customers. AVOID this McDonald's if you are seeking a pleasant dining experience. If I had more time I would have parked the car and demanded to speak to the manager. Her tone was unacceptable and she is not doing the business any favors. Unfortunately people still pay for subpar food and poor service like this when there are great alternatives just down the street. Pathetic!! read more

This place is super busy! They manage the long line pretty well. Their menu is limited, but they have most of the main items from their regular menu (no dollar menu). The food was comparable to most other mcdonalds (if you like pickles, make sure to ask for extra. Otherwise your sandwich will most likely have 1 pickle on it). read more

My husband and I walked in and stood up front for more than 5 minutes without anyone in site other than the drive thru lady which didn't see us. But the whole time we stood there we saw her butt since her shirt was riding up half way up her back and her crack was showing. Not what I wanted to see from a restaurant fixing to serve me food. As a local, we have been here a few times and each time it gets worse. From cold fries to Big Mac missing pickles onions and Mac sauce to quarter pounders missing pickles, onions and mustard, to stale buns.
