Wow! Did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, everyone was pleasant and strove to make sure our experience was 5-star. David S. Made sure we were satisfied with our steaks and our entire meal. We were not rushed at all even though the restaurant was starting to get busy. They validate parking in the adjoining too as well.

Thank you first and foremost to David our server who introduced us to the restaurant ...information about the food ..and gave us a wonderful booth and a personal touch. We took his recommendations as we are foodies and enjoy basically everything ...We had the best steak we've ever had. A bone in ribeye Pittsburgh medium rare thank you to Rodney the grill master at the Cherokee Grill. Their seafood is flown in fresh and we had a wonderful lobster tail as a sidekick to our steak, along with the macaroni and cheese and Navas potatoes!!! absolutely amazing! The herb bread they serve you before your meal is fresh baked warm and delicious!! We tried the crab chowder and also some heirloom tomatoes with basil and fresh mozzarella and a balsamic drizzle. Cheesecake and a brownie dessert baked fresh daily... this establishment is like something we went to years ago that still has the personal touch the freshness and the passion for not only serving, but taking care of the people they are serving!! This was a wonderful experience in dining and getting to know our server and the food was absolutely five star each and everything! The service is wonderful. The atmosphere is wonderful. The food is wonderful. The prices are mid range and this will be a place that will be our go to. We had other establishments that had been favs .. in the past and don't compare to Cherokee Grill... thank you David, Rodney.. and a must try for those of you visiting Gatlinburg!

A wonderful steakhouse in the heart of Gatlinburg. Everything is made fresh down to the sauces and butter! Service was friendly and quick and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. We sat by the window so we even got to see a bear as he visited outside. Highly recommend placing reservations as they stay packed! Order the apple cobbler dessert you won't be disappointed! (Photos from two visits which shows consistency!)

We really enjoyed our dinner at Cherokee Grill. We had a 7:15 reservation and when we arrived a few minutes early we were promptly seated. The restaurant is large and has ample seating for any size groups. The service was a bit slow but the restaurant was full and our waitress was working quite a few tables. Having said that our food arrived as ordered and was delicious. I highly recommend you making a reservation and enjoy your dinner.

Hey yelp? What happened to the review I already wrote? Why do you keep deleting them, then asking me to write another one?

In Gatlinburg for the night? Definitely give the Cherokee Grill a shot as it offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with incredibly friendly service! We were quickly seated and meant by Sergio, our waiter, who went exceeded all of our expectations. Friendly, knowledgeable, and wanting to make our visit matter, he went above and beyond to accommodate us. He recommended the Bleu Cheese Grits with my Bleu Cheese Sirloin. FOLKS...simply stated: I had never had something so good with a steak. I know it sounds crazy, but they call it "Bleu on Bleu" and it was INCREDIBLE!! I want to learn how to make it at home! Try this place out and ask for Sergio!

Was a very nice experience overall. We started with the crab bisque, which was very creamy and packed with flavor. For dinner I ate the blue cheese sirloin which was beautifully cooked and brimming with the bold flavor of blue cheese and the sear/seasoning on the steak itself. Our server was very polite and timely, and the atmosphere in there really sets the tone for a nice night out. Would definitely be back

We visited last week. I used to say this was my favorite restaurant and have always looked forward to stopping here when in Gatlinburg. Unfortunately over the years, the quality seems to be on the decline. The hostess didn't smile, didn't speak, just motioned to follow her. That was disturbing. Drinks were delicious and calamari was ok. A bit greasy but ok. Family ordered two filets and prime rib and they were cooked to perfection. My ribeye was not cooked as requested and way overcooked. I wasn't able to resolve as the waitress didn't come back to see how our meal was cooked. I only ate a few bites so that was very disappointing. The following day we visited The Park Grill, right next door, and it was fantastic. Next visit I will likely spend my dollar at The Park Grill.

This was some of the BEST bruschetta I've ever had! They were able to accommodate and not have cheese on had but the balsamic and tomato mix was so flavorful! The pork chop was also super tender and I was able to split this in half, the portion was great! This was for a date night and the service was great, our waitress offered lots of recommendations and the scenery wasn't something to miss!

Not much to add to my first review other than the quality and service are still top notch! We got there at 5 pm on a Wednesday and there was no wait. Service was fast and super helpful and friendly. The bread at the beginning is good but "herby" according to my husband. Last time we ordered filets, so this time we tried the ribeyes and were definitely not disappointed! Wonderful quality and cooked perfectly (medium, as ordered). I started to get a different side but I loved the blue cheese grits so much last time, I just had to get them again. Yesterday's fruit cobbler of the day was apple, my favorite, so we finished it off with a shared hot apple cobbler and vanilla ice cream. This has quickly been added to our "must have" list when visiting Gatlinburg.

Being from Metro Atlanta, I would rate this right up there with Houston's or Brookwood Grill. Nice and consistent! We stopped in for lunch and had a good experience. The parking was perfect!! Easy to park and they validate. No having to park in the busy deck and walk. The food was really good.

We are coming to Gatlinburg Aug. 4th for my sons wedding at the Chapel in the Park. Wedding starts at 1:30 should be over by 2:30. We are looking for a place to have a small dinner/reception. Around 50 people. Is there dancing space?
