It's McDonalds. Does it need a review; not really. I ordered two basic hamburgers with extra onion and extra pickles and received the dried up burgers on toasted buns with rehydrated minced onions and pickles from lord knows where. Just as expected. Covered those bad boys in ketchup to mask the lack of taste, ate, and moved on. I was in a time crunch. No big deal, nothing to write home about. Just needed food quickly. I was in the area and I was bringing my car to be fixed and was starving and decided to go to McDonald's on the way to drop off my car. I did a drive up order. I got 2 hamburgers and fries to go. The drive up was unbelievable slow. I did finally get my food and brought it over to the car dealer and sat and ate it. The food was fine and had no issues as all McDonald's are basically he same food. If I was in the area again and starving I would go again. read more

When they are busy they tend to mess up orders, missing items or incorrect items. The staff are usually friendly. It's always been reasonably clean. When they are slow, it's always good. Whatever food you get is properly prepared. read more

Many people coming in saying they were missing orders and they weren't getting what they ordered first off. Secondly, the kiosks were not updated and didn't have limited items that were shown in the kiosk and on the menu screen. Thirdly, the kiosks wouldn't allow me to use my code to get points or redeem rewards. Fourthly, workers looking and pointing at people, clearly talking about them making it uncomfortable. Fifthly, the drink machine looks like somebody had punched holes in it and ruined the sign. servers and workers couldn't care less and were very rude. Worst experience ever. read more

...Straight up just came here to get a soft serve...it was close to Walmart and I wanted ice cream at McDonalds so...here I was. Service was great at the drive-thru. The guy handling the order was very professional and was very easy going. He had a genuine and great attitude. Also reading the drive-thru menu was easy and it's self explanatory. The people in Pennsylvania are so patient. Where do they get it? I could use some extra patience. TL;DR McDonald's never disappoints when it comes to their soft serves. Came here hoping to grab some food one night. We pulled up to the speaker to order, and there was no one there. Even after we had said hello, no response. So, we pulled up to the first window hoping to order there, but the window was closed. The workers were inside yelling at us and saying "We're closed get out of the f***ing drive thru!!". This was extremely rude and confusing to us, considering it was 10:20 and it said they close at 11, and we had done absolutely nothing wrong. These employees need to be taught better communication skills. If they would have just said that they were closed when we pulled up, this experience would not have happened. Simple as that. I wanted to do a nice thing for my brothers and get them some mcflurrys and so i order a oreo mcflurry and a shamrock mcflurry when i came to the window they gave me a shamrock shake which i totally understand in the fast food industry mistakes can easily be made but i wanted what i paid for so i said i wanted the shamrock mcflurry and they just dumped it into the oreo mcflurry, mixed it and handed it to me- i didn't even get the second regular oreo mcflurry but i didn't want to correct them again bc i have social anxiety and i didn't want to annoy them. This is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. They have no ice... the dining room is locked even though it doesn't close until 10 and it's 6:30. The staff is complaining constantly. Its a McDonald's so I'm rating it based off of that. The gentleman offered to take my tray upon completing my meal. Its been a long time since I've been to a location where the crew actually cares enough to go the "extra mile". Tables, floor, and drink bar are all spotless. While McDonald's is McDonalds, this McDonald's drive-through is excessively slow. You can see in through the window that the staff isn't doing anything. Half the time you see that their friends are visiting and they are sitting and chatting with them instead of actually servicing the customers. The staff here also isn't very friendly. They always seem so miserable. The only bright side that I can really see is that I can honestly say that when you receive your food, 9 times out of 10 it is usually very hot. read more

The employees are nice when they want to be. If they are paying attention to doing their job they do very well. The food however is typically cold or tough like its been sitting in the cabinets for a while. Went to the drive through of the Richland McD's with my son on Monday evening.... Ordered a big kids meal for him and a grilled chicken sandwich for myself. After paying I drove up to the window to pick up our food and the young man behind the window said the grilled chicken would be a couple minutes and asked if I would like a fried buttermilk chicken instead. NO, if I wanted my chicken fried I would have ordered that. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be about a FIVE minute wait!! Really?!?! For a crappy McDonald's mini chicken breast??? Since I was in no hurry I said we would wait, so I pulled up to a parking spot. TEN minutes later the young man came running out apologizing. I told him it was not his fault but that his manager should have been the one to deliver the food and offer an apology. 10 minute wait for a soggy grilled chicken in a drive thru and no manager interaction is absolutely horrible! We will be driving to the further McDonalds from now on. read more
