Please don't go to this Mcdonalds, this is honestly the worst Mcdonalds of all. You will spend at least 30 min on the drive thru. The employees seem to be unhappy there, they should get another job. Please if management sees this review you need to talk to your employees about costumer service if you care about your restaurant. After we waited 30 minutes for our order, we got the wrong items. I went to McDonald's today between 2:30/3:00am my order was great until I got home then realized my coffee was jet black and super sweet when it was suppose to be 10 vanilla and 10'hazelnut creamers in a decaf coffee (which should've been a beige color to the coffee ) well I called immediately once I noticed after I got home then a manager by the name of Vanessa picked up she apologized said she'd replace it to come in and she'd put me down in the book so I couldn't go back at 8 this morning as I had to see my kids off to school (take them ) so after I got done working I came back day at 6:30pm only to be greeted w such disrespect by a worker girl and a so called manager named Marisa all she could say is she had no record of my visit that my name wasn't even in the book seriously I'm done terrible customer service and I will be contacting corporate ... read more

Needs work. Definitely needs work. There are times when the service is great and times when it's not so great. I would suggest management training. And at night, it seems as though the food was made house beforw. It's never fresh. There are a few employees that always seem to be working when I come in to order.. and then there are some that seem pretty lazy. Also, there's never toilet paper available in the small women's stall. I also feel unsafe in the bathroom with something stuck in the door. I'd rather it lock behind me. I know it's inconvenient, but it's also safer. Also, there need to be more service people with better attitudes. There are a few but not too many. read more

My wife was a secret shopper for McDonald's. Too bad she wasn't on duty today. I saw a one star reviewand thought that it's just a McDonald's. Not fine dining, but plain clean fast food. I was wrong. There was a pair of soiled (looked like feces) pants in the bathroom wastebasket. The cashier mumbled so that I had to ask her to repeat herself three separate times. She didn't count back my change, but that is nothing unusual these days. As we were getting our order a cook dropped their serving tongs on the floor, and picked them up continuing to use them. Wow i actually finally for once had the an amazing cashier I believe his name was rich or Richard can't remember. he was patient with me and others and packing orders after he took all orders well the store was packed. I really wish I could give this location ZERO stars. This has been the worst curbside experience I have ever had. I placed a order through the mobile app and pulled into curbside pickup at 6:35pm. A lot of customers through the drive thru and walk ins were getting their food faster than we did. It wasn't until 7pm that someone finally came out with food and handed us the bags. Then she comes back with our ice creams but our order was still incomplete. So we had to wait longer for the order of nuggets. I was already frustrated so we left once we got the nuggets. When we got home both of the teas we ordered were hot and tasted extremely old. The Quarter Pounder burger I ordered was over cooked and extremely dry. The bread was also very dry. The fries were so soggy they were falling apart. We decided to throw away the entire meals as it was disgusting. We will never be coming back to this location ever again. read more

Their ice cream machine is always off and i'm pretty sure employees are stealing money. They only accept cash when i drive through in the middle of the night and when i ask for my receipt, they're "out of printing paper" yeah right.
