That's how I came across Burgers & Brews! Our server had great energy and have us great info about the menu. Including the burger are handmade using chuck, brisket, and I believe sirloin. We order and after a little while our food starts coming out. HANDS DOWN - Best burger myself, my hubby, and the teenager have ever tasted outside of our own kitchen. From the flavor of the meat, the juiciness, everything...it was outstanding! The fat content in the beef is extra filling so we got full quickly. We ended up taking pretty much half of all our meals home. Lets just say this....We enjoyed our food so much that the kid wanted to go here for his birthday the following Saturday. She repeatedly interrupted us after just a few sips to ask if we needed refills, even coming very close and watching our drinks at eye level. It felt intrusive and awkward rather than attentive. Overall, the food was great, but the service was unacceptable and uncomfortable enough that it overshadowed the experience. It felt like I was being served by a crack head on the street. She should be embarrassed that she came to work that high.

----January, 23rd 2018 update---- so i'm going to update this review to the abhorrent state of this particular McDonald's. after the first review, the regional manager contacted me and offered my entire family Ice Cream and to come in again. i never obliged because every time i returned to survey this place, it is STILL filthy. there are so many problems with this location so let's dive in: first and foremost the ONE REASON i'm updating this review is the manager on site Kyle. is a juvenile, mean spirited, foul mouthed, hateful, thin skinned sack of garbage. when you make complaints he shrugs it off and says "we'll get to it when we can" and a very taciturn "Sorry". I've seen him walk by huge spills and messes without blinking an eye, and any complaints that he receives are met with threats to call the police on the customer and a "i'll ban you from this establishment if you don't leave right now you *expletive deleted* ." even better is the rude staff who seem to have little to no motivation to actually Clean the store properly. the bathrooms are utterly egregious, and, more often than not, are covered in feces and urine. the men's bathroom almost never has toilet paper or soap to my knowledge, so how are the employees washing their hands?! i can't even stress this point enough, DON'T USE THE BATHROOMS HERE! i witnessed on my last (and Final) visit near closing a young man talk to a customer in a way that made me want to throw my drink at him. the woman was taking a moment to order and he looks at her and says "can you Mchurry the F--k up please?" she looked shocked, and tried to just blow it off as playing, so she responded "well that depends if you can make it Mcright the first time" so instead of letting it go, the employee responds "don't be a McB--ch". she ordered her coffee and left fuming with rage. i personally was verbally attacked by a bunch of thug children one night that were trashing the store by throwing displays, flicking pennies at people, and screaming at the top of their lungs in the lobby. usually i ignore kids but when i complained to the manager (kyle again) he told me to leave if i didn't like it because he couldn't do anything about it as they were juveniles. let me get this straight, i complain about my order being wrong and he threatens to call the police on me, but destruction of property and harassment of customers is perfectly ok? give me a break. the ONLY employee i've EVER seen try to fix problems and clean this store till she is blue in the face is a woman who's name tag reads LB. she is also the only reason I ever stop at this particular location anymore. do yourselves a favor guys, avoid this place. it's a swamp of disgusting germs, both literally and figuratively. I absolutely hope someone from regional or corporate see's this and understands just how bad this is. if they don't do something soon the only recourse i could see is bulldozing the site and rebuilding over it with a sanitation business. read more

Do not go here. They literally spit in my bag of food and told me to go somewhere where people give a shit. I asked for a manager and they told me to meet them at close and they would beat me up.
