The kiosk is not ideal for ordering as it automatically tries to add deals and you can only use one at a time so it's slow and not intuitive. Thought I do an updated review since it's been a year and a half since my original review. I came here for chicken nuggets and McFlurry M&M. So here I am... 40 pieces with 2 large fries for $20.00... still a pretty good deal! Used to be $16.00, but hey, gotta go with inflation. Anyway, fries were fresh and crispy this time around... ask for no salt and you may get lucky... not always though LOL. Nuggets are always on point. Can't go wrong with McFlurry. Water is good, too. I would bring my son to this McDonalds because of the play place they have, but it is now summer here in the HD and they will NOT turn on their AC. I swear I would never go back and my grandson had a craving for one of their burgers so I said yes but I came back in tears and said I will never go again. I was in line for over 35 minutes. They have a split line, and they just stopped taking orders on the right side...I sat there and watch four cars from the other side , that had arrived after me) go ahead still nobody came on the speaker. I wasn't even in a big hurry but after a while, I had to just drive forward and order at the window and of course all the employees look at you with a blank look on their face like they have no idea what you're talking about. Then I got up to the next window and of course my order wasn't ready because I just ordered so they had me pull into the parking spot. When I got my food the my order was wrong. I didn't even check it before I left because I knew that no matter what I wasn't gonna wait, and I was never gonna go back. I upgraded to a frozen Coke so I'm out a couple bucks but I would pay ten times that to never have to go back to this place again. And the worst part of all is they shove everything in a bag so that you can't close the bag to keep the food warm and you have to unload everything to check your order it's ridiculous. The food is coming out of the top of the bag and they shove it to you that way. Just DON'T. This McDonald's has gone downhill so much. The french fries are terrible; never cooked enough and always cold. They seem to be having a competition about how many burgers they can squeeze in the same bag so you'll have a hard time telling the difference between a double and a single burger! They look like a fat person sat on them. The only good thing are the employees who are always friendly (and I bet they all order a pizza on their break). We placed our order to wait a long time to get our food and got the order all wrong. Then I opened the burger and it was made so bad like they just slapped it all together.
