I have been a solid supporter of Starbucks until yesterday. I realized after having a conversation with the Barista that I have been getting robbed of my money. Getting charged for the same coffee, same size and same ingredients and it's priced differently if I choose to get it cold . The nerve to up charge me for getting nothing more in my cup. I have been ordering this caramel macchiato for years so glad to find out there's a difference in price if I choose over ice or hot. Now one barista told me a couple of years ago that it was because the Starbucks I went to was franchised and they could charged what they want. I thought okay, I will avoid that one location . Now with the correct information on stealing money, it's clear Starbucks you have been playing up close and personal in your customers face. I've never Received such an attitude for asking for puppuccino, this morning I asked for it through the intercom and then when I didn't get it at the window, she ignored me and walked away after giving me my order, so I sat there and tried to get her attention and when she came back and I asked her for the puppuccino she leaned in and said, "what?!" Wow. Customer service is really going down the drain nowadays. I've managed multiple businesses and I'd never be OK with somebody responding That way to any customer. I'm not an adamant coffee drinker, but I do love a good frappe. I've been to this Starbucks on many occasions... just finally getting to this review... one year in the waiting LOL. I'll have to capture some pics next time. So my all-time favorite Starbucks drink is the Java Chip Frappuccino. It has a nice blend of mocha sauce and Frappuccino chips with coffee, milk and ice topped with whipped cream and a mocha drizzle to bring you some java joy. It has the perfect amount of sweetness unlike their other drinks that are way too sweet. I'll stick with what I like! Another favorite of mine is the Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refresher beverage... very refreshing, decent chunks of fruits, and again sweetness is just on point. So glad I have options... one mocha and one fruit! I always go for the Tall size... why not! Staff is usually friendly. Prices are pretty average. I have always gone through drive-thru... have not stepped one foot into this Starbucks LOL and that's okay. Walk-in versus drive-thru... just a preference! The two and a half star reviews are definitely accurate. Obviously a poorly managed Starbucks. They're out of nonfat milk at 11:00 a.m. food on display that they are also out of. I very clearly ordered a cinnamon coffee cake not heated. The clerk asked me do you want that heated. It's as if she is running on a poorly executed program. Evidence that this employee could easily be replaced with a kiosk. Dining room could have been cleaner. Standing and waiting for a simple cup of coffee. read more

Too bad they are now reopened! Look carefully at the lid of this you will see there never was sweet cream foam. This was supposed to be a vanilla cold brew with extra sweet cream foam on top not exactly sure what they did, but it arrived looking milky, and watery. I can't even see any cold brew in there. It tastes like watery milk. Ugh. I would have returned it, but somebody else brought it to me. We've had some really bad luck with this newly remodeled, reopened Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and drive over the 15 freeway half a mile and go to the other Starbucks near Target; this one is just too busy for their own good. read more

Staff is rude, I originally ordered a grande and then changed to a venti drink before even finishing my order. Once I got to the window to pay and received my drink I noticed excessive amount of whip creeme and mentioned it to the worker to what she said that the mocha cookie crumble came like that. I mentioned always getting that drink and never seeing it like that and she insisted no it's like that. After a while of going back and forth she offered to remake it and I said yes please but the drink came back exactly the same. Also I ordered 3 cake pops and they gave them to me on their original packaging, they didn't even bother to take them out to the package and put them individually. I would like to avoid this location when she's there because she's so unhappy and miserable. I told her I was calling corporate because I'm just really tired of her hatefulness. Pre plan this stop. Not like a few blocks. Like 6 exits. They don't pride themselves on quickness. They also pass off grandes as ventis. Which is just poor service and poor quality. Two tips: give yourself a 20-30min lead time for your drinks. And then check the actual amount of the beverage, especially the hot ones in the white cups. Restrooms are passable. Before this store was remodeled I would dread going to get a coffee. The wait time was always too long. They recently updated the store I have not had any problems with my wait time of my coffee. It's so great to go to since it's up the street from my house! read more

Quick drive thru visit fro some cold brew. I prefer Dutch, but the closest Dutch Bros is in Apple Valley and that's just too far for me. Starbucks is always a hit or miss for me with which employee can make a consistent cold brew. I asked for a splash of heavy whipping cream and while today was decent it's usually over filled with it and you can't even taste the cold brew. Service was pretty quick and location clean.
