McDonalds is a goto for a quick breakfast bite before road trips. This location has been updated like most around in the area. I will say that I have been used to going inside to get take out because of the drive through getting backed up easily. I asked the McDonald's employee (veronica)for some toilet paper for my son who is in the restroom. There was no toilet paper at all. she laughs and hands me some napkins and says she doesn't have any I ask for manager she said she was the manager. So I tell her if she can get someone to give me toilet paper because my 4 year old is waiting for it in the restroom and she says no, someone has to go in and put it in. If I wanted napkins I could have grabbed them myself. How could you, as a manager in the food industry and customer service worker, not give your restrooms the proper maintenance and then deny somebody toilet paper when they need it. read more

Every time we come to the drive thru they always have us pull to reserve and wait for our food. Keep in mind They have a pull straight forward parking for the drive thru and pull up reserve parking. Then make you wait about 5min to keep their times down. Mind you we ordered 4 cheese burgers, 1 large fry, 6 piece chicken nugget and 3 drinks.... no special order at all!!! So when you drive by and think there is no line look at the parking lot and reserve parking. This place is a joke. read more

I've been going to this one on Baseline several times, and sad to say that the summary of all my visits is not good, and I see a trend in the other McDs stores as well. This one got my order right 25% of all my visits. Something is not right with either their training or their employees. It's always missing items and/or missing condiments. Today I ordered 2 of the deluxe breakfast platter, and when I got home there's only 1 container of Syrup and 2 cups of butter, and 1 grape jam. It's frustrating and disappointing because it seems that the company is trying to cut down spending by teaching their employees to cut back on giving out condiments. I should've gone to Jack In The Box or Wendy's across the street. Last month, I visited one on my way to Berkeley. My wife had to go back to the restaurant because they only gave 1 set of utensil for 3 entrees ordered. So is it training? Is hiring the wrong people? Or is it the company's culture? I visit this McDonald's all the time, and usually, there are no issues. However, today, July 5th, I had a horrible experience. Someone got my order wrong, and I requested for them to correct my order, to no avail. I then call the store after I returned home and asked to speak to a manager. With that, I talked to Ashley, and she told me to drive back to the store, but I shared with her why should I waste my time and gas driving back to the store to correct my order! Note: before leaving the store, I experience bad customer service from an employee with an unwelcome attitude because I informed her that my order was incorrect. The food was great!! After we order the food came right out the fries were cooked crispy this is one of the best McDonald's I've had.

I haven't been in the lobby since the remodel, but the drive through has been amazing. Fast & orders has never been wrong. Me and my coworker watched while we sat at the nearby stop light one time and every time someone pulled up to their drive through window they were instantly given their food. They are not always that fast but still pretty fast. I have been very impressed. Compared to other McDonalds there food tastes better. read more

I understand if you love McDonald's but, avoid this one. They are sauce nazi's and I'm dead serious. I am stuck going to this one on occasion because it's closest to my work. I always MAKE SURE to tell them HOW MANY of what sauce I want, while I'm ordering in the drive thru. I will see on the screen "3 creamy ranch sauce", I go to the first window and pay, and head to the second window. There will be one sauce. One. Sauce. So, I will say something. If you ask for sauce they give you the wrong kind and if you ask for something specific on an order, you will probably be disappointed. I love McDonald's.. I frequent this Mc Donald's often but the one thing that drives me totally nuts are their inconsistencies. I usually order the same thing every time I come depending on if I have my children or not. At this location they have the buy 2 Sausage McMuffins for $4.50 deal. I order this for my daughters and I always request folded egg because they don't eat egg whites. Depending on who's working that day depends on if I get the deal or not. Because I order it with folded egg I'm told I have to purchase the sandwiches separately. I don't understand that because if I order through the kiosk, I order inside, or use the app I can substitute the egg white for the folded egg, and still only pay $4.50. So why is it when I pull up to the drive thru, I have to order the sandwiches separately? Please help me understand this. I talked to the lady at the window this morning and she said the new people aren't allowed to do it, and if it's ever been done it's usually veteran staff or a manager that allows it. My thing is if there are no substitutions it should be that way across the board. Am I right? Am I wrong? My mother stopped coming to this particular location because they gave her the same issue. Went for breakfast, ordered the combo 2 sausage McMuffin w/ egg meal. I asked if I cud have "egg whites instead of the whole egg", they said they could not do that. Hmmmm I want the eggs WITHOUT the egg yolk (by the way which they have holding in their cabinets). I'm allergic to the yolks and they cudnt accommodate a customer. WOW... Backed out of the drive thru and went to a McDonald's closer to home, which they have absolutely No Problem switching the egg. It wasn't like I was asking for MC Griddles instead of muffins. I went twice this month, and it's like the workers don't know how to read or understand. I've requested meatless Mc Griddles and Breakfast items, (i'm vegetarian) and both experiences have been with people asking if I want dairy items. They clearly have no understanding of what vegetarianism is, and when I repeat myself asking for certain items like bread they've mixed up my order 3 times I had to stand up from my table and return to the cashier.
