5-star customer service. This is our 1st time to this Mc Donald's for breakfast. The service was quick and our food was hot when we got it. My son was upset because the playplace was closed until 9am. I was ready to cancel our order when the manager/supervisor (I believe her name is Martha) said she would open it early. My little guy was having a difficult morning so I am grateful that she was willing to do this. It seems a lot of the morning customers are regulars. On Thursday 03/16/2017 we went there around 9:30 pm with our kids and their cousins ,we were in the play room trying to give the kids a nice time cause they like to go there to play no because they like that kind of food anyways we ate and spend a sume of money after 20 minutes ,my 6 years old daughter came to me bleeding from her front side of her foot ,Her brothers and her cousins they was scared and disappointed to see her bleeding,I call the "manager" in turn her name is "ELIZABETH " to show her what was happened and I show her where my daughter get injured ( sharp screw on the slide ) and she doesn't care at all I was upset as a parent and her answer when I told how she will feel if at her child happened same as my daughter she told me " that she doesn't has kids" like she doesn't care plus she told us to leave the place... She has not acknowledgment as manager of course her customer service is even worst and no sensitive at all . Every single time we come here, (we rarely come but when we do it's only because of the convenient location) we go through the drive thru and r greeted by impatient and rude workers with serious attitudes! If I could give no stars I would....it was very busy and the employees that were working up front appeared to joking around way more than they were working....there was a girl employee that looked maybe like she had just gotten off work. She had her purse on her arm like she was leaving for the day and a lollipop in her mouth but instead of leaving she kept going back and forth behind the counter and into the food service area ....the guy that was working the drive thru was telling the would I could only guess was the manager that he was clocking out and she joking around with him about him not clocking out and he came back and playfully putting his fingers in her face ...meanwhile while all this foolishness was going on there were several other customers besides myself waiting for our orders .....it took almost 9 mins for 1 fish filet .....I'm all for having fun at work but when its busy and you have people not only waiting inside but a line of cars to the street outside how about a lil less play and a lot more hustle read more

My dad and i were craving some tea at midnight . We literally waited so long in the drive through . They served everyone but when it came to us, they didn't ask what we waited to order, they didn't greet us . They didn't even say they will be closed they literally turned off the drive through light on us while we kept saying "Hello is anyone there" . Went through the drive thru @0610 on July 10, 2019 and ordered 6 Sausage McMuffins with egg and 4 Sausage McMuffins without egg (for a total of 10 breakfast sandwiches) and a Carmel Frappe for a total of $20 and change. When I got to work and started passing out breakfast, I realized I was only given 3 Sausage McMuffins with egg and 4 Sausage McMuffins without egg. I called McDonalds @0625 and (spoke with "Wanda" who was very unprofessional and rude.) I explained the situation and let Wanda know my order was short 3 Sausage McMuffins with egg. Wanda must have taken this personal because she stated, "I remember your order because I packaged it myself. You were only charged for 5 Sausage McMuffins with egg and 4 without egg and I know they were all in there when you left the drive thru because again, I put them in your bag myself. There's nothing I can do for you and I'm busy." And then Wanda hung up on me. I called back 3 times and requested to speak with a supervisor but Wanda stated, "I am the supervisor and I'm busy so goodbye." I called McDonalds @1105 the same day and spoke with another supervisor who was also unprofessional as well and childish (who refused to give me his name and pretended not to be able to hear me every time I ask him, who am I speaking with?) but stated he pulled up my order from this morning and stated "You were only charged for 3 Sausage McMuffins with egg and 4 without egg and a Carmel frappe" and there shouldn't be a problem now because I wasn't charged for anything that I wasn't given. If this is the case, why was Wanda adamant that she put 5 and 4 in my bag? And why can't you just get a simple order correct? Why wasn't I given a receipt? Lesson learned, always check your order before leaving the drive thru. Why cant you just admit you made a mistake and refund me 3 breakfast sandwiches? It's only $5-$6 dollars, I guarantee I wouldn't go through this much trouble if Wanda wasn't so rude and the principle of the matter wasn't so offensive. In the future please talk to your customers with respect. What a horrible way to start off a day! I will never come back to this McDonald's again, even if my life depends on it! I am very very disappointed with the new MacDonald's operation. I know it is not really new to everyone. I am talking about the ordering process. The new order on the screen. What a pain in the ass. And what happened the old menus. Standing there watching a monitor go round and round is not very personable. There are generally only two cashiers, if you can get both to the register at the same time without a lot of horse play. It takes twice as long to process an order or so it appears to me. To me MacDonald's appear to not a busy as they used to be and I wonder why. Now try and find a menu price on any of their web sites. I say good luck and good luck to MacDonalds. They are going to need it. I won't be going their as frequently as I once did. This is not the fault of the up front staff, it's the new marketing idea that some pea brain has come up with and I again I say good luck. read more

I come here almost every week for their coffee, and I have to be honest their employees don't act too bright. A simple transaction is usually calculated wrong and they get confused easily. The last visit I had a coupon on my app, spend a dollar get a free coffee. I ordered a mcChicken ($1) and a coffee. There was some difficulty with the coupon (she previously told me the total would have been $1.08, makes sense) so the cashier got her manager to help. The manager told me the total was $2.69... $1 +tax is not $2.69. So I questioned why the price went up from $1.08, the coffee is free. She gave me some ramble about mcChickens that made no sense. I told her the sandwich was a dollar, the coffees free. How is it 2.69? She kept giving me the same hiked price, I asked her one more time how she got that price because it didn't make sense to me (I refuse to pay more than I should because someone can't do basic math.) She quickly took an Attitude with me and raised her voice. I drove away and called McDonald's complaint line. They listened, apologized, took my name, address, and email. I figured they would send me a coupon or something to make up for their lack of customer service and the negative experience. Any other restaurant would. However I've been getting useless advertisements from McDonald's through mail and email. So not only do they not fix the situation, but they use it as an opportunity to send me a bunch of their advertisement spam. Way to go McDonald's read more

Thisn is the SLOWEST McDonalds on the planet. Everytime I go,whether it's at 7am for breakfast, or after 5 for dinner, I can expect a line of cars, and at least a 10-minute wait before I order, and another 5-10 to actually GET the order. Parking lot is ALWAYS full to the point where you can't get out. If you want FAST food, don't come here. read more

Out of Convenience I use mobile ordering but for some reason, this McDonalds parks me every time I use mobile ordering. Today my food is brought out and I'm missing my 40 nuggets. I tell the girl, she goes to get them and comes back and says they said you only ordered 30 nuggets. I show her my receipt showing it was 40 nuggets she takes it to show them. Comes back and says they want you to check your other bags. So now its insinuated that I'm lying. I check AGAIN, I show her there's no nuggets in any of my bags. They finally give me the last 10 nuggets with the excuse of mixing up the orders. The girl who ran the food was nice but the experience and the inconvenience that I go through with this location is now tooooo much. I will no longer visit this location I will eat somewhere else because they SUCK!!! If it wasn't the McDonalds name that they get to use, this Franchise owner would be just another failing business. I place classroom orders of 20 some odd happy meals for my kids bdays every year and I will not be giving this location that business any longer. From the beginning This place stood out as the perfect place to do an eating challenge. A friend of ours claimed he could eat 120 chicken nuggets in and hour, but I'd didn't take long to find out he couldn't do it. The nugget were less than par after our friend only eating 33 when quickly found out why he couldn't do it besides being a hypebeast the nuggets tasted like rubber. And after only eating 2 myself I quickly became sick to my stomach. It appears that nuggets aren't the same any more. In the end he didn't come complete the challenge and we made him walk home. AaaaaaaaHhhhhh!!!! Frustrated at this damn drive thru!! I wanted to rip my eyeballs out....ok, had to let it out! The waiting was horrible and the only reason I came to this particular Mc D's was because it isn't in such a bad/ghetto location and silly me thought it was worth the slightly longer drive...all to order TWO frappes, yes, just those two items. It seriously felt like the lady in front of me ordered the entire freaking menu items....then, once its too late I get stuck between cars in the long a$$ drive thru and see a note detailing that the shake and ice cream machines were broken... I wanted to yell to the heavens in painstaking agony, "Why me?!?" ....Luckily, after the extremely long wait in line and to get a response from the drive thru attendant, she indicated the machine was working now. "SCORE!" I think to myself, except for that car in front of me who still hadn't gotten her order, "How much longer must I wait?!" I think.. This McDonald's is never consistent with their customer service or food quality. I came through the drive thru and when we got to our food, the chicken nuggets and fries were not fresh at all, it was a huge disappointment, because we were particularly looking forward to McDonald's. I called and spoke with Josue, and he said he'd put my name in the books or ask to speak with him, that he would take care of our order for us, especially since I couldn't drive back there that same night. I called to see if I were able to honor his offer and another manager told me he didn't put my name on their books, and that after she spoke with josue, they couldn't honor it because since he didn't put my name down on their books (when he said he would) and I couldn't find my receipt and Josue doesn't remember speaking to me or about that order. What's the point then?? Why even give me your name and say you'd honor my meals? I'm done with this McDonald's. read more

My husband and I are regulars. Go in about once a day for senior coffee and tea and when the mood or hunger hit we order food. Have found the staff great! Very eager to please. We're patient with the kids who don't quite get the order right (hey, it could be one of our grandkids struggling with their first job...) And you can't beat the view. I've been going to McDonald's since I was a child. I am now 52 years old and went there this morning to get two sausage Egg McMuffin's. I don't go to McDonald's very often anymore because their food has declined horribly and every time you want salt, pepper, or ketchup they ask you how many and won't give you any more. This morning I asked for mustard packets and the girl asked me how many I wanted. Again, you have to give them an exact number because they don't put it out for you to grab your own. I told the girl I wanted four mustard packets and she said the first one is free but we have to charge you for the rest of them. I just spent $6 at this restaurant and only wanted four mustard packets, and yet they wanted to charge me for the additional three. I told her no thank you and left the restaurant. I am completely done with McDonald's now for the rest of my life, I'm sorry to say. If the people who started McDonald's were to walk in there today they would probably sob and ask, what happened to the restaurant that I started decades ago? Shame on the Highland McDonald's for destroying this company's reputation and losing a 50 year customer.
