We went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac combo meal, a Chicken Deluxe sandwich and a 4-pc Chicken McNuggets. Back by the bathrooms it smelled like the sewer was backed up. Ick! Before leaving I went to the bathroom and the stall was out of toilet paper, there is room for 2 rolls, so how often do you guys actually check them? Went inside to inquire about the missing order, two different staff members asked me what I needed and I told him I was missing an order. Neither of them did anything about it. I agree with a prior reviewer that people here should be fired. Not everyone, and not for stupidity. For laziness. I enter the EMPTY restaurant and no one is at the counter. An employee is coming off-shift, we make eye contact, he can clearly see I am growing impatient, yet he just keeps walking past me. No effort to let anyone know I am there. Yet a personal conversation is clearly heard between who I will learn is the manager and another employee by the drive up window. A minute or two later, still no one. I make a VERY obvious move trying to see if anyone is alive in the grill area. Another employee makes eye contact with me, but then continues cleaning the grill without alerting anyone to my presence. Another minute or two later, the manager walks over from the drive up window area and says she'll be with me in a minute. TWO more minutes ho by and still no one. Then a young employee shows up and asks if I have been helped. He takes my order and a minute later I received my food. Then I have to take it back because they made it wrong. No apology at all. Yes, it's McDonalds, but anytime I can can be in, out and down the road in under 10 minutes, I'm a happy guy -- and I think here it was roughly 6 minutes end to end. Ordered, visited the restrooms (clean and tidy by most travelers' standards) and had my order waiting when I returned to the counter. I went in to get me a Big Mac bundle. I said may I please have a Big Mac bundle. The young lady look at me with her empty face expression for what felt like the most awkward 20 seconds of my life. Then she said"okay" then proceeded to stare weirdly at me for another 10 seconds. "Any sauce?" She asked. No thanks I replied. She again stared and me for another 15 seconds. Not in a rude way kinda like a NPC It felt like she was looking right through me. I asked again "how much will that be?" She stared at me for another 20seconds with no response! At this point I'm kinda weirded out. Finallyyyy she told me how much it was I paid got my food and sat down. It was until I looked over my shoulder and I saw there was an elderly woman wanting to order. She did the same thing. Stared at her for 20 seconds. But then she yelled "oh wow! I did not see you standing there" how do you not see someone that is literally standing right in front of you???
