For example, whenever I ask for extra olives, I often have to ask around four times before I actually receive what I would consider "extra." Usually, only one or two additional olives are added, even after I clarify that I'm asking for more. I understand there may be a policy regarding portions, but if I'm asking for extra and am even willing to pay for the additional amount, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to receive extra olives. What makes it more frustrating is the way the request is handled. Rather than politely explaining that there's a limit or an additional charge, he, I think his name is Tanner (Aka olive hater), tends to just stare at me when I ask again, which comes across as dismissive and uncomfortable. I really like the rest of the crew and have had good experiences with them, so I don't want this review to reflect poorly on everyone. I just think this particular interaction could be handled with a little more courtesy and customer service.

They also have beautiful views of the Kachemak Bay from their dining area. We were able to spot some Orcas swimming by while we were eating. Majority of my group ordered the fish and chips. I got the Shrimp Basket with coleslaw. Boardwalk Fish & Chips is open seasonally. Their menu offers a number of seafood classics, burgers, soups and salads. There are several gifts shops and stores on the Boardwalk if you want to do some shopping before or after you eat. This was a nice place to stop in for a quick bite to eat.
