Horrible location. I never want to go to ANY mcdonalds ever again after my horrible experience. This restaurant was the complete opposite of fast food. The customer service was horrible. They refused to give me food when I first entered with my family, it took a lot of convincing, but they finally let us purchase food, which is one my biggest regrets in my life. When you first walk in, you're greeted by this sad old black woman who obviously doesn't want to be there. She was rude to me and my family, and kept approaching us and saying "what" in this sad monotone voice. She would approach me when I didn't need any assistance, but when we needed assistance, she completely ignored all of us. We asked for buffalo sauce in our order and every single container was cracked open, so we asked for more so she came with more and just dropped it on the table (photo evidence below) and it just spilled everywhere. The bathrooms are disgusting, and my brother asked for a mcflurry, and it never came. When he approached the lady asking for it, she kept ignoring him until he asked for around the 8th time, and she responds with "what". Her entire vocabulary consists of one word. Words cannot describe how hungry i was when i went to this mcdonalds this afternoon. I literally would have ate a burger off the ground... So you can imagine my pure rage when, after waiting 10 minutes parked by the drivethru, they gave me food that was overcooked so badly that it was inedible... INEDIBLE. Absolutely terrible food and customer service. My friend was in line ahead of me ordered his meal and I walked up to the counter to order the cashier looks at me and proceeds to walk away from the register and goes to prepare food (without gloves or washing their hands). So I wait at the register for about 6 minutes after the manager and employees both look at me multiple times finally the manager took my order. I waited for my food for 10-12 minutes before I even got it. I ate in and by the time it left the kitchen to the table I was eating at it was cold. My meal was the very least of the word appetizing it was cold and carelessly thrown together as if they were in a rush but only had four customers inside and two vehicles going through the drive-thru. Needless to say I will not be dining at that establishment any longer I have never been treated so poorly there before. read more

It's not the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The one manager (Dale) is fantastic, and some of the staff members are really friendly. If you happen to come in when some of the less competent employees are working, there is definitely a less pleasant vibe and you're going to end up with 3/4-full coffee. Last week I used the drive thru. So I knew I was in New York State no where near the city or any big city for that matter. It blew me away to see what they are charging for everything except for the "any size drink $1" which was the only thing priced correctly. This place has the guts to charge almost $10 for a Big Mac meal? Are you insane? This is fast food, now back home in Michigan we charge way less and can actually take my kids here and grab a meal. I was in New York for work and it was lunch time so placed my order of 1 Large Coke and went on my way. No way in h**l I'm giving NY that kind of money that's crazy. Worst McDonald's around poor management staff after being refused to speak to a manager I called back and had to angrily ask for a higher manager only to be mocked by the manager who answered the phone while I was able to hear him. The owners are uninvolved and are actively watching it crash and burn. They claim to have called me 3 times and closed the case but only called once and offer no way to reach out to them. Clearly they have no intentions on fixing their terrible staff or actually reaching out for feedback I recommend driving to any other McDonald's or anywhere else other than chambers road. Every time I go there someone is rude or my Order is wrong or the food is disgustingly old. I'm not sure why no one wants to fix their management or why they think it's appropriate to mock a customer on the phone whose been trying to reach a resolution and share my feedback so the appropriate corrective action maybe taken but I guess their lack of care for my problem I've been trying to have resolved for 3 weeks now is not of any concern. To anyone who can go somewhere else you should unless you want to wait forever for cold old food and a rude bitch who can't even read your order right every time. I would probably never give a fast food place a yelp review but after the experience I had here I couldn't resist. Now I live 25 minutes away from this Mcdonald's and this is the closest one so my boyfriend and I watched a mcdonlads commercial and drove all the way over there which was our choice so fine. So I ordered the number 5 meal chicken sandwich and he ordered a cheese burger and two fishes. When we pulled up to the drive thur the girl who was very nice told us that my single sandwich would take about 7 minutes to cook fresh. Now I work in the food industry so I know that actually means 15 minutes so I kindly asked her to take my meal off the bill and just get his food. We then processed to wait over 10 minutes for his fish. She apologized for the wait and on the way home my boyfriend noticed we were missing the cheeseburger. I had to then turn around. When I pulled up to the window a man had his burger in a bag hanging out the window. He apologized for the wait and missing item and asked if I wanted a free pie or fry. I explained that I wanted the sandwich was I told was going to take 7 minutes but had to wait over 10 for the whole order anyway. We then waited almost 20 minutes for my single sandwich to be made. I didn't get home until after midnight. It was the absolute worse experience. Why would you make my sandwich look like a burden, like it was going to take so long if the whole order was going to take just as long as the whole sandwich. I would say it's not anyone's fault but clearly if the girl would have told us everything needs to be made fresh (which it did because it was 11at night) then I would have sat and waited. They took so long to make my sandwich the guy that was behind us actually sped off and left. If only they knew how to let customers know how long an order is going to take and remember everything in the bad they could have fulfilled 2 customers orders and wouldn't have to read this rude review. I was there on Friday, Dec 12, 2014. on my lunch hr ( approx a little after 1pm) I went inside and ordered my food. I usually always go thru the drive thru and order my lunch, but that day (Dec 12th, 2014) I decided to go inside and eat my lunch. I sat on the side of the restaurant where there were booths. While eating my lunch, I saw a couple of your employees go into the Ladies restroom with a plunger. One employee was a female and the other one was a male employee. Apparently one of the toilets must of been plugged up ?? Well as I was eating my lunch I was sitting facing the restroom. It made my stomach turn just watching them carry the plunger into the restroom and leaving the Ladies restroom door open while they were in there apparently trying to fix the problem! Who wants to eat their lunch being that close to the restrooms knowing what they are doing??? I decided I had enough of my lunch at that point and decided I needed to get out of there. It made me sick just thinking about the situation. I guess I'll think twice about coming inside to eat next time. I frequent this McDonald's quite often as it is near my place of employment. I think your supplies such as the plunger, etc needs to be kept out of sight inside the restroom, not having your employees carrying it around so customers can see what their doing! I saw the female employee get a paper sign out and take it in the restroom that probably stated that a toilet was out of order!) Customers do not want to see this stuff going on while their eating, and "Yes, there were other people there near me eating also! In fact, I knew a couple that was sitting in that area, but they were probably closer to the door that you come in and go out of there. I hope this brings you aware of this situation! If you don't want to lose customers, I think some of your practices with health and and cleanliness need to be addressed, especially where people are eating!! read more
