Stopped at this McDonald's for the first time ever and it actually wasn't bad. It was on a weekday during dinner hours (6pm). They have machines you can go to to order your food so I decided to do that. The employees that I encountered working there didn't seem rude. Overall it was a good experience. Everything was working fine, their supplies were stocked up, and the area was clean. The food I ordered was hot and fresh, especially the french fries. I've been to other McDonald's and this isn't the case so maybe I just got lucky today? Will have to visit again. read more

Was told they didn't have Diet DP by the cashier and when I asked the lady who made my drinks to complain to the manager about them stopping Diet DP service, she said the do have it in the lobby and was very willing to get it for me - with a smile too! I've been having trouble finding Diet DP at McD's throughout Houston lately - why they would stop serving Texas' signature soda after decades of being a dependable resource is beyond me, but this lady's attitude was awesome. This McDonald's literally "resets" their system every weekend around 2ish in the morning when they have a long line. Then they walk out and tell everyone in line they aren't taking orders anymore. It's literally every single weekend. Absolutely terrible service. read more

I really can't believe that I'm taking the time to seriously write a review about McDonald's but this location is absolutely ridiculous. Considering the fact that this is a relatively new spot in a relatively nice area, they should be damn near perfect. However, the only thing that they're perfect at is failure. I don't know if it's a management issue or what but this place routinely gets orders wrong, staff (including the manager on duty) has a bad attitudes, and they run out of product. It's really a shame because the hours/location is really convenient, but I will go to the McDonald's in Montrose, before I ever come to this location again. read more

Ordered 2 big breakfast at 9:30 am both platters were served with raw bacon, showed to manager, when she brought us two more servings of bacon she served them to us in a hamburger box and they were so hot because theu were cooked in a fryer, the texture was competely different from the way the bacon is usually served, and it was the managed who brought it to our table. The bacon also was burnt and it was so greasy and had flaky black particles from the old grease that it was deep fried in. We just decided to leave. I have come to the conclusion that it is actually worth the extra money to go to a real resturant and spend a little more for good food, McDonald's bisuits a dry hard bricks, KFC's are nice and flaky and moist. read more

I don't know when they make their fries or how often. I've been here at all hours, including 11am when the lunch rush hits and usually every McDonalds has hot fries but this location is an exception. NEVER have fresh, hot fries. There is also a huge number of homeless people surrounding this McDonalds. I feel unsafe going here in the morning. Also, they have a worker who doesn't know how to enter in orders and had to have a younger employee assist. All I tried to order was a sausage biscuit hash brown combo they advertise. She tried to charge me for the egg sausage biscuit meal and when I refused she told me she'd put in no egg.
