This afternoon we ordered a Jr./small Big Mac...and what we got was exactly half a regular Big Mac. Top bun, special sauce lettuce pickles, meat and a CENTER BUN! Horrible experience from this location. First I was in the drive thru for 25 minutes. McDonald's is known for being "fast" food SO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. If I could leave a zero star review I would. This, by far, is the most dirty and disgusting restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. Granted, it's an older McDonald's... Has not been upgraded, but that is not an excuse for lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy, the condiment section was disgusting with food crusted all over things... The tables were dirty, the benches were crusty, the walls had splattered food on them. But that's not the worst of it... I went into the restroom with my two kids... I could not find a clean stall. Two stalls had smeared poop on the floor, another stall had drops of blood on the floor, and other toilets were so dirty you didn't even want to put a paper down for protection. Worst experience! Nothing fast about getting two milkshakes. I watched a manager start my vanilla shake and set it aside after having to push the button three times to get the Large cup to fill. I then watched a Drive Thru associate take the shake for his order and listened as the manager then asked what happened to her shake. Drive thru guy said he took it since she didn't say it was hers. Tick, tock...still waiting for that first shake. Manager fills the chocolate shake, again having to push the button three time for a large fill. All the while, she's filling other orders. Still waiting. The machine now needs mix and I have to wait for the refill as the machine drips out the second shake...the original vanilla shake. She finally pushes both shakes to me and I realize that the vanilla shake is filled with 1/4 chocolate. I said, "That's chocolate in the vanilla shake." Manager responds with, "Throw it away," never even apologizing for the error or delay. She proceeds to explain that their machine always pushes a bit of the last flavor into the next cup. Excuse me, but that's a ridiculous response. I might add that during my wait I witnessed 4 fully filled shakes/frappes, etc being thrown away for who knows what reason. Talk about real SHRINK! After about 18 minutes, I walked out with my order and no legitimate effort to apologize or acknowledge their HUGE customer service miss. read more

What lousy service this place has. Went thru drive thru 5/21 around 745 pm got a dbl quarter pounder with cheese mayo onion only and 20 piece nuggets. Patties were nasty and dry like they been sitting over an hour. Bottom bun had no mayo just top bun bottom was dry wasn't chewable. Best McDonald's ever! The French fries were overflowing and hot and salty. There was lots of tartar sauce on the fish sandwich which was delicious. Usually the tartar sauce is sparse and this was not the case. The chicken burger was crispy and hot! The drive thru went super fast. Overall an excellent experience and can't wait to return. read more

DONT EVER GO HERE!!! I kept returning for the food but the customer service is so bad that now I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to eat at a McDonald's. I am a frequent McDonald's drive through customer for the fact that yes it is quick. And yes it does feed my picky family and yes it is close to my house. But for every 5 times I'm here my order is right probably 2 to 3 times. And with unfriendly service may I add. This was the last straw for me at this location and honestly I don't feel like I'll miss McDonald's in my life because of how negative this place is. If you have a line of people waiting for orders out front don't hand the last person who's been waiting a minute their food first. Hand the person who's been waiting 20 minutes their order first. And make sure it's right. The people probably were in the drive through for a reason. I don't want to get out of my car to fix something that I waited 20 minutes for. And should have been right to begin with. How the situation played out after that made me so mad that I just left my food there and went home to do what I did not feel like doing. Cooking.
