First of all the food is way too expensive for the portions you get I ordered the one entrée two side option. I believe it's the middle option. Bigger plate is what it's called. I got the honey walnut shrimp, broccoli, and beef and chow mein the shrimp. They only gave me seven pieces and the beef and broccoli. The majority of it was all broccoli and barely any beef and the broccoli was very hard and even that was a very small amount. They've modified the containers and the containers make it where you don't get as much and the experience was overall really bad. 1/13/20 Received response indicating "they'd talk to management" We'd like to suggest that you go through the drive through and experience your staff service first hand. Living 1/4 mile away and frequenting this establishment multiple times, the drive through staff need more training on customer service, especially when dealing with extended wait times. This is our 5th or 6th drive-through related complaint n that past year. At 6pm on a Saturday night, there was a 15 minute wait for Teriyaki chicken. Very rude Staff. I went during Coronavirus and an employee was eating in the dining area (which was not open for seating) with their mask removed. I attempted to scarf down my food at an empty table outdoors (the area was empty and I wasn't near the door) and an employee ran out and run me off rudely. As I packed my food...I explained to her that it was odd when many other places offered outdoor dining. She rudely explained that it was private property and they could do whatever they wanted. Manager on duty was so condescending. She said my name was not on their notebook. I don't know their policies and procedures when you forget to give someone an item.
