Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Good luck if you go inside to order. They only do the drive thru. You will stand for a long time before they will come over to take your order. The management is so ridiculous and it's run by children, who don't even know how to use their big boy words, and you won't even get your food. The workers are absolutely horrible! They never have any washed trays, they don't clean or wash the tables, you have to do that part yourself if you want a table to sit at. The place is filthy! The owner of this place and the corporation of McDonald's doesn't give one care at all about how it's ran or how they serve customers. I'm glad Wendy's is open again, there food is better, hotter and the service is 100% caring for the customers. This McDonald's is shameful beyond belief. read more

For a fast food place to take over 20 minutes to get your food ready is downright ridiculous

Food depends on the day but food like all fast food it's really salty and had steak egg and cheese bagel and had connective tissue in the meat. Service good, fast and friendly. Busy ambiance But need to add this like other places our bagel and McGriddle alone we're almost $13 The customer should NOT have to pay for pay raises and your overhead cost! read more

I ordered thru drive thru, a hamburger, small diet coke, and a small fries. I requested extra ice because this location will only give you a couple of ice cubes. My bill was almost $7.00. After 10 minutes, what I got was a cold hamburger on a stale bun, cold french fries that cost me $2.99 (absolutely ridiculous pricing!) & instead of a diet coke I got a regular warm coke with 3 ice cubes & was charged for extra ice! Ordered on the app, waited 30 minutes or more for food for me and my 2 young sons. 3 other cars came and got food and left while I was parked. I called the manager to complain, and was told they had to remake a burger and had a problem with the shake machine. So I said, hopefully it's right now... and her reply was, "well I didn't make it personally. I'm looking at it in front of me." So I told her I'll just call corporate to complain. Then she said "ok bye!" And hung up on me. Got home to find ZERO napkins in my $40 order, 1 pickle on a cold sandwich that was supposed to have extra, and a Dr Pepper I couldn't drink. This is the filthiest McDonalds I have ever visited. It is full of flies, the floors are filthy and the entire place needs a cleaning. I could not eat my food I had ordered because of how dirty the restaurant was. The female at the front did not know how to make oatmeal because she was new and no one helped her. The parking lot is full of trash and cigarette butts are all over where the employees smoke. This place needs a management overhaul. I won't be back until it is cleaned up. read more

I travel the country for work, so I see a fair amount of Rotten Ronnie's stores. This one is the worst in every category. Service is slow. The orders are more often than not missing items when you go through the drive through. The staff and managers are rude and show no signs of caring even a little bit about the customer experience. No hot water in the ladies room, and this has been going on for MONTHS! Also there are constant interior lines due to not enough people at the registers. The workers are totally focused on the drive thru's. This place is a poor excuse for McDonalds and I know they can do better. Yes the managers are nasty. They don't care about the lack of hot water and Iron Mtn is a pretty cold place in the winter! They don't care when its a Sunday and there are minimum 25 elderly people standing in line! As far as McDonald's go it's average. I've never sat down to eat here only used the drive-thru which is fast and efficient.

The absolute worst! Sick of being lied to! My friends and I LOVE holiday pies, but a couple weeks ago we went in the drive thru and asked the girl how many they had, she told us they had two. I told her we would take them and then we proceeded to the window but when we got there we were told they had NONE! Last night we called in advance and the girl told us they didn't have any up but, they would put some in and it would be a 15 minute wait. I told her that would be fine and we would be there. About 20 minutes later we arrived at the drive thru, I told the girl that we had called and our pies should be done. The response I got was "well we don't have any up" LIED TO AGAIN! In the end we called the Norway McDonald's and we got our pies thanks to Tina! She was running the store by herself, but put our pies in like she said she would! Thanks Tina we love you!
