When I went to the window he kept looking inside as to continue the whatever they were having there. Of course he repeated my order and it was wrong...I told him NO it was this and this....He fixed it and when we went to the 2nd window it was more loud. What follows is a true story. I paid for a fish sandwich meal through the app. Who cares but it was $8.69. It's the principal. I chose pick up at counter. A person looks & says they have no order. Show her the app then the charge on my Apple Card. The supervisor comes over & says they won't fill the order & my only recourse is through the McDonald's app. The whole time I'm calm & polite. I walk out & get the charges reversed through my card a few days later (btw McD's never did credit back the charges on their end). For some reason the doors were set to "locked".....we waited about 5 minutes before another customer pushed the doors open for us. It's like 45 minutes till closing time...... so I had my son open the door for others while we were waiting. Then we keep seeing this Hispanic gentleman come by and pull the doors shut tightly. This McDonald's is awesome! The restaurant is clean and stylish. They've got an Issaquah/ Pacific Northwest theme and currently the Halloween decorations are cute and fun. The staff is extremely nice and efficient. I ordered to stay and was given a plastic placard with a number. Shortly, my order was brought to me- nicely prepared -fresh and hot. I have not been to McDonald's in quite some time, and was very pleasantly surprised. I will come back again. Also, there's a huge section for kids and a really nice play area. Incredibly inconsistent and extremely rude staff. You can't leave the place without checking every item, and when you call out missing/wrong items the staff treat you like you're the problem. They re-did their kids play area, which was badly needed, and the new structure is smaller but my kids (ages 7 and 3) still enjoy it. My son did comment though he liked the previous one because it was bigger. Unfortunately they made even less seating for parents who want to sit at a table. There are now only four tables that sit four people each, and they have two larger tables that seat eight. So there's basically a max capacity of six families in this space, which is simply too low. They added a long blue couch for parents to sit at, but if you have food or need a table for working, you won't be sitting there. I don't see many parents using this space, but that could be because we usually visit at lunch time. Overall, the new space is clean and open, but they could have used the space to add a bit more seating than they currently have. The garbage cans in this area are still often overflowing, and the tables don't get cleaned very often. read more

No hello or thank you. This one went worse than that by telling me when I asked if I could have a drink tray cuz THREE DRINKS..."the trays are inside" SERIOUSLY? I can't believe I actually had to then ask her "could I please have one??" and of course that pissed her off so she literally turned around without even bothering to say yes and walked back into the building so I got out of my car thinking...I guess I have to go inside for a drink tray. Food is always served hot. That's what i like to see. I have a problem with their staff and the wait times but i rather them be slow and excellent at getting my order right and fresh than having to get a bag that's missing an item or food is cold. Only one time they forget to put cheese on. But other than that, my complaint is of slow employees with the occasional robot like personality at the register instead of friendly service. Despite that, I have found this Mcdonalds to be better than the rest. It has a service kiosk, do it yourself fountain drink machine and is one of the last remaining Mcdonalds that has their play area still. I really like that. Inside is clean, they just upgraded to new big screen menu boards and have moved them closer for people who have trouble seeing. This place can get full rather quickly and is on a busy street. They've been around here for years so it's not their fault that they're in the heart of Issaquah. But the inside is nice and pleasant. It's as good as fast food can be. I went here with my daughter and son for some lunch. When I got there I pulled out my cash and started to count it to see how much I had as I walked in, only to find out that I'm not allowed inside. Then a homeless man walked up to me and asked me for some money. When I told him no he started to be vulgar and demanded I gave him money. I told him to leave or that I'd call 911. He still continued to barade me so I went to the McDonald's to tell them that they had homeless people barading their customers. The lady wouldn't tell me her name and wouldn't tell me the general managers name and only that he would be in tomorrow 8-4. LOVELY interior. Doesn't feel like a traditional McDonalds at all. (Feels like home, actually.) Food was quick, served to my table, excellent McDonalds quality in presentation and taste, fireplace, decent radio music playing. Oh, also very clean. Two complaints: 1. I kept waiting for the menu screens up front to show me a list of all the burgers. Never saw it. Luckily I knew from my coupon what I wanted, but what the heck? 2. For the love of all that's holy, PLEASE GET SOME KIND OF DOOR TO THE PLAYGROUND. I watched two separate people get up and move to tables by the restrooms to get away from the noise. AKA screaming, yelling, stomping, screeching. One little kid even stepped out into the dining room to scream at his friend all the way across the other side of the room. On Dec. 23 the man and I were out doing some last minute shopping and after winding it up at Barnes & Noble (a yearly tradition), we were hungry. We managed to get to McDonald's about 5 minutes before midnight, and I ordered a double hamburger meal w/ extra everything (pickles, onion, mustard and ketchup. It's amazing that way!), and my husband ordered an Egg McMuffin meal. I was in the spirit of the season, friendly to the window guy, who was joking back. He checked our order, gave it to us, we drove away (there were cars behind us). Well, a portion of the food was inedible. The fries (instead of being the large ones I ordered), were the dregs from the past few hours overstuffed into a small bag. His Egg McMuffin's egg was super rubbery, like it had been kept warm too long or re-reheated (that should be a word!). One of my burgers was missing pickles, and none of them had extra anything on them. I expected hot food - if you can't do that at midnight, close earlier. I paid for a meal I didn't get, at full price. And the day before Christmas you guys took the lazy, lame and frankly, jerky route and didn't even phone it in - you phoned someone to phone someone to phone it in. Unfortunately in the rush of Christmas and our birthdays the next few days I misplaced the receipt and couldn't give them the scathing, terrible review they deserved to corporate. Only bonus? I'm pretty sure this is a 'corporate' store. It's clean and updated to a 'woodsy/cabin' feel. The prices are decent, and they aren't charging $1.29 for dollar items, they are actually $1. This particular McDonald's location seems to be tucked away with a parking lot surrounded by Douglas-fir and a gorgeous view of the Tiger-Cougar Squawk Mountains. Inside this McDonald's is just unreal.... The walls are covered with camping gear, wildlife images and nostalgia. Log furniture and dining booths work together towards enhancing their simple rustic charm. And the strategically placed rock chimney could encourage romance under fluorescent lights. The McDonald's prices at this establishment are competitive to other locations around Washington State. Everything seemed clean. And they charge extra for condiments other than ketchup. Open 24-hours with an on-site playground (9am to 9pm). read more

I walked in and it was packed to the gills with people, and my order was taken and filled in less than 5 minutes with at least 15 orders going on at the same time as mine.
