Quick stop to grab lunch for the kids during our road trip. We went through the drive-thru, and the lady on the intercom greeted us with, "Whatcha want?" I couldn't believe it, we had to laugh! We ordered a Happy Meal, some nuggets, and two coffees for the adults. The coffee here is always surprisingly good, definitely added a star just for that! The food came out quickly, but the service overall wasn't the best. Still, it did the job for a fast, convenient stop. read more

I stop here on my way to Nashville. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is available to take my order at the register instead of insisting that I use the kiosk. The food is hot, good and comes out in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly. Easy in and out. Hit the interstate and I'm back on my way. read more

Slowest McDonalds you will ever visit. I refused to go there for months after I had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. Now I'm here again because I forgot to change locations when ordering through the app. Nothing has changed. Well, I agree with the other reviews on here about this location. We came through at 10:15om and there was a line of vehicles, each one taking about 5 minutes at the board until the employee took their order. We ordered 2 10 piece nuggets; however, we only received 1 of those nuggets and had to get BACK in the line. Other than having to wait again, everything worked out. They gave us our other 10 piece that we paid for and we went in our way. Apparently they close at 10:30pm because the lights all got turned off as we were waiting in line. The employees were definitely dragging tonight you'd think they'd be hustling trying to close sooner, but whatever floats ya boat. Anyway, the food was hot and tasted like it was supposed to, typical McDonald's nuggets. No complaints there. read more

I don't know who woke up and put water in her cereal but when I say she has the worst attitude every you can smile with her and she still has the worse attitude with you then my food is never right and when I act her to fix it for me she get heated because they kitchen people made my food wrong and the store is never clean I don't understand why these McDonald's have all the positive attitude people and only give high positions to the once with poor attitudes read more

This was by far the worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. waited upwards of 45 minutes for my food, and when I ordered a McFlurry, they took another half hour only for me to find out it had been ready and just sitting there. they gave it to me anyway and it was all melted. never seen a more unprofessional fast food setup. read more

Went in here tonight just to pick up an ice cream cone. On the drive-thru menu they're listed for a $1.59. get to the window and the gal says that'll be $1.96. I told her that's not correct she just stares at me. I said that's too much $1.59 plus tax would not be a $1.96. she looks at me and says I just work here. So I asked for the manager she told me she was the manager. So I told her again $1.59 + 9.75% tax does not come out to $1.96. she looks at me she says you want it or not? I told her charge me the correct price. She walked away and was not going to help me. This happened at 7:30 p.m. I can understand that places are understaffed but there is no reason to be rude and definitely no reason to overcharge people and demand that you pay the amount that they have overcharged or we will ignore you. Then on the way out, to my horror, an employee went POOP in the toilet, you know one of those loud obvious squirty ones, and left without washing her hands. The McDonald's on F.E. Wright Dr. at Chloe Place is pure garbage. Can't get orders right, the person taking orders dissappears for 15 minutes at a time (they say their mic is broken) awful management and unclean facility. Horrible service. We stopped here around midnight (1/22-1/23/2020). At first I thought maybe they were closed because nobody was answering the drive thru. And the. Finally we ordered and paid (Lady taking out payment was nice. Older white lady). We go to the next window and waited forever for our food. Nobody came up and said it's on it's way or anything. Finally this younger black girl comes with our food and just hands it to us without saying anything. Seriously don't stop here. I understand a lot of things have changed with COVID and I try to be considering. However, this restaurant seems to be taking advantage of what they could get away with. They had the whole sitting areas closed, but none of the staff were wearing masks. They closed the REGISTERS, and had a sign up saying kiosk only. When an older man had trouble with the kiosk and asked for help, a staff member said REALLY they didn't know how to work it. Ordered and it took 20 mins for two burgers and a 6ct. No, don't stop here! We were passing through the area, stuck in slow construction traffic and needed a bite to eat. This location was very slow and the employee seemed put out that we bothered her to take our order at the counter instead of using the touchscreen. Also you cannot stay inside to eat, so since we were just traveling through the area, we stood in the parking lot and ate our sandwiches. Then my teenager wanted a refill of her drink but was afraid to ask because the employee had been so snippy taking the order, so I went to ask and was told no refills. I know that during covid, most places have been giving out an entirely new cup, but this location will not give any kind of refill. I've never had a McDonald's not give a refill. There are plenty of other restaurant choices at this exit. Pick something else. read more

Once again, this location strikes out. I won't try a third time. This time at 3:00 am, they were actually open, but apparently too busy to take orders or wait on people at the window. When we arrived, there was a guy in a truck who was honking his horn at the drive through window. The car in front of us was screaming "hello?" at the order speaker. When my turn came, I waited 5 minutes, then yelled hello. The grumpy order taker informed us cash only. I said thanks and pulled next door to a bank to get cash. I return to McD's to place my order (having to yell hello again to get any service) and am told no breakfast and no coffee. Apparently, this McD's does not follow the operating guidelines of other stores in the area who serve breakfast after midnight. The order taker was rude, hostile, and abrupt. Why does this location advertise 24 hour service and pay to operate an overnight shift anyway? It's pretty senseless and a waste of money if they aren't going to offer any breakfast items or coffee at that hour on the very edge of a heavily-traveled interstate that has few opportunities for food service within 100 miles in each direction. read more

Corporate needs to revamp this location, certainly their managers and training program. While visiting from out of town we visited this store two times. I am sad to say it was such a "hot mess" it was comical. A specific example : On our second trip, I figured I would give the crew an easy order. I ordered one small latte, and one large mocha. It took more than 15 mins to turn the order, and I ended up with one small latte and one large frozen Carmel frappuccino - which I just kept to end my visit as soon as possible. The whole time watching the crew scramble to stock and run the coffee equipment. While the balance of the crew allowed a consider able line to form while seemingly only focused on the drive through. It is my hope that by being honest about my experience someone can learn for it and improve. On side note : Their was a new sign in the restaurant stating how they now use 100% beef. It's time for change in our country, we need to demand a higher standard of living. Certainly in the food that we eat and serve our children. I wish Yelp had an option to not put a star up. This was the single worst experience I've ever had ordering at McDonald's. I ordered 2 ten piece nuggets for five dollars because that's the promo they had running at the time. I got one, and they still charged me five dollars for it. When I brought this to the clerk's attention she said that she would have to refund the order and when I attempted to agree to that she closed the window and flipped me off.
